Not Impressed I thought that this lip stain tended to bleed around the edges of your lips and went on a little blotchy. It lasted a decent amount of time but I wasn't a big fan. March 5, 2013

Not the best. I received this in Envious as a gift. I loved the color when I first put it on, but then I ran into the same problem that I have with every lip stain - in order to boost blendability and make it easier for everyone to use, most gel stains like this have so much water and filler in them that they don't really last that long, unless you're REALLY careful. I understand that as with any stain, you shouldn't expect it to take and hold in an instant, but the fact of the matter is this: I put on all my other makeup, I do lips last. I slick on this stain and breath in like a dork through my mouth for a minute or two, trying to get the product to dry a little better on my lips and not run (which was my first problem. If it's any warmer than 70 degrees outside, this will run like crazy and bleed everywhere if you don't dry it properly first.) If I am really careful over the next, oh, HOUR, this stuff stays on long enough to make a lasting impression. The color payoff is beautiful, I love the pop of color. But god help me if I take a drink or try and smooch my boyfriend before that hour is up - it all melts away into my mouth/onto the outer edges of my lips after any contact with moisture. In short - if you can be careful and don't have too many smooches to hand out or drinks to have, this product is great. But who wants to spend a day without smooches or good drinks? March 8, 2013
