We’ve shared our eye contouring tricks here and Wende’s real-life contouring tips here, but today Amanda Rodriguez, Artist in Residence, is showing you a step-by-step tutorial to achieving a beautiful yet natural contoured look using our Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer.
To get started, apply your complexion as you usually do (we recommend Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup applied with our Good Karma Optical Blurring Brush).
For contouring, you’ll need two concealer shades one that is a shade lighter and one (we used Light Neutral) that is a shade darker (we used Medium Dark Neutral). Use the lighter shade to highlight the cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupid’s bow, jaw line, chin and the center of your forehead. Apply the darker shade to the hollow areas of your cheeks, sides of your nose and temple.
Blend, blend, blend with the Naked Flushed Double-Ended Brush.
To set your look, apply Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundation. For extra definition, set the darker concealer with a darker shade of Naked Skin Powder Foundation (we used Dark Warm). And because contouring is never complete without a pop of color, we added our new Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Blush in Crush to tie everything together.
Final step? A touch of highlight to your cheekbones. We got creative using our brand new eyeshadow shade, Fireball.
