good but not perfect
certain ud brushes are good because they are stiff (i.e. the lining brush, the general eyeshadow application one, the lip one) but a blending brush simply needs to be softer. i don't think these are good at blending well. however, if you like really sharp dramatic makeup, you might prefer this. it will definitely soften the edges of your shadow but might not give a finish that is wearable; the shadows might look flawless yet harsh because there won't be a good gradient. now, if you spend enough time and energy, the brushes will work well. however, that's pretty average because take just about any brush and with the time and effort, you can get there.

Use for highlighting or blending
I love all of UD's Good Karma brushes. They are always the first place I look when in the market for a new brush. The synthetic taklon is superior to natural hair for several reasons:
1. It's cruelty free.
2. Easier to clean because it's non porous.
3. Easier to control the amount of product because it's non porous.
4. It's softer because the fibers come to a point, unlike natural hairs which are cut to the needed length.
5. They last longer.
I have large brow bones/slightly hooded eyes, so a brush like this is a godesend for applying highlight colors quickly, such as Sellout, a favorite. It also softens the lines between shadows for a beautifully blended look. I don't remember what I did before I had this brush!

Seamless blending!
I use good quality brushes, mostly MAC, to apply my eyeshadows, so my eye makeup already looked very good, if I do say so, myself. :D
But I thought I still needed a little "finishing touch" to give my shadows that wonderful "air-brushed" look, especially when I wear a dark shade in the crease. I already had a decent blending brush (MAC 217, which I bought thinking it was synthetic), but since I use that one mostly to apply browbone highlight, I wanted a dedicated blending brush.
Since I've adopted a personal policy of buying only synthetic makeup brushes, I had to look fairly extensively for a cruelty-free blending brush (most of them are made with animal hair). Good old Urban Decay really came through for me, with this blending brush.
The Good Karma Blending Brush is small (about 5" in total length), and features soft-but-firm bristles formed into a paddle shape. The brush's small size makes it a breeze to handle, and the "business end" of the brush is the *perfect* combination of gentle-on-the-skin softness and get-the-job-done firmness. I apply my shadows where I want them, then finish off with a few quick swipes of the blending brush, and viola! My shadows are still where I put them, color undiminished, but they're seamlessly blended.
This may not be an absolutely essential brush for *everybody,* but those who l really love the "smoked out" eyeshadow look should seriously consider adding one of these to even an already-impressive brush arsenal.
I consider it $26 well spent. I'd definitely buy this one again

Nobody gets hurt, and everybody looks smokin' hot- thanks again to UD!
This is a really great-looking cruelty-free product, that out-performs other brands, while simultaneously beating them on both price and quality- which is something Urban Decay seems to manage to do pretty much all around.
The brush picks up colour really well, enables you to put it down and move it around just right -without flicking it all over the place and giving yourself purple freckled cheeks (which was my specialty before I discovered the awesomeness that is UD).
The balance of firmness in the bristles on this brush, combined with their flexibility and silky-soft texture, plus a great size and shape to the brush and handle, means you get what you want, exactly where you want it, just how you like it. It gets things done as quick as a flash, without any hassle, and never lets you down.
What more could a girl ask for? :P

This blush is fabulous. I use it to blend like it is supposed to be used for and it is just flawless. It doesnt shed and is the SOFTEST BRUSH EVER (take that MAC!) I love the fact that these brushes are vegan and I will continue to use this brush to blend shadow and create perfect soft edges. I am looking into the whole other collection of Good Karma brushes and I will purchase them all! ( I already have 3!)

Your Average Brush
This Good Karma brush is just your average, everyday eyeshadow brush. I only wish the brush were softer and more plush, because the brush is a little too stiff and harsh on my skin for me to use with 100% ease and comfort. This brush is also definitely on the pricey side, and isn't really worth it since shadows do not look much different when blended with a finger when compared to using the brush.

Perfect Blending Brush
This brush is perfect for its job description - blending. It works great to blend together two eyeshadow colors on the lid, or to "smoke out" the crease color.
I also use this brush to lightly apply eyeshadow below my brow, I find that it gives the perfect application for highlight colors when you pick up just a small amount of product.
All around a great brush to add to your tool set.

The best eyeshadow brush
This is my favorite eyeshadow brush from all the brushes I have. Sometimes I only use this brush to do my eyeshadow application. Great in blending. The brush is sooooo soft. I love it.
