Product description

The ultimate accoutrement to your UD pencil collection, this premium-quality dual sharpener will keep all your pencils sharp. Designed for use with our ENTIRE pencil lineup, Grindhouse includes two sharpeners. Use the slimline sharpener with our 24/7 Glide-On Eye and Lip Pencils and the larger sharpener with our thick-barreled 24/7 Concealer Pencils, 24/7 Shadow Pencils and Super-Saturated pencils. Each blade is made of durable steel infused with 1% carbon to prevent rust.

This sharpener also works with most other brands' big and small pencils (if you must) and includes a plastic pick for scraping and dislodging shavings to keep the blades free of gunk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Just Add it to your Order I purchased three of the older clear ones. Gave one away & kept two, one for eyes & the other for lips. These have sharpened my eye pencils that with other sharpeners had become damaged. The other sharpeners would eat at the pencil part too much making it jagged near where the eyeliner lead comes out & they also would break my lead where it would still be in the pencil, but was loose & wobbly. I wasted more pencil just trying to get it right. I researched online reviews & this and MUFE's were rated high. I bought these & sharpened up my old pencils no problem. I wish I had these earlier & hadn't wasted my time & product trying other sharpeners. December 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Save Your Pencils - BUY THIS SHARPENER. This sharpener is fantastic. I was skeptical at first, because my old sharpener was a Wet'n'Wild one from Walgreens that I bought for a dollar, and I didn't fancy paying 10x the price for what I thought was the same thing. Then I tried that sharpener on my Urban Decay eyeliners and almost cried. The results were just short of disastrous. So while at Sephora, I decided to purchase the Grindhouse to get my extra 100 BIP during their Skin IQ promo. (Thank goodness for that promo, or I never would have bought it.) When I tried it on my eyeliners at home, it worked like a dream. Just tried it on my 24/7 Concealer and it, too, sharpened perfectly. This is VERY worth the money if you're into saving product, which I think most of us are. ;) July 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best sharpener! I actually have two of these, because after getting the super-saturated lip pencil, i wanted to have one just for that so my black eyeliner doesnt get on it. But i love this sharpener so much, it doesn't get dull and ruin the product being sharpened like most sharpeners I've had in the past. The first one I've been having for about 5 years now and still works great! And the design of this is so cute too! :) March 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kind of overpriced but it works! I bought this on a whim after reading some positive reviews stating that it's "way sharper" than the average sharpener. TBH, I have only used one other sharpener besides this one and it was really cheap like $3 and it did just as good of a job. I think that with time, pencil sharpener blades will dull out just like any kind of knife or blade, so maybe $10 for this is kind of ridiculous considering you'll end up buying another one after a year or two...but since this is my first UD sharpener, I am not entirely sure about the longevity of it. If it lasts for many years, it will be worth the price. The plastic parts seem cheap though. Interesting that it's Made in Germany...! March 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it I have the original design, not this one, but the sharpener itself is very nice. The sizes are perfect for your normal eyeliners / lipliners, and your chunky liners / lip pencils. It's easy to clean and I haven't broken a single tip yet. The new design even includes a pick to get out any product stuck in the blade, but I haven't needed to use it yet -- never a mess or mistake with this. Worth picking up if you don't have one you love. March 5, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hmmm... Not sure how to rate this sharpener, because I think this product is fine, I just have trouble with the 24/7 pencils. I LOVE the payoff and colors available, but I don't feel like they sharpen particularly well. It can be frustrating, especially since I purchased the Grindhouse after I was told it was the best for the softer 24/7 formulas. Maybe with more practice it will improve, but certainly not user friendly right off the bat. March 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth every penny! I put off buying this for way too long! There is no telling how much product I wasted with other cheap sharpeners. If you're a fan of the 24/7 pencil line and get frustrated with sharpening them, this is a must. I especially love the little plastic tool that comes with it to clean off the build-up. It's that kind of consideration that keeps me coming back to UD for the majority of my cosmetic needs! March 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by good sharpener but not worth price Urban's pencil sharpener is a good sharpener. It evenly sharpens all pencils and has a double sharpener for different sized pencils. However, I feel it is much more pricey than other sharpeners that are equal in quality. Plus, the lid is very loose and when I sharpen something quickly, the lid falls off and spills the sharpenings all over. I would go with a cheaper sharpener. March 8, 2013
