Lip Junkie never gets that goopy line of crud along the inside of my lips that many brands do, which is a huge plus, and comes in some really fun colors that others don't! They all smell and taste great, and have a slight plumping effect. As of now I have them in Red Light (sheer red), Perversion (dark shimmery purple), Heavy (taupe) and Wallflower (light mauve). I like the texture of the sheer ones better than the more pigmented ones which come out a little goopy. The sheer ones also layer well over lip liners and lipsticks to create different looks. June 30, 2011Wallflower - perfect Nude. I have this in the color wallflower. Its the perfect nude pink, goes perfectly with dramatic eye makeup looks. This is my Go to nude gloss. It has an amazing mint flavor which cools and plumps lips (total pampering for your lips). The formula is thick and lets the gloss stay on lips for 3 hours, and i love this feature. I got the full size midnight cowboy and a mini crush lip junkie in two palettes that I bought and at first I didn't think I would like them cuz one was too light and other too bright. But once I tried them I fell in love. Midnight cowboy is perfect for everyday use, as for crush it looks super bright but when you apply it the color is just the perfect pink.. And the staying power is great! I tested it on crush by leaving it on, after washing my face and eating a heavy lunch the color was still there!! and even after trying to wipe it off there was still a very slight tint. It's amazing!! I got a free sample of the Naked with my Naked 2 palette and immediately after trying it I bought a full one and tried other colors and I've loved every one of them!!! Midnight Cowboy is my absolute fav! They cool and plump but perfectly, they're not harsh like some other plumping lip glosses. Just feel cool and refreshing. They last a long time, I've even eaten and it hasn't come off and the gloss and shine is AH-MAZING! It reflects and picks up the light so they glow. I can't say enough! Try it, get it right now..... best lipgloss ever :) :) :) February 17, 2012Sparkle & shine This stuff is fantastic, and I can honestly say I probably never would have tried it out had it not come in the Cowboy Junkie set. When I took it out of the box, I could smell the stuff already, without even opening the tube! It's a light minty smell, which I normally hate, but this is soft and light and mixed with something else, so it's just light and fresh and not off-putting for me. The Midnight Cowboy color is a great nude/neutral, extremely sparkly and shiny. Like most lip glosses, it's a bit sticky, but not absurdly so, and it LASTS. I was really surprised how long it lasted, even after eating and drinking. I think it is still a little bit overpriced, but it's definitely worth trying, and its inclusion in any set or palette absolutely adds value. February 28, 2012Wonderful Quality! I ordered this lip gloss in Naked and it finally arrived today. My first impression of the packaging was that it looks very high quality and sexy too! The shade in the tube and online looked a little dark for my taste but I was banking on the sheer factor, and my-oh-my, this gloss looks beautiful on! It was almost a perfect match to my natural lip color but a tad darker, which makes it great for days when my lips are paler due to sickness of being cold or whatever. It has pretty nice staying power, lasted me nearly three hours, and like most have said it is not sticky at all. I will definitely be reordering this product in many more colors! January 10, 2013Absolutely Love It I got a sample of Midnight Cowboy Lip Junkie with my stuff from Sephora, and will definitely be buying a full size here soon! I love this gloss so MUCH! I don't have to keep applying my gloss all day. I noticed a coat of this gloss lasts me about 4 hours or so, which is pretty amazing if you ask me. I also love the packaging for the gloss too, I accidently ran it thru the clothes washer and dryer, and still didnt explode in my clothes! So that in itself is a plus. :0) Love how it plumps, and amazing shade. I dont think I'll use another gloss ever again.... August 21, 2011Tingly Tubes of Awesome I have Naked and Peversion from the Lip Junkie range, and I really like these lip glosses. What you don't expect is that the tubes are actually squeezable and not brushes or glide ons which is unusual of larger tubes, and sometimes it can be a little difficult to get the gloss out because of air blockages or what have you, but it's worth it when you do. The 'cooling' sensation feels really nice and tingly, and the tubes themselves have a great design. The Peversion which is a dark purple colour, doesn't really come out too purple but more of a darker sheen, so I think the reds and pinks might be more prominent, but it's still really nice.
