Another UD success!
I was so tired of flaky, clumpy mascara by the end of each day and this primer really hit the spot. It applies as a barely there white (which I find is better than clear mascara primers because you can see where you applied the product) and dries instantly. I have used this product with several different mascaras and I always get the same results: long, lush, head-turning lashes! Even if you already own a great mascara, this primer will make it even better. I got this in the Box of Potions set which was a great deal, but I would still pay the twenty dollars to receive a product this amazing. Love, love, love it!

Works fairly well...
I received this as part of the Box of Potions(please bring it back!) and while I like it with Big Fatty Waterproof Mascara, I'm not sure how much I like it with the Lush Lash Mascara. The white does help ensure that you hit every lash, but I think it might prevent the serum from really penetrating my lashes, which really defeats the purpose of that mascara. It does seem to help hold the curl better, which is a bonus. Whatever mascara you use, make sure you brush your lashes between primer and mascara, it will make a huge difference!

Fantastic Lash Primer!
I love, love, LOVE this lash primer!
After using a different brand of lash primer for years, it seemed the last several tubes I'd purchased would begin to "dry out" after using for a few (3-5) weeks. As expensive as it was getting, I spoke with a makeup representative who recommended UD's Lash Primer Potion.
I walked out a bit skeptical but hopeful that maybe it would be okay.
Took me about 2 or 3 times to realize that I was quickly falling in love with this product... that was nearly 3 months ago!
Not only does it coat my lashes well without weighing them down, but it doesn't flake off throughout a long 12+ hour day!
A MUST-HAVE in my (large) makeup case!

Intense eyelashes!
I got this after trying a similar product from another company. I loved it. But I'm a loyal UD'er so when this came out, i bought it from my fave brand instead. This definitely makes your lashes longer and thicker looking. My problem with this, though, is the color. It's white. And it can be a pain in the rear to get all of it covered. I found that if I put it on right after I put my moisturizer on, use a lash brush to brush some of the excess off, and put my mascara on at the very end of my routine, it works great. I also scrape the excess off the actual applicator on the top of the tube before I apply it. It can be pretty thick on there. But it does do what it says it does.

Hmm...Good and Bad.
This doesn't work with every mascara for me. On the ones it does, it really works. It will apply nicer, amplify the lashes, lashes magically look longer, and make the mascara appear darker.
On others, it makes application a nightmare and hello clumps. So you have to test drive if it plays nice with the mascara you are using.
It will apply with a white tone, which is weird at first but it really makes your mascara POP and look intense.
This is one of those products where I'm not sure if I'll repurchase. One of my top mascaras just doesn't work with it and so it's useless.

Still warming up to it.
I already have really long lashes but wanted to find a primer that helped me put on mascara quicker. I already use a trick that I learned where I use two different kinds of mascara (and lengthening/curling formulation and a UDs Big Fatty volumizing formulation). This trick makes my lashes look awesome. I was hoping the primer would make my first coat go on quicker. I don't notice that it's doing that. I have noticed that I have to make sure I comb through my lashes after I apply the primer so they don't clump up. I think I like this product but am not wowed by it.

Plump lashes, minus the fallout and flaking!
This stuff helps make your lashes appear a lot plumper without having to add tons of layers of mascara and worry about fallout and flaking. You apply it to your bare lashes and it goes on white to provide the perfect base for your mascara. There is very little dry time and if you happen to get a little on your eyelid, it just wipes off. It only takes a little and it prolongs the life of your mascara as well. You need less mascara after putting this on and I found that it keeps it from flaking throughout the day. It is also great for colored mascaras as it helps the color "pop." It is also good for blondes like me who already have very light lashes or fine lashes and need a boost!

one of my favourite UD product
This eyelash primer has white tint to it, which I find perfect, since it would let the mascara's black tint be more prominent on your lashes after a white base is applied.
Mascara needs to be applied right after this primer is applied on your lashes, so that The white pigment of this primer is covered in time, else its very hard to cover up after the primer dries on lashes.
It makes your lash's surface smooth with aids in easy mascara application (you can notice smooth lashes when touched, after the mascara dries) which would prevent clumpy lashes.
It stops the mascara from flaking and smudging all day all. With this on, it really does makes a beautiful difference to your lashes, which are more defined .
