WoodstockRatings Summary24/7 3897 3897Quality varies by shade Back in 2011 I got the 15th Anniversary set of 24/7 pencils, so I have had ample time to use these pencils! Of the currently available shades, I have Perversion, Binge, Bourbon, Electric, Mildew, Ransom, Rockstar, Stash, and Zero. Here are short reviews of each. Perversion: Blackest black pencil I've used--very deep pigmentation, a little goes a long way--and it actually sets. Very creamy before it sets, though, so you can do nice smudges. Binge: Shimmery navy that tends to have patchy pigmentation (sheer in some parts, opaque in others). Let it set before going over it, or it'll "fold" over itself. Bourbon: A nicely glittery, warm medium brown, good for everyday but not mind-blowing. Electric: Not my kind of color, but it is great if you like blues that lean turquoise. Slightly sheer and glittery. Mildew: The kind of yellowy, murky green that goes surprisingly well with green eyes. Smooth and pigmented. Ransom: The blue iridescence in this bright, cool purple is pretty. A bit sheer. Rockstar: An extremely flattering, warm purple that's my go-to for my green eyes. Very fine shimmer in a satiny finish. Stash: More olive-toned and less green than Mildew. Very subtle glitter. Zero: It's a no-fuss basic black. If you don't like the creaminess of Perversion, this is drier and less pigmented and easier to handle. March 7, 2013Eye Heaven <3 I have purchased several of these eyeliners individually and I also bought the 15 year anniversary set, obviously I like them, ha ha. They're super easy to use, if you make a mess it cleans up nicely, as long as you do it quickly, but these eyeliners do set and once that happens...well, you're stuck without makeup remover, but I think that's a good thing. My very favorite color is from the anniversary set...unfortunately I can't buy it anymore because it isn't sold seperately and the anniversary set is not available anymore. If you can get your hands on the eyeliner uzi, defintely hang on to it, it's such a beautiful color. Softer than black, bolder than brown, it's the perfect shade for a not too dark, not too soft look. It's just an absolutely amazing color. And it does NOT fade at all. A few weeks ago I applied my makeup before work in the afternoon, and this eyeliner lasted all through work, through drinks that night, and until the next afternoon (because I fell asleep with my makeup on)!! That is ridiculous!! This eyeliner is just great. The colors are so pretty and unique and there are so many to choose from. And the staying power is awesome, even if you choose to smudge them. Great buy, I know $18 seems like a lot for an eyeliner, but once you actually try this eyeliner, you'll understand that it is definitely worth the price. July 6, 2011Very nice products I love the pigmentation on these and creaminess. The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and so blendable. They can be used for any kind of look. There are gorgeous colored ones for a pop of color on the lower lash line or some bright eyeliner on the upper lastline. There are also more muted browns and purples that I love to put on my lower lash line. There is one that is brown but with a little bit of purple undertones, I love that for the bottom lash line because it's subtle but not too subtle with the little bit of purple shining through. These are very user friendly. There's no tugging on the eyes or anything. The only reason I dont give them a 5 star rating is because if I just want black on the tightline, it transfers to my waterline. They smear quite easily on me, but I think it just be my eyes. My eyes get very watery and just start watering randomly so that's why they smudge. But as for the sometimes unwanted transferring, I'm not really sure. Lately I have just been finding myself to use perversion for my eye liner, and using a different liner for my tightline just so theres not transferring. But this could just be my problem because I've seen a lot of people that don't have this issue. I would highly recommend these, they're beautiful, creamy, easy to use, easy to blend. Aside from my watery eye issues, these are my go to liners March 11, 2013Favorite Pencil Liners! I've been around the block a few times trying to look for the best long-lasting and smudge-proof pencil liner out there, and Urban Decay's 24/7 pencils definitely take the cake! Here's a brief list of why they are so fabulous: 1) The color selection is KILLER. I mean really, peacock greens and hot pinks, they're honestly really awesome colors. And don't be afraid of colored liners - they look way better than you would think. I was against colored eyeliners until I tried out these babies, and boy am I glad I did! 2) They are so easy to use! These pencils are perfect for those days where you're running late but you want to play up your eyes just a little bit. The pencil is beautifully creamy and the color glides on without having to tug on your poor eyelids to get really dramatic and vibrant color. 3) The staying power is simply amazing. Trust me on this one, for a pencil eyeliner, these babies take the cake for staying on. I've gone through so many brands but I knew once I came across these pencils I needed to search no more! The awesome part is that they're waterproof too! Which is great because I like lining my waterline. So, need I say more? Go ahead and try it for yourself, I promise you won't regret it! And I know I sound like a complete Urban Decay junkie but I've introduced these pencils to ALL my friends and they've instantly fallen in love with these eyeliner pencils! March 15, 2012Perversion...Oh how I love thee! I liked Zero. I love, love, love Perversion. It is dark, dramatic, bold and just lovely. I had this shade as a liquid liner, but the pencil is just as incredible and a bit easier for me to apply. If I need to smudge it or swipe onto a brush first I am able to. Or just apply. Now I know why this shade quickly became a fan favorite. Other shades I have: Zero: Matte black. Lasts all day but not as dark or intense as Perversion Oil Slick: Zero with silver glitter. I use this to add a little extra gleam to a matte eye-shadow look. Binge: Navy blue. I find this shade a little harder to apply for some reason and doesn't work well with my skin-tone. Bourbon: This is a great brown with some very minor gold glitter. Applies smoothly but doesn't seem to blend well. Looks fabulous if you apply and don't smudge though. The glitter is not too obvious. Crash: Deep purple with silver glitter. It is dark so hard to tell it's purple on the lid with me. I would not repurchase. Demolition: Glad they made this one a full-size. This is a deep bold brown. I use this instead of Zero quite a bit and it's one of my favorites. Eldorado: Bright gold. Nice texture. Good pencil! Flipside: Beautiful teal shade that applies easily. Gunmetal: Dark gray with glitter. Applies nicely and looks great. Lucky: My holy grail. Makes my blue-eyes pop. Applies very smoothly. Love this shade. Underground: Goes great with the Naked palette. February 9, 2012The Best Eyeliner Out There Like many of the reviewers on UD's site, I have used a lot of makeup over the years. Hands down, you will not find another eyeliner like Urban Decay's 24/7 Eyeliner pencils. The application is smooth and creamy, the staying power is superb, and the colours are vibrant and gorgeous. I wear this eyeliner every single day. My only complaint is I would LOVE a denim blue shade -- something grey-bluish. Back in the day there was a Mary Jane colored smoke-out pencil but I'm dying to have it in the 27/4 shades. Here's one way to wear the vibrant eyeliners: On my top lash line, I'll draw a thin black line with liquid eyeliner, (which fills in the small light area between my lashes) and I'll then using UD's 24/7 pencil over it once it dries. I have about 15 different colours -- usually I'll pick electric, flipside, ransom, gunmetal, or junkie. On my bottom lash line I'll use perversion or zero (both black) or from time to time, deviant (a bold blue with 80s flare). I'll then use the colour I put on the top to lightly go underneath the outside of my black bottom eyeliner to pull a bit of the colour down. This now leaves me to use whatever colour eyeshadow I want above my eyeliner line - something like sin, ydk or maui wowie if you're looking for neutrals or even something more bold. From there, you may use black liquid eyeliner again on the top for a harsher line but it's up to you. Finish the look with heavy black mascara on your top and bottom lashes. March 5, 2013I didn't realize what I was missing OK - so I live in an area that can be humid and my father's genes passed on the propensity to sweat. a lot. Anyway, when I stumbled across Urban Decay's 24/7 waterproof eyeliners, I was excited but doubtful. I think I picked up a special that had two colors for a great prices. They looked like black and plum eyeliners, but NO! These babies were much more. The colors I initially purchased were Oil Slick (black with teeny silver glitter) and Rockstar (darkest eggplant). Now, I love the idea of being a rock star and my green eyes do sparkle with purple-y colors, so I tried the Rockstar eye pencil. It is amazingly smooth and easy to apply. I started out a tad heavy (very pigmented) and have since started to dot my bottom lashes and the smudge. This is a bit softer look, but I am often reminded of my punk rock youth. The next two I snagged were Zero (zealous black) and Whiskey (from the Rollergirl palette - on sale for $16!). Whiskey is a bronze color that I love using during the summer months. Due to my pale porcelain skin, I don't use a lot of bronzing products. Using Whiskey on top and bottom lash line with smudging and smooshing gives me a feeling of looking "summery". Oh yeah, These babies hold up under some seriously sweaty activities. I have told many people about the 24/7 eye pencils because I receive tons of comments on my eyes. Yeah, they are gorgeous, but they are asking about the staying power of my eye make-up. (All-nighter spray helps too!) January 31, 2012The colors are brilliant!! I know it's been said, but these colors are so bright! Some of the colors don't look as though they'll show on my skin, but let them sit and they show up so well. Not only to they show up, but they stay put even after a lot of activity or a long day. I know they're 24/7, but due to the high humidity levels in Bermuda, makeup doesn't always last as long without bleeding etc, especially during the summer. These pencils, whether used alone or with the All Nighter spray, last a whole night out plus into the next day even after eye rubbing. One reapplication, and good to go again. I feel the best feature is even if I put one color on then change my mind, I can put the new one on top and the two don't bleed into each other. Not advising that you do this, but in those situations where time is limited, it's nice to know it can be done if need be. All the colors I've tried so far work well, even Bourbon and Rockstar which are very close to my skin tone. I can still use them in combination with another color or with an eyeshadow. I'm not the darkest out there, but if most work on me, there's an excellent chance they'll work for everyone else. The color glides on easily and smoothly. No need for me to press hard to get the result I want. And as long as the pencils are stored properly, they don't dry out. Even when left uncapped for a period of time, they still work very well. I couldn't consider other eye liner pencils after using these! Will definitely buy more :-) February 28, 2012LOVE this eyeliner HELP WITH 24/7 LINER APPLICATION TO LOWEr LASHL Urban Decay lived up to their brands name with they made these eyeliners! They are easy to use and incredibly long lasting-- so long lasting that I have trouble removing all of my eye make up at night. I would definitely recommend these to a friend whether they were a professional make-up artist, a make-up junkie, or someone completely new to the world of make up. The only problem I run into is when I try and use a colorful eyeliner (basically any color except black and brown). Since I'm asking everyone's advice it might be helpful to know what I look like: super fair skin with rosy cheeks (DO NOT have rosacea), I have light eyes that change colors slightly but they are usually grayish blue, and I'm a natural blonde. I told you all my appearance to see if there are any colors you would suggest in eyeliner or shadow :) I'd love to hear some suggestions based on my appearance because the two times it happened I end up buy my favorite make up color combos ever. Anyways, I like putting my eyeliner on my lash line (basically the top of the bottom lid as close as you can get the the eye and it is the space right before the eyelash starts). The colors don't appear at all when I try to apply them to the bottom of my lash line and end up just getting the eyeliner on my bottom eyelashes. if anyone knows which colors show up on the bottom the best and which colors hardly show when applying eyeliner the lash line. Any advice would be appreciated . Lots of love, Mimi M March 10, 2013The color selection is fabulous. There are a tremendous range of colors, and the colors that exist are quite beautiful. I would buy again for color alone. Good array of vibrant, unique, basic, and basic with a twist. Nicely pigmented. Creamy. Apply easily. Zero tugging. The color does stay true throughout the day. I like that you can actually tell the difference between colors when they are on the eye. Some brands have colors that look different in the packaging or in swatches, but they all look very similar once on the eye. They are a bit less expensive than the liners I currently use, another plus. I have just a few issues. If I could give 4&1/2 stars I would. I should start by saying that I had high expectations. I wish it came with a smudger, just nice to have that option. My number one issue, these are not as long lasting as I have heard. Women rave over these because of their longevity. Everyone is different. Different skin. People react differently to products. They last me about eight to ten hours. That is good, but I am used to getting that kind of wear already. They wear nicely, evenly. You won't have patchiness or flaking. My super oily lids might be the issue. Could be the colors; zero and mildew (a moss green). I have tried a variety of different primers to see if that helps. Seemed to be basically the same regardless. They will smear if you rub your eyes, but most do. Regardless I would buy again. I rarely need my makeup to last longer than ten hours. They last long enough. The colors are worth it. December 19, 2011The 24/7 pencil has to be one of the best innovations out there when it comes to eyeliner. I have probably spent thousands of dollars over the years testing out eyeliners that claimed to be waterproof, long lasting, smudge proof, etc. It has been quite aggravating, to say the least, on my journey to find a an eyeliner that has that hardcore staying power. Finally, thanks to Urban Decay, I have found my go-to eyeliner that won't budge for anything. The 24/7 liner will hold up against pretty much anything. I have been horribly blessed with oily skin yet I have no problem whatsoever with getting UD's eyeliner to stay put exactly where I tell it to go. Another great thing about this product is that it doesn't feel or look dry in the skin. Theres no dragging during the application. I just simply glide the eyeliner on easily, let it set for a minute, and I'm good to go all day and night. In addition, I love that all the colors stay exactly the hue that they originally went on until you take them off. The black stays as black as night, the jewel tones remain beautifully bold, and the shimmery colors dazzle unaltered all through the night. I've even fallen asleep with one of the eyeliners on and had no transfer of any kind on my pillow nor did I wake up with raccoon eyes or makeup smeared all over my face. The eyeliner stayed put 24/7 like the name states. I am more than impressed with this product. I have literally tried almost every brand of eyeliner and Urban Decay's is the ONLY one that lived up to its name. I fully recommend that you add this to your beauty arsenal ASAP! February 29, 2012The best eyeliner! I love these eyeliners! I have so many colors, I won't list them all. Here are some of my favourites: perversion - absolutely gorgeous black lucky - I love this shade, it works as an every day neutral but it's metallic and looks either light or dark depending on the angle viewed from. Baked is similar, and I LOVE baked, I'm sad that color was discontinued :( Whiskey - good neutral brown, though sometimes smudges/shifts 1999 - light plum with sparkle, less pigmented than some of the others (or crash, which is kind of its darker counterpart#, but this makes it wearable by itself as an every day look. woodstock! I love how bright this is, sometimes I really enjoy wearing a fun, bright eyeliner #crash, radium, and ransom also work for this purpose). Also, pink makeup is a bit of a guilty pleasure and the woodstock pencil has great pigmentation. I like how creamy these pencils are, but I find that sometimes this creaminess is their downfall and they smudge/don't set right. If you set them with a powder this isn't usually a problem, but most of the time I just want to color of the pencil, not a powder color. Having said that, I've given away some of my favorite shades as gifts because I want to share these amazing pencils with others. Also, these pencils helped me learn how to apply eyeliner. I definitely recommend getting the grindhouse though, other sharpeners don't sharpen these pencils nearly as well. The grindhouse leaves smooth edges and doesn't sharpen off the pencil core in the process. February 21, 2012A dream come true for me! I hope my explanation makes sense... I am half Japanese and have Asian eyes and while I have a double eyelid, it is not a deep one and when I open my eyes, the upper eyelid touches the crease. Because of this, I haven't been able to wear eyeliner on my upper eyelid due to the color coming off onto where it touches the crease. When I would lower my eyelids, you can see where the eyeliner transfers where it touched. Then for my lower eyelid, I couldn't wear any dark colored eyeliners because I would always end up with raccoon eyes. When I found out about this product I purchased the Jackpot set that has the half sized pencils and then while waiting for it Urban Decay released the 15th anniversary pencil set and I took a chance and purchased that as well. I live in Dubai and they didn't sell Urban Decay yet so I ordered it to my sister's house and had her mail the stuff to me here. I gave my sister-in-law the jackpot set since I got the anniversary one and we both fell in love with these pencils from the first use. The colors are creamy, and go on so smooth and the color stays. No color transfer from the upper eyelid, and not raccoon eyes! The pigment is rich and smooth, just beautiful. My sister-in-law purchased the anniversay pencil set soon after and then I bought another jackpot set for my other sister-in-law, who also fell in love with the product right away. Luckily for us, they started selling Urban Decay here in Dubai, but I still buy from the USA website especially when there are sales since my sister can send them to me :) February 14, 2012My favorite eyeliner by far As someone who doesn't wear much makeup-- I typically just swipe on a simple line of eyeliner-- I've been on a quest to find the perfect eyeliner for years. I've tried liquids, pencils, creams, and powders from a large variety of brands, but these pencils are hands down my favorite. They're waterproof and the pigment stays bright on my lids all day (I was lucky and inherited my mom's non-oily skin). I haven't tried smudging it on purpose, so I don't know how well they smudge. However, I have layered them and they do layer really well together-- I usually go with a bright color for my primary liner and then highlight it with a black. ... And this is going to sound dumb, but these pencils even sharpen better than your standard eyeliner pencil-- I've had cheap pencils basically shatter, or lose their "lead" inside the sharpener. These pencils really are a superior product and I would heartily recommend them to anyone. I have two of the full size pencils in (Deviant and Lust) and two of the double-ended pencils (Uzi, Empire, Zero, and Corrupt), and they are all fantastic. Deviant - a very vibrant blue with sparkles, I get compliments every time I wear it. Lust - a sultry purple, this one's my go-to on a day-to-day basis. Empire - a dark and mysterious purple, I used this one for a costume party recently and it really brought out the evil villain in my eyes. Uzi - a smoky charcoal, I don't wear this one enough. Zero - a cut above the rest black, I layer this one with with a colored eyeliner to get a more polished/dramatic look. Corrupt - a basic brown that doesn't disappoint, I use this one when I wear loud eye shadow. March 5, 2013Staying power + cruelty free! I've tried a number of different shades of the 24/7 liner pencils - Stash, Covet, Ransom, Lust, Flipside, etc... and can say that out of all the eyeliner brands I've used, Urban Decay by far has the most staying power! The 24/7 liners are considered by many as the "holy grail" of liner because they are highly pigmented, easy to use, and truly stay put & last all day & night. They have a great selection of colors to choose from, however, one shade I've been after in particular - Radium, is only available in the travel-size mini 5-pencil set or as a liquid liner. Maybe they'll add this shade to the full-size pencil roster soon - I hope so! The 24/7 pencils are sleek and sturdy and apply easily! It's easy to get a good sharp line in one sweep, or to add a thicker line in two. It just depends on how sharp your pencil is, and they're quite easy to sharpen. You don't need the specific UD sharpener - I use one I picked up from a beauty supply store. I'd like to try the 24/7 shadow liners to compare application, knowing they're a larger pencil to begin with. I love that Urban Decay is committed to offering cruelty-free makeup of high quality, but I do wish they also could refrain from using Tin Oxide and substitute for more natural ingredients in their products. I won't buy their 24/7 liquid liner because of some of the ingredients in it, although I'm tempted with the color pay-off and longevity I've sampled by swatching on my hand at the store. If they start having more natural ingredients, I'll be sure to expand my collection! Overall, this is a great product, long-lasting and highly pigmented, easy to use. Quality value & backed by UD's commitment to not testing on animals! February 16, 2012Not for me. I bought two mini sized 24/7 glide on pencils from urban decay at an Ulta store last year for my birthday. I thought it was a good deal because I could try two colors (Oil Slick and Rockkstar I believe) for 14$. Sadly though, I ended up not liking them. I have allergic reactions often because I am allergic to myself, so I need makeup that is long lasting and is put through anything. Because I love the Urban Decay all-nighter setting spray, as well as their primers for my lids, I assumed this would have a similar last-through-anything formula. The pigmentation was wonderful, and the liner was nice and creamy for rockkstar. Sadly, Oil Slick's glitter irritated my eyes and was too rough to use for my over sensitive lids. Also when I wore it, the glitter would flake the slightest bit and I would have random fallout on my cheeks. This wasn't bad fall out, just three or four flakes right below my liner, but it was annoying because I do very precise dramatic looks. So I ended up giving that liner away. As for Rockstarr, again, wonderful pigmentation, nice and creamy. I loved it. Only problem? My watery eyes would break down the product on the lower lashline, and the metallic finish again would have a bit of annoying flaking. Minimal flaking, but enough to annoy me. It might have been I applied too much liner, I'm not sure. But I wasn't much of a fan of either liner. I have been debating trying one of their totally no shimmer, no glitter pencils, but I don't want to waste 19$ on a product I might not like and end up giving away. If there is a good Urban Decay pallet (I love their pallets so much! Completely genius colors!) i might try one, but I doubt I'll buy one again on it's own. March 5, 201324/7 Liners don't budge! Sadly, I am a woman who suffers from super oily lids. That means 90% of the eyeliners I've purchased slip and slide off my lids within 2 hours. Never the less I have never been able to find an eyeliner that stays on my waterline for more then an hour without gooping up into the inner and outer corners of my eyes, well that is until I discovered Urban Decays 24/7 Liners! I swear these liners are magic to date I own Zero, Oil Slick, Bourbon, Dime, Rockstar, Stash, Ransom, and Underground and I absolutely love all of them. I won't lie and say I use them very often for my upper lids because I tend to use liquid or gel liners but I use these on my waterline, tightline, and lashline daily and they are great. They are so smooth and creamy going on that initially I was skeptical about how long wearing they would be but they set after a few minutes giving you plenty of time to blend and smudge your liner as much as your heart desires. The reason I only gave them four stars is because they are terribly difficult to sharpen and you will ruin them if you don't use an Urban Decay sharpener! they get all jagged and pokey and they will never get to a point. Luckily I learned my lesson after demolishing my first one and bought the dang ten dollar sharpener! Even with my Urban Decay Sharpener, I have to be rather gentle because the formula is so creamy that getting a smooth fine tip can be rather difficult and messy! Also as a forewarning the glittery pencils have a gritty texture so I wouldn't really recommend them for people with extremely sensitive eyes. Never-the-less these eye pencils are incredible and will remain in my makeup collection for as long as Urban Decay continues manufacturing them. They are the best long last eyeliner available on the market, believe me I've tried them all! July 26, 2011For an eyeliner, it's not bad I have had a long and frustrating history with being disappointed by eyeliners. I'm a contact lens wearer, live in the humid south, have oily eyelids, dry watery eyes, and combination skin. It's nearly impossible to get any eyeliner to stick for me what so ever. I got tired of trying every eyeliner in the drug store; so - being an Urban Decay fan - and after hearing so many raving reviews for 24/7, I decided to try it. I purchased this in Perversion to get 'the blackest eyeliner you'll ever meet'. Here is what I thought. It truly is the blackest liner I've come across. There's no doubt that this ones color payoff is exceptional. It's a deep, dark abyss. Now, for the 24/7, waterproof, smudge proof, budge proof guarantee - AHHH, WRONG. It didn't perform HORRIBLY, but it didn't perform any better than any of the cheap 5 dollar liners I buy at drugstores on me. For someone without watery eyes, this thing may stay put for days. But for contact wearers and those who get irritated eyes easily - save your money. I'm not entirely sure that this didn't irritate my eyes and make them water EVEN MORE. I didn't have liner running down my face, but it did smudge right off and run up my lid. Overall it just left me looking yuck after about 4 or 5 hours of wear. There was eyeliner moving up my lids where eyeliner didn't belong. I will say that I love the color selection of the 24/7 liners. I would be willing to try one of the colored ones as an accent in the outer corner of my eye or underneath, but I'll never buy a black again. I also have to mark off some ease of use points. The liner itself glides on exceptionally smooth, however - sharpening it is a nightmare. I bought the horrendously overpriced Grind House sharpener, and it shredded the thing to pieces. Even the sharpener 'made specifically for UD products' couldn't cleanly sharpen the pencil. March 5, 2013SMOOTH GLIDE, SHINES LIKE DIAMOND. Electric reminds me of warm summer breezes, skyscrape towers, city lights, clubs at night, the electricity flashing through the dark night and you can feel the whole world and your body light up from all the amazing sites. <3 I love love love this pencil! I use electric and can honestly say, I hate to be cliche' but, IT'S ELECTRIC! The product glides on with a godly smoothness and stays on all day. Water doesn't phase it and nor does sweat or heat. I tend to use electric on my lower lash line as it makes my eyes pop really well! Try it with woodstock liquid liner, eye primer and it's a cotton candy lovers dream look. The application : Application is very smooth and very precise. You don't need to be durastic in applying pressure as it only takes one coat. I love how it doesn't drag and glides smoothly over the lashline and waterline. I tend to have over-moist eyes and most eye liners do get waterdown and smuge - not this one. Staying power : Once applied, it stays set for over 12 hours. It is a little bit hard to get off with make up remover but not so hard as to irritate your eyes. I love that it doesn't smudge although ,it will a little if you touch it before 30 seconds because it takes 30 seconds to set properly, and stays a really long time. My hand is more susceptible to all of the elements than my eyes so I tried it on the top of my hand to test it's lasting power(I took a running course, showered, saline drops, rubbed my hand raw and it was still vibrant!) Price : In my opinion the price is towards the expensive side but, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I usually only use a little bit of the brighter colors as I am at heart a black eyeliner wearer for every day use so this pencil lasts for an extremely crazy amount of time. Overall : This color of eyeliner is recommened for anyone who wants a daring change to regular black eye-liner. Wear it full rimmed, winged, on your waterline, in the corners, all the looks you can create are limitless. I know this is just a review of electric but, I am going to try all the other colors and you should too as I'm sure they are exactly the same color stay and vibrance. August 24, 2011Ask & Answer24/7 3897 3897Quality varies by shade Back in 2011 I got the 15th Anniversary set of 24/7 pencils, so I have had ample time to use these pencils!
