Fun set - new colors?
Love the double ended pencils. The "new" colors are Muse, Deep End, and Delinquent. They don't really stretch out into new territory, as they have striking similarity to existing colors.
Muse looks very similar to both Hustle and Corrupt in average lighting. In great lighting Hustle is more golden, and Corrupt has flecks of silver micro glitter but it is the same color tone.
Deep End looks IDENTICAL to Flipside in average lighting and in great lighting. If there is a difference, I guess I would need a telescope to identify it. The finish looks a little different in the attached pic, but in real life the finishes look the same.
Delinquent is a fun color. It looks similar to Crash in average lighting, but in great lighting it looks like Zero packed with bright purple micro glitter. Really pretty and unique. For those of you who think it will be the eyeliner version of the Delinquent shadow pencil - the only thing the same is the bright purple micro glitter - the pencil version has a much deeper and darker base color.
The other color that I wanted to review here is Sabbath, because it is the only other shade in the set that is not available in a large size pencil. It is described as a "deep navy matte" but after using it, I think it is better described as a "matte blue toned black". It is like a blue toned version of Perversion. Very nice, but not really "navy" in my book. If I had to call it blue - it would be "midnight blue", not "navy". When it is on my lids, even in great lighting, it just looks black though. Which is too bad because I would adore a (truly) navy 24/7 liner.
All in all, this is a great "sampler" set for those looking to branch out into new eyeliner color territory. And it is fun set for the UD 24/7 liner color collector, too.
Take a look at the pictures to decide if you already have colors in your collection that are similar. (But if you are like me you will buy the set even if you do.) : )

Foxy Four-way are great, but not all the colors are good for dark skin.
This is the second Urban Decay product that I have tried. The first was Naked 2 Palette.
I love the ease of use of the pencils. Glide on super soft and creamy. I would like to try more of the vibrant colors, though, because the "brown" family of colors do not show well on dark skin. I do like the "black" family of colors for liners....perversion and zero.
Love, love, love......Deep End. Sabbath and Delinquent I could use as outside "v" intensity colors
I do not like that the pencils sharpen down (use up) so quickly. I've only used them a couple of times, had to sharpen and already will need to replace soon. I hope that the full-size pencils will last longer.
Overall......I love the pencils and will continue to use them.

Great Value!
I just purchased this at a local store over the weekend. I am totally addicted to these pencils and have them in several colors. Especially love the double-ended ones. Love the new colors Muse and Delinquent!! I currently have all the other colors, but they were dwindling down to nothing so needed to be replaced :). I love that they glide on smoothly and set in about 30 seconds. Allows for some smudging time and love that they are waterproof. This is a great value, each pencil only $10 each. Great for on the go and travel. A must have w/ a good variety of colors.

Not a great value...
Although the new colors are INCREDIBLE, this set has a terrible value. The Ocho Loco came with eight FULL size pencils for $30 more, but it came with a sharpener with a $10 value. Even the Double-Ended Pencil Duo comes with a sharpener. Maybe if it came with a shapener or was a bit less expensive, I would rate it higher.
