Buying an Urban Decay eGift Certificate:
- Go to our e-GiftCard page.
- Click on the button that says "Buy". This will take you to a page that allows you to begin the purchase process for Urban Decay eGiftCards.
- Fill out the order form and complete your purchase. Be sure to check all fields for accuracy. Once the order is complete the details can not be changed.
- Once you have paid for the e-GiftCard an email is sent to the purchaser confirming that the order has been completed.
- An email is sent to the recipient containing a temporary number until they choose to validate the card and the information is validated.
Terms & Conditions
- Urban Decay e-GiftCardS can only be redeemed through UrbanDecay.com.
- Urban Decay e-GiftCard codes are usable after the recipient logs on to activate the card.
- Promotional offers may not be applied toward the purchase of an Urban Decay e-GiftCard.
- The total value of the e-GiftCard will be applied against the total order amount including sales tax, shipping charges, and gift-wrap.
- If the amount of your e-GiftCard is less than the total order amount, please use a valid credit card to pay for the remainder of the purchase.
- If the amount of your e-GiftCard is more than the total order amount, the remaining balance amount will be stored for use on your next purchase. Be sure to hold on to the e-GiftCard number for future purchases.
- If a refund is requested on an item purchased with an Urban Decay eGiftCard, the refunded amount will be applied to the original eGiftCard. The adjusted balance can be viewed by accessing the Check Balance page in the e-GiftCard section on the site.
- e-GiftCards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Urban Decay cannot replace lost or stolen e-GiftCards.
- e-GiftCards cannot be used to purchase GiftCards
- e-GiftCard and their use on our Web site are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
- No sales tax is charged when purchasing an e-GiftCard; however, purchases paid for with an e-GiftCard will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in California or Florida.
- Urban Decay currently ships only within the United States therefore, you must have a valid U.S. shipping address in order to redeem a Urban e-GiftCard.
- Urban Decay reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

Your e-GiftCard becomes usable when you decide to log on and activate it. Activation is simple: you just log on and enter the temporary number that you received by e-mail. Once we validate the information against our records for accuracy, it's active. To be certain an e-GiftCard has been received, please check with the recipient. Most e-GiftCard will be emailed successfully within 4 hours of your order or on the selected date. However, as with all e-mail, any number of factors could prevent a card from being delivered to a recipient's in-box. A full in-box, an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter can prevent an e-GiftCard from reaching its intended recipient.How can I check the balance on my e-GiftCard?
You can check your balance online any time at UrbanDecay.com. Just look for the Check Balance button on our e-GiftCard page. Enter your certificate number and your remaining balance will be displayed.Do e-GiftCards ever expire?
No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card, it will not expire. Unlike some other companies, we do not charge a service fee for holding on to your e-GiftCard beyond a specified time.How do I return merchandise purchased with an e-GiftCard?
The same way you return all other products. If you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue put a credit back on to your e-GiftCard. We are not able to refund the original form of payment.Can I replace a lost or stolen e-GiftCard?
Sorry, we are not responsible for lost or stolen e-GiftCards. These cards are non-refundable and should be treated just like cash.Can more than one method of payment be applied toward a purchase?
If you do not have enough credit left on your e-GiftCard than you will be prompted during checkout to pay for the remaining balance with a credit card.
