Rated 1 out of 5 by Rozberry Too dry and very flaky
I got a free sample (black) with my last order and was excited to try it because I'm such a fan of the perversion liner. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed in this liner. It dragged across my eyelid leaving very little colour behind and I found it was flaking off leaving specks in my eyelashes which transferred into my eye, and I found many flakes under my eyes. I tried repeatedly to line my eyes with it but found I had to press very hard and draw across the same area over and over which resulted in a patchy and overly thick line which was not a good look. It didn't really hurt but my eyes were definitely red and irritated when I removed it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sooz23 great color and longevity
This is the first grey eye liner that i have purchased that actually works. i had purchased a grey eyeliner from another brand that it took a lot of effort to get on my waterline and it was drying and irritating. this pencil in my opinion is great and does stay for a long time (maybe not 24 hrs but it has stayed put for a while). i bought the color lure - grey. i should have bought the green one as well. this was my first time trying the urban decay pencils and i personally do not have any complaint. I love sales so i felt better that i got it cheaper. it also came with a free sample of the purple color which i feel is amazing as well.

This has excellent pigmentation and the black ACTUALLY looks black (some other brands struggle with this)! It glides on so smoothly; its so nice. The first couple uses I really loved this product but when it needed sharpening I struggled with it actually keeping that fine tip. It always seemed to break off no matter how delicately I sharpened it. As a result I had to hold the pencil at a certain angle to get it to go on not too thick, which was tricky. It would be nice if there was a way for the product to sharpen a lot easier. Unless someone has a beauty hack for how to do that, I wouldn't recommend this product unless you like to layer it on thick

Amaze-balls! I already own a million different black liners from competitors. This liner blows those other fools out of the water! It's so rich, velvety and smooth. The color is hard to describe but I will try. it's smokey black, truly like velvet. I like to panda smudge this and use UD's shadow, Zero, to set it and give it some extra smokiness. This product is sexy! I love everything about it. It's easy to apply, doesn't break like other cheapy liners and the color payoff is great! You won't find yourself lining it over and over to get the results you need. I'd recommend this to any newbies trying to achieve that smokey look without the fuss and muss of black shadow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by eileenkelli Good product...when on sale.
I'm not good with makeup, so I'm not really able to blend this (the few times I bothered to try). But I didn't buy it to blend, I bought the eye pencil in the shade of Plushie, and I use to on my upper eyelid when I don't feel like messing with eyeshadow or eyeliner ( though I have used it with both those). just a quick easy way to add a line of color when i'm in a hurry. It gives really good coverage (though if I try to blend it, I just wipe it off) and has good staying power like all of UD products.
I like it, but I'd never pay more than $10 for it...even at $10, when I have to sharpen the pencil, I cringe at the slightest loss of product.
It's a good product, worth a try.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Glenda Third time not so much a charm.
I received from Ipsy bag the 24/7 Velvet pencil in Plushie. Great color, went in very smooth and smudged well when needed. I did find this producr hard to sharpen. Finally, I tried the product three times and something in it irritates my eyes by the next morning. I was hoping the first time it was just me but I gave it 2 more chances and still the same affect. I washed my face and the eyeliner off my eyes and by the middle of the night they were gooey, crusty and tearing up each time I used it. I have never had a reaction to any eye make up before so I found this very unusual. Overall kind of bummed.

Love this eyeliner! The black is somehow more sooty and more matte than the regular 24/7 liners. I'm not mad that it only comes in black, because this sexy, smoky formula is really meant to be smudged and sexy as only black can be. I got a small pencil in my Ipsy bag, but when that runs out I will for sure buy another one. I absolutely love it!
BTW, my fave way to use it is to line and then follow with a small smudging brush to smoke it out. It's also a great way to add a hint of color--dip the brush in shadow and then work it over and into the liner. It'll be a sexy dark eye with a hint of color.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AllieJax Disappointing Product
I got a travel-sized free sample of the Black Velvet color with another purchase and I was so excited. Smoky eyeliner, yes please! Sadly it was nowhere near as good as I'd expected, the center was so dry that it was nearly impossible to get a reliable amount of pigment on my skin. The major problem I had was how inconsistent it was - sometimes I could get a half-decent line, and sometimes it was just a shower of dilute gray.
It was so dry that using it hurt my eye after a while. The idea behind it is really great and the colors look so nice, but the formula was just a huge miss for me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the 24/7 eyeliners are so much better and worth your time and money.
