Please note that proof of purchase is required, and this guarantee is only applicable to Urban Decay products purchased on urbandecay.com.  At present, urbandecay.com only ships within the United States.

Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

UrbanDecay.com offers a satisfaction guarantee policy on all purchases. You have up to 45 days (from the shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.

Note: We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error. If www.UrbanDecay.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged while in transit, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your invoice as your receipt.

 

To return merchandise to UrbanDecay.com, please follow these easy steps:


  • Place the item(s) back in the original packaging or a box of your choice. Be sure to pack it well to avoid breakage.
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form that was included in your email confirmation. 

    Please note:  If you did not provide an email address during checkout you will not receive this form – so please send us a copy of the invoice that was mailed to you.

  • Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return/ exchange.  If you are requesting an exchange, please include the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like instead.
  • Include the completed bottom portion of the Return/ Exchange form with your package.
  • We’ve included a self-addressed label for your convenience.  Simply include your name, address, and order number in the “From” field and send the package on its way!  It’s that simple.

When we receive your merchandise, we’ll refund the full purchase price in the original form of payment unless you specify that you’d like to do an exchange. If you request a refund, please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return before receiving a credit.  We cannot refund the shipping unless the return is the result of our error.  We will notify you by email once your return has been fully processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately 5-7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Insuring Your Return Package

We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that we received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee.  For larger returns or ease of mind, you may want to consider insuring your package.  Just take your package to a US Post Office and a representative can add these options for you.  If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information and requires a signature.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a retail location. You must return it to the retailer where it was originally purchased.
