Best Pencil, Bar None I have eyes that dry and tear up easily when I'm trying to hold them open and jab on a line with other pencils. Usually, it takes more than one try to get the deep shade I want. I haven't found a pencil that beats 24/7, and please believe, I've tried many. The product is creamy, so it doesn't take a lot of tugging and pulling around the eye to smooth on a line. It works well at the water line, or above or below the lash. It is also true to its hue - what you see is what you get. I was so impressed by the luscious gold color of "Baked," and the deep rich I have handed these out to girlfriends for birthdays and other celebrations because I believe they're the best! Amaziiing product! I LOVE these eyeliners! They are soo easy to use, with a smooth and creamy application and great pigmentation. I own five colors (I definitely want more, especially since three of them are travel sized). I will list them in the order of the swatches in the picture below. Bourbon is a glimmering dark brown, and whiskey is very similar, but with no glitter. Both look beautiful with gold eye shadows. (Pairs well with the Naked palette) Rockstar is a dark purple, almost black color, that I wear with my neutral colored shadows. (Pairs well with the Naked2 palette) And finally, my fun colors are Ransom (bright iridescent purple) and Electric (Bright iridescent teal). They are so fun to wear to a party, concert, or just a girls night out. My only issue with these pencils is you have to buy the sharpener to go with is (Grind house, $10) but it's not that big of a deal. Great product, try it and see! February 11, 2012
Glide on, Stay on. I purchased this 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil after reading and hearing reviews on it. I can honestly say I believe the hype. Whenever I use an eye pencil they seem to always slide off due to my watery eyes. I can honestly say that this product didn't melt off and had me having to pull my eyes out trying to remove the smudging. The color pay off was excellent, I wasn't looking for major drama with the colors I selected, but they sure have pigment and I didn't have to over line my eyes and cause irritation that would make the product melt off even faster. Over all I really do enjoy these pencils. February 9, 2012
Love them! I really love these eye pencils. However, I would def suggest buying the UD sharpener if you decide to get these. I tried using just a drug store sharpener with them and they kept breaking on me but when I brought the UD sharpener they would sharpen fine and worked great. The color selection is great and they are very pigmented. I have notice if you put on your eyeshadow first and the try to put this on your upper lash line you do kind of have to sit and build up the color because of the eyeshadow under it. But if you put it on your bare lash line they go on so creamy and bring. I love them! September 27, 2012
Best liner pencils EVER!!! The Glide-On description in the name is no joke, these pencils are like buttah! As someone who was a teen in the early 80s and had to use a lighter to soften my Cover Girl black eyeliners to even get them to go on, imagine my delight to discover these pencils! They go on incredibly smoothly without any tugging or "skipping." The colors are amazing -- what you see on the barrel is what you get on the lid. Plus, they stay put, they don't budge until I take them off. I purchased the anniversary set when it was available, and well, for me it's like an adult version of the big Crayola box! I've slowly been collecting the pencils that aren't in that set. Absolutely love them! July 21, 2011
24/7 Zero I bought this eye pencil just to test it out. I can never find an eyeliner that is soft enough to apply that doesn't smudge all over the place once I walk out in the heat, but not so hard that I feel like I'm tearing my eyelid off. I used "Zero" on teenage girls that came to get their make-up done for prom. Seriously, this 24/7 eyeliner is the best! Depending on how much pressure you apply is how dark line will be. Fabulous! No more going at my eye with q-tips to clean up the slop-job that other eyeliners give. Thank you Urban Decay for offering such awesome products at reasonable price!! August 24, 2011
AMAZING color selection!! I'd say about 95 percent of my makeup bag is Urban Decay, my favorite eyeliner being 24/7 in stash. My eyes are hazel and brown, but this eyeliner really brings out the green and gold in my eyes! it's still dark enough to make my lashes look awesome, too! i'd suggest this color to anyone with brown or green eyes! With color aside, this is an excellent product for it's durability! it stays put, though i've noticed a little bit of fading. Overall, a great buy! I wear mine probably 3-4x a week, and have had it for nearly 8 months now, with over half left! Definatly worth the money! April 11, 2012

A lot of eyeliner pencils tug and pull the skin and create skips, which makes you have to draw the line again. Wanting desperately to find a new look (including eyeliner), I did a Google search and this product was highly recommended. So, I bought it and it's amazing. Hoping to save money, I've tried other brands and they just aren't the same. I will continue to buy this brand in my favorite color (Baked) as long as I can find it. In the meantime, I think I'll try Lucky, Stash, and Mildew. I'm just the average Jane but I have to say that this liner lasts forever. I love that if I leave it on overnight, I can simply clean the shadow up from under my eyes and my eyes still look amazing. Maybe if I buy Urban Decay eye shadow, I won't even have to do that. A must have staple in your make-up arsenal! That might sound dramatic, but so are these eyeliners! I've never found a more soft, easy to apply, highly pigmented eyeliner than the 24/7 eyeliner. Great Product that easily lasts I work late nights and always have to dress up and look nice during my time at work. With the 24/7 eyeliner i can create amazing colors combined them together and create that dramtic effect that always leaves my fellow co workers in ah how i look. it always brings out the green in my eyes as well. Over all its an amazing product that i would die with out. Also came in handy when i was doing my halloween get up, as a goth girl. Zero brung out some amazing new tricks for me February 16, 2012
Best eyeliner I have EVER purchased!!! I hate putting eyeliner on in the mornings, and I have really sensitive eyes, but this eye pencil has me excited to wear eyeliner! I love the way it glides on- very smooth, almost like butter (but without the calories!) It doesn't irritate my eyes the way most eye pencils do, so that's a huge plus! I normally wouldn't spend a lot of money on a single eyeliner pencil, but this one has lasted me nearly 6 months now, and I still have about a third of the pencil left! Which is amazing since I wear it everyday. It's totally worth the money! Super Highly Recommended! I am in love with this pencil!! So much that I used two exclamation points!! The eyeliner pencils I've used before were always hard and it felt like I was trying to get a drying out ball point pen to write on my eyelids. I also tend to have shaky hands, and my fine motor skills are not that great, so I've always been afraid of using gel or liquid eyeliner. Then this product came along, and it made lining my eye SO EASY. It's so smooth and creamy, and glides along your eyelid. The color is also very pigmented and rich. Best Eyeliner Out There I purchased this eyeliner in the shade zero a few weeks ago at Ulta. My boyfriend scoffed at the price, but I told him that it would be better than a $2 eyeliner from another store. And boy was I right. I've always had major problems with eye liner. My eyes and skin are very sensitive, so most liners I used would make my eyes burn and turn red, and it was very painful. I wore this eyeliner for 12 hours the day of my boyfriend's holiday party, and I couldn't even tell it was there. love--- BUT---- wish it was retractable sharpening REALLY wish this wasn't a true pencil where you have to use a eyeliner sharpener to sharpen. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color- love the creaminess to the formula- but I go through this eyeliner SO quickly because I am always sharpening it! Sometimes I sharpen it too much, and the product breaks off.. And then it is wasted.. I am also always stabbing myself with the sharpness of the pencil. If it was a retractable, self sharpening pencil, it would be more delightful to use--- Ladies- if you want a SUPER BLACK eyeliner with a great formula--- PERVERSION is what you need. But be prepared to buy more of these than you do with your normal eyeliner since it goes very quickly. January 28, 2013
Amazing Pencils! I love these eyeliners. I have a few, and my favorite one is Demolition. It is just the perfect brown color, because it isn't as harsh as a black, but it isn't too light either. I use these on the inner rims of my eyes, as well as my upper lashline. They are extremely creamy and easy to work with, which I love. My only problems are that they are hard to take off, and that they don't stay on the inner rims of my eyes all day, but I have yet to find eyeliners that do. I have bought one of these for my sister (Binge), and another one for my mom (Rockstar, and she has blue eyes so it looks beautiful), and now they are both hooked on them! LOVE! I generally use gel liner but have been looking for a pencil liner that was both dark and long wearing. I recently bought one from another brand that was just ok... But when I walked into my local Ulta store and swatched the 24/7 pencil in Perversion I instantly fell in love!! Its super dark and wears a really long time! I have allergies and even after a long day of rubbing my eyes, watery eyes, it was still super dark and didn't even transfer onto my hands. I would definitely repurchase this product and would highly recommend it if you're looking for a dark, highly pigmented black pencil liner that super long wearing. February 7, 2012
Amazing! This product is my all time favorite Eye liner that i'll use forever. It's such an amazing product and worth the money. It glides on so smoothly and has such great pigment. It lasts all day. The colors are pigmented and nice colors. Days i just want natural eye, or days i want to add a pop of color all i have to do is just take one of these. It's very easy too use and it's easy too put on were you're not poking yourself in the eye because it's taking so long to put on. The quality is very good. Best Eyeliner By Far I rarely use eyeliner, the only reason I do is because I wear false lashes and I have to cover the lashband with black liquid liner. I received an Urban Decay 24/7 as a free sample in my purchase from Urban Decay. I got the color Deliquent, which is a pretty shimmery purple. I still have no idea how I would wear this purple liner, but after playing with I learned how great the lasting ability and consistancy is. It's the PERFECT eyeliner for your waterlines. I went ahead and bought the full size eyeliner in Zero (the dark black) and use it in my waterlines when I do a smouldering smoky eye. It stays put all day and makes my eyes look so alluring. My all-time favorite makeup purchase--really!! Of all the makeup I've ever bought (and I'm a junkie--it's a lot!) I love these pencils the best of all. I use them EVERY day. This set has so many cool colors and they last forever! You can even get by with using them as shadows if you have to--just make sure to blend quickly. They set after a minute or so and really do last all day. I hesitated only a few minutes because of the price, but seriously, I've used them every day for months now and they've been worth every cent. And I feel like pencils are safer overall from a sanitary viewpoint because you can sharpen all you need to and start with a fresh edge every day. March 7, 2013

BEST. EYELINER. EVER. This eyeliner was the first product from Urban Decay that got me addicted. These eyeliners are so irresitably smooth and the colors are amazingly vibrant. They never budge and they are completely true to their namesake. I have committed the beauty sin of forgetting to wash my makeup off before bed, and the eyeliner was still there when I got up the next morning. I've even gone swimming with it and it still doesn't budge! Truely 24/7. I love how it doesn't tug when you use it- it truely glides like butter! I have the travel set and I love all of the colors, even though I was doubting Woodstock at first. I put it on my lower lashes and I put Oil Slick on the top and it looked great! Double duty liner Being someone who will not go outside the door without eyeliner across my face, I had long settled into gel eyeliner as providing for my needs. Then along comes 24/7 which not only gives me the ability to reproduce the lines I want, but are so easy and creamy to apply, no scratchiness, just soft, smooth, pure color that stays exactly where it is put and, OMG! the colors! They double as eyeshadow and can be eased across the eyelid to produce a perfect shadow. I have the double pencil as well as the single liner,Perversion specifically, which produce a spectacular look that goes through day to night, or the reverse, if I require! This is my favorite pencil eyeliner! I must say that Urban Decay has lured me into their trap with these pleasurable-to-use (that's not even a phrase) eyeliners. Let me explain how! First of all, look at all the pretty colors- it's impossible to not find at least one color you like! I personally recommend Bourbon and Stash if you're not a black liner girl, and even if you are, they're still pretty. You might be turned off by the price, but once you experience the smooth, intense pigment that just glides on, you'll be happy to buy more. Plus, they last a long time for me; I don't go swimming with eyeliner on, but they do last 8+ hours, and that's good enough for me! Try one out; you'll be glad you did :) July 26, 2011
Best Eyeliner Ever I love these liners. I use them daily and have a rotation of a few different staple colors. I love the intensity of the colors, but what originally drew me to the liners is their smoothness. They feel like velvet and go on incredibly smooth! Even with how smooth they are, they last all day without reapplication. The colors I use the most are Rockstar, Underground, Stash, and Bourbon. I would absolutely recommend them and I think that that all of the colors are beautiful in different situations. I have many of the colors, and I think that the swatches that they have online are very true to the real color of the liners. August 2, 2011

No smudge and very long lasting I have never been able to find an eyeliner that didn't end up smudging and ending up either on my eyelid or cheekbone. This eye pencil is AMAZING! It is so smooth to put on, and stays all day and still looks beautiful. If I use primer, or a little powder, it would probably last 24 hours. I don't immediately get home and want to wash my face! I also love the different colors. Most brands make 1 or 2 browns. Very boring. But UD makes all sorts of browns and other beautiful blues and purples, which look great with my brown eyes. Best Eyeliners in the WORLD. I can never say enough things about these eyeliners! The colors are all very pigmented, smooth, and last forever. These puppies get me through sweat, tears, and rubbing. I've tried a billion different black eyeliners, and these are the best, hands-down! (Perversion is the best, but sadly was only a limited edition item. BRING IT BACK!!!!) I don't go anywhere without Oil Slick or Zero in my emergency make-up kit. All of the colors are just as long lasting, and come in a wide range, but I'd still like to see more bright, unusual colors. Some of the special edition light colors are more for a sheen than an opaque application which is a bummer, but they are fun to blend. July 26, 2011

Best eyeliner I have EVER purchased!!! I hate putting eyeliner on in the mornings, and I have really sensitive eyes, but this eye pencil has me excited to wear eyeliner! I love the way it glides on- very smooth, almost like butter (but without the calories!) It doesn't irritate my eyes the way most eye pencils do, so that's a huge plus! I normally wouldn't spend a lot of money on a single eyeliner pencil, but this one has lasted me nearly 6 months now, and I still have about a third of the pencil left! Which is amazing since I wear it everyday. It's totally worth the money! Super Highly Recommended! I am in love with this pencil!! So much that I used two exclamation points!! The eyeliner pencils I've used before were always hard and it felt like I was trying to get a drying out ball point pen to write on my eyelids. I also tend to have shaky hands, and my fine motor skills are not that great, so I've always been afraid of using gel or liquid eyeliner. Then this product came along, and it made lining my eye SO EASY. It's so smooth and creamy, and glides along your eyelid. The color is also very pigmented and rich. Best Eyeliner Out There I purchased this eyeliner in the shade zero a few weeks ago at Ulta. My boyfriend scoffed at the price, but I told him that it would be better than a $2 eyeliner from another store. And boy was I right. I've always had major problems with eye liner. My eyes and skin are very sensitive, so most liners I used would make my eyes burn and turn red, and it was very painful. I wore this eyeliner for 12 hours the day of my boyfriend's holiday party, and I couldn't even tell it was there. love--- BUT---- wish it was retractable sharpening REALLY wish this wasn't a true pencil where you have to use a eyeliner sharpener to sharpen. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color- love the creaminess to the formula- but I go through this eyeliner SO quickly because I am always sharpening it! Sometimes I sharpen it too much, and the product breaks off.. And then it is wasted.. I am also always stabbing myself with the sharpness of the pencil. If it was a retractable, self sharpening pencil, it would be more delightful to use--- Ladies- if you want a SUPER BLACK eyeliner with a great formula--- PERVERSION is what you need. Amazing Pencils! I love these eyeliners. I have a few, and my favorite one is Demolition. It is just the perfect brown color, because it isn't as harsh as a black, but it isn't too light either. I use these on the inner rims of my eyes, as well as my upper lashline. They are extremely creamy and easy to work with, which I love. My only problems are that they are hard to take off, and that they don't stay on the inner rims of my eyes all day, but I have yet to find eyeliners that do. I have bought one of these for my sister (Binge), and another one for my mom (Rockstar, and she has blue eyes so it looks beautiful), and now they are both hooked on them! LOVE! I generally use gel liner but have been looking for a pencil liner that was both dark and long wearing. I recently bought one from another brand that was just ok... But when I walked into my local Ulta store and swatched the 24/7 pencil in Perversion I instantly fell in love!! Its super dark and wears a really long time! I have allergies and even after a long day of rubbing my eyes, watery eyes, it was still super dark and didn't even transfer onto my hands. Amazing! This product is my all time favorite Eye liner that i'll use forever. It's such an amazing product and worth the money. It glides on so smoothly and has such great pigment. It lasts all day. The colors are pigmented and nice colors. Days i just want natural eye, or days i want to add a pop of color all i have to do is just take one of these. Best Eyeliner By Far I rarely use eyeliner, the only reason I do is because I wear false lashes and I have to cover the lashband with black liquid liner. I received an Urban Decay 24/7 as a free sample in my purchase from Urban Decay. I got the color Deliquent, which is a pretty shimmery purple. I still have no idea how I would wear this purple liner, but after playing with I learned how great the lasting ability and consistancy is. It's the PERFECT eyeliner for your waterlines. I went ahead and bought the full size eyeliner in Zero (the dark black) and use it in my waterlines when I do a smouldering smoky eye. It stays put all day and makes my eyes look so alluring. My all-time favorite makeup purchase--really!! Of all the makeup I've ever bought (and I'm a junkie--it's a lot!) I love these pencils the best of all. I use them EVERY day. This set has so many cool colors and they last forever! You can even get by with using them as shadows if you have to--just make sure to blend quickly. They set after a minute or so and really do last all day. I hesitated only a few minutes because of the price, but seriously, I've used them every day for months now and they've been worth every cent. And I feel like pencils are safer overall from a sanitary viewpoint because you can sharpen all you need to and start with a fresh edge every day. March 7, 2013

BEST. EYELINER. EVER. This eyeliner was the first product from Urban Decay that got me addicted. These eyeliners are so irresitably smooth and the colors are amazingly vibrant. They never budge and they are completely true to their namesake. I have committed the beauty sin of forgetting to wash my makeup off before bed, and the eyeliner was still there when I got up the next morning. I've even gone swimming with it and it still doesn't budge! Truely 24/7. I love how it doesn't tug when you use it- it truely glides like butter! Double duty liner Being someone who will not go outside the door without eyeliner across my face, I had long settled into gel eyeliner as providing for my needs. Then along comes 24/7 which not only gives me the ability to reproduce the lines I want, but are so easy and creamy to apply, no scratchiness, just soft, smooth, pure color that stays exactly where it is put and, OMG! the colors! They double as eyeshadow and can be eased across the eyelid to produce a perfect shadow. I have the double pencil as well as the single liner,Perversion specifically, which produce a spectacular look that goes through day to night, or the reverse, if I require! This is my favorite pencil eyeliner! I must say that Urban Decay has lured me into their trap with these pleasurable-to-use (that's not even a phrase) eyeliners. Let me explain how! First of all, look at all the pretty colors- it's impossible to not find at least one color you like! I personally recommend Bourbon and Stash if you're not a black liner girl, and even if you are, they're still pretty. You might be turned off by the price, but once you experience the smooth, intense pigment that just glides on, you'll be happy to buy more. Best Eyeliner Ever I love these liners. I use them daily and have a rotation of a few different staple colors. I love the intensity of the colors, but what originally drew me to the liners is their smoothness. They feel like velvet and go on incredibly smooth! Even with how smooth they are, they last all day without reapplication. The colors I use the most are Rockstar, Underground, Stash, and Bourbon. I would absolutely recommend them and I think that that all of the colors are beautiful in different situations. No smudge and very long lasting I have never been able to find an eyeliner that didn't end up smudging and ending up either on my eyelid or cheekbone. This eye pencil is AMAZING! It is so smooth to put on, and stays all day and still looks beautiful. If I use primer, or a little powder, it would probably last 24 hours. I don't immediately get home and want to wash my face! I also love the different colors. Most brands make 1 or 2 browns. Very boring. But UD makes all sorts of browns and other beautiful blues and purples, which look great with my brown eyes. Best Eyeliners in the WORLD. I can never say enough things about these eyeliners! The colors are all very pigmented, smooth, and last forever. These puppies get me through sweat, tears, and rubbing. I've tried a billion different black eyeliners, and these are the best, hands-down! (Perversion is the best, but sadly was only a limited edition item. BRING IT BACK!!!!) I don't go anywhere without Oil Slick or Zero in my emergency make-up kit. All of the colors are just as long lasting, and come in a wide range, but I'd still like to see more bright, unusual colors.
