Lovely colors I have the Deluxe Shadows in Scratch, Ransom, Frigid, Graffiti, and Honey. Its hard to pick but I'd have to say Frigid is my favorite based on the uniqueness of the shade. I love the blue tint to the purple. All the shades I own apply smoothly and are very buildable, so I can wear them with a thin hint of color or brighter pop. I appreciate them being satins because I can get more everyday wear from them even though the colors are vibrant. My only complaint is that the lids are rounded on top so it makes it a little difficult to stack them for storage, but I do like the designs for each color. November 30, 2012

Bold Color! :) These eyeshadows are absolutely divine! Urban Decay is known for the high pigment in their eyeshadows, and its the only brand I now wear! I Love How This Eyeshadow Is Duotone I own the colors fishnet, honey, ransom,graffiti, zero,peace,shag,scratch, and underground. I additionally own two retired shades called "heat", which is a reddish brown, and a color called "adore", which is a brilliant royal blue. So it is safe to say that i have tried enough of a variety of this product to confirm that it is great. what first drew me to this product was its packaging. Its amazing! i especially like the packaging for "ruthless" because it has a dinosaur on the moon! so cool! but after trying the eyeshadow, i have come up with a list of its great qualities. 1. It is a duotone eyeshadow so it shifts color depending on the light. this is great because the eyeshadow never gets old due to its versatility. 2. So Wonderful Another Friends and Family Sale grab. I have three deluxe eyeshadows in Graffiti, Ransom, and Freakshow. Among all of them, I probably use Graffiti the most but among them Graffiti is the lightest. I really have to lay it on to get the bright green pigment that I want. Freakshow is really, really pigmented and it's a lot darker purple than I thought it would be. In fact, I thought that Freakshow would be more of a royal purple and Ransom would be a light purple but as it happens Ransom is a light purplish-blue and Freakshow is a really dark blackish-purple. I combined these three colors on my lid with a little bit of Dashiki (vintage) and a yellow luminizer and I got compliments on my makeup all day. The colors that I got go together really well, and they're super creamy and don't flake off when I brush them on my lid. Altogether, they're a really good buy. March 9, 2013
Super smooth Deluxe Eyeshadow in Scratch was my very first Urban Decay purchase and I have been hooked on UD ever since! This eyeshadow is very smooth and silky and glides on very well. It is also really blendable and stays on all day. Scratch is a beautiful pink shimmery color and makes my blue eyes pop. The packaging for these eyeshadows is really cute and durable, I have dropped this many times and it didn't break or crack. April 30, 2012
DELUXE!!! My husband picked this shadow up for me for Christmas in Zero. As a designer, he was impressed with the sharp, lovely packaging, and I couldn't be happier with it myself. This is simply the best, blackest shadow ever. I can blend it easily for the darkest, most dramatic smokey eye. I also love to use it with a small brush to set and perfect my liquid liner. delightfully dynamic.. I love Urban Decay eyeshadows to begin with so when I saw these super colorful, cutely packaged versions I had to buy them. I bought it in Ransom and as expected it has a velvety texture and amazing staying power. The colrs are beautiful and don't look as outrageous as one might think. I usually belnd mine with some silver eyeshadow for days when I'm going out with my friends to a party or a similar event. Overall, this product is amazing and Urban Decay, as always, impresses. Lover This, but Not the Packaging I have the eyeshadow in the color shag. It is coppery gold color and very soft. The pigmentation is amazing and I like to use it with a lighter color on the lid It looks beautiful. There is a pretty wide color selection if you like colors, not so much with neutral colors. The packaging is just annoying…I might have an older packaging but it is just annoying the plastic pops off and when I keep it off, the sticker just peels. I love it but that is the only downside. My new favorites I have only recently started using Urban Decay after my daughter asked for the Naked palette for Christmas. excellent color payoff do not let the bold colors scare you off! these are not just for the young and wild but for the women in their prime (I am 42) i wear the fuscia and brick red with slate colored eyeshadow on the lid and the bold colors in the crease sheered out and blended well into my lid color and i GET COMPLIMENTS LIKE CRAZY. the colors are fantastic and you just need to play with them to find what works for you the gold on the lid and a brown in the crease is amazing March 5, 2013
only have 5 minutes to do your makeup? no problem! I purchased this eyeshadow in the shade "Underground", and I absolutely love it! It is pigmented well, so you don't need a lot of it, however it is quite shimmery so be prepared. I love using this eyeshadow when I don't have a lot of time in the morning because you don't have to blend it with a bunch of other colors... it looks great by itself! It is definitely something worth trying. It lasts me all day while I'm at school, even without primer! I love the color, it looks great with hazel/green eyes and really makes them pop. I Love This Line of Shadows! I was trying to get some new shadow colors, and was drawn to this line. I fell in love with the bright, rich colors and just couldn't decide which ones to get! I ended up getting the Deluxe Shadow Box instead of the individual colors because I wanted too many of them, and it made more sense to get the palette that contained every one I wanted! Plus, it was on sale! Best decision ever! I love the box, and every single color in it! But if you are looking to just get one or two colors, and are considering any of the Deluxe shades, DO IT! They are highly pigmented and SO silky in texture. I do wish they had more shades so I could supplement my collection, but I have no problem sticking to the Vintage Shadows for that. If you, like me, have/had a more neutral makeup selection and are trying to pump it up with more vivid and bright colors, I definitely recommend getting a few of these! March 5, 2013
pretty and cute i have most of these colors. my favorites are shag, honey, and fishnet. i like to use shag for a brown smokey eye. these blend well. zero and ruthless goes on matte. good pigment except on the color peace i have problems getting a good color payoff with this one. i love the pictures on all of these makes it more fun to use. will like to eventually buy all of them. Great Color I really love the pigmentation of the colors I recently bought. I have Freakshow and it is beautiful. I have had one problem though. I do use a primer on my eye before I put on my shadow, but for some reason the shadow is not staying on my eye. I put it on and literally an hour later it is totally gone. I really really love the colors, but I am really sad about the wear time I am getting. For being as expensive as they are, I cannot say I am %100 happy with these as I have been with everything else I have bought from Urban Decay. May 3, 2012
build-able intensity You can make these pigments as intense as you want to! Prime those lids with UD's primer, and apply until your heart is content. These shadows are larger than the original shadows, and are all shimmery but not glittery. The packaging is really cool too. PS, these are only 6 bucks right now, so STOCK UP! Deluxe Eye Shadow I have a few of these and I love them. I am delighted by the pigmentation, the depth of the colors, the length of wear, the colors stay true, they apply like a dream. I have found them to be extremely buildable, blendable, and even when I forget or just too lazy to apply primer, it just doesn't effect the wear. I don't get fallout, and this line of shadows doesn't emphasize my fine lines or settle into them. The texture is just amazing and the finish is divine. Ruthless is the perfect lid color I bought this product because it was mentioned in a video by MakeupByTiffanyD. She recommended "Ruthless" because it's a unique sandy-taupe shade that's perfect for the lid. She was right! I love this color. It's versatile, too. I can really change the color up a lot by adding a light or a dark paint pot or cream shadow underneath. March 28, 2012
Great color selection I love the deluxe shadows in my Deluxe Palette, but the single I have, Adore, is hard to blend and apply evenly. Perhaps because it is such a dark color. Blendable silky and smooth I bought these in Frigid and Freakshow cause i was attracted to these vibrant purples. I expected these to smooth and silky, but boy these take silky to another level. There was no fall out and the color stayed on the eye all day. All these are worth every dime and then some. I would highly recommend these. March 13, 2013
No more ransom! I am in love with these colors. I have the deluxe palette and tried Honey for the first time the other day, I am shocked at how amazing it looked. LOVE I have every color except Freakshow and two of the discontinued shades and love them. They go on wonderfully and are super pigmented. Ruthless is a good natural shade for barely there looks. My favorite eyeshadow. I got Peace-- the case is really funky and cool, and the eyeshadow is really bright and pigmented. Very silky, and not a lot of fall-out. Expensive, but I'd say it's worth it because the product all in all is very superior to most other eyeshadows. February 21, 2012
