Best Eyeshadow
Urban Decay Shadows are fun and unique and have so many colors that I cannot find anywhere else. The specific color I'm reviewing is Strip, which is a sparkly light blue shadow with grey undertones. I have no problem with the color, pignment, and aplication of the shadow; however, I do not like that it dries out my skin and clashes slightly with my skin, which has yellow undertones. I also love this color but have trouble finding actual occasions to wear it to. I ultimately had to return it, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't have sensitive skin, has skin that complements the color, and can actually wear the color often.

Best Pigmented Shadow
I love the color range and the vibrancy of these shadows. They are a little on the talc-y side so there is a bit of fall out, especially the glittery shadows. The metallics are really pretty and the mattes have great coverage! I like the packaging especially the single shadows. They are small and durable for your makeup bag and you can clearly see what color they are. I love the Book of Shadows palletes however it wold be great if you could get some of the pigments in singles. These shadows are great for runway/coutoure/bold looks and they are great for everyday looks as well. Great products! I can't wait to see what else UD comes out with.

You will NEVER get crease lines with this incredible shadow!
I have been wearing urban decay's eye shadows since 1997. I've gone through all of the other brandS, and none of them stand up to UD's longevity and brilliant colors. I'm a professional dancer, and they are the only shadows that I can put on in the morning, go through 6 hours of sweaty rehearsal, and still look freshly made up for dinner and a night out. And that's all without a primer! For the stage, they hold strong, too, and I appreciate the pigment intensity- the people in my company enjoy seeing what colors I decide to play with on any given night. My all time, every day favorite is Scratch, which I find super flattering for my brown eyes and dark hair. As I get older, I'm appreciating the more sheen, less glitter offerings!

Cannot go wrong
UD's eyeshadows are some of the best I've ever used, the only thing that can compare is SugarPill but they don't have the selection that UD does! They're cruelty free and many of them are vegan too! They're easy to blend, highly pigmented, smooth, long lasting...UD is by far my favorite makeup brand. I've tried other companies, both "cheap" and higher-end and nothing else compares. The eyeshadows are a little pricy but they're completely worth every penny. I especially recommend the palettes, you get several colors for less than you'd pay to buy each individually. Yes they're a little smaller than the individuals, but they last FOREVER.

Seriously Shut The Front Door!
This product is so great I would die without it. I don't know what I did before it because I've loved it for so long. The glitter has very little fallout in the glittery shadows and only few of the shadows are not too greatly pigmented. I generally use at least one UD shadow whether single or in a palette every day in every ye shadow look I've ever done. The eyeshadow never fails me and I always have minimal fallout. Whenever a friend asks me to do their makeup I always use UD and no one complains because the pigment is so great and there's never glitter on their face from any fallout (except when I forget primer with Midnight Cowboy).

Best eyeshadow I've tried
I really love this eyeshadow. It comes in such a wonderful variety of colors that you just can't find anywhere else. The pigmentation is supurb. And it really lasts. When you pair it with the Primer Potion, your eyeshadow will last all day and night. I have gone to bed without taking my makeup off, and when I wake up my makeup hasn't budged. It's that good!
I recommend UD eyeshadow to anyone who will listen, and I now know several converts! :)
I don't care for the glittery colors, though. I'm a bit too old for all the chunky glitter. But there's such a wide variety without glitter, that I always have plenty of colors to choose from.

great for everyone!
When I first discovered this eye shadow all i could say was: ohhhh sparkly! Which wasn't so normal in the sephora store. But the colors caught my attention next. They have a wide varity of colors and even more being made! Light neturals like sin and virgin to there wilder colors like flipside and last call. The colors are extremely pigmented and last all day with a little help from the primer potion which is another must have! The colors complemented every skin type and color, leaving you with a fresh look everytime. So if you want a netural day look or a dramatic evening look or something in between, Urban Decay shadows are for you!

Versitile-Great natural looks, killer dramatic colers for the rest of the time!
I got 2 eye shadows in a UD gift set from my mom as a gift and loved it. I got Skimp and Romp. Skimp is my go-to base coat. Romp is such a deep sexy purple color, i went out and told my hairdresser to dye my hair to match lol. Makes a great eyeliner. If your not used to working with high-pigmentation shadows you may need a little practice with the darker shades. I just ordered Book of Shadows cant wait to get it!

Once you go U.D you will never go back!
I have been a fan of these shadows since I was in high school, my first purchase was Blunt (sheer golden beige) which I still use today and that was 4 years ago! This goes to show that you don't need a lot of shadow to get the look you want, a little goes a long way. Since then, I've bulked up on my shadow selection and bought palettes and single shadows by U.D. My only complaint is the glitter fallout associated with many of the shades and color selection because some of my favorite shades are not available in single shadows, only in palettes.
My favorites are:
Smog (must have! metallic brown) Gunmetal (shimmery grey black) Mowie Wowie (sparkly beige) and Haight (bold turquoise blue)

Perfect!
There is not a whole lot I can say about this product other than AMAZING! I absolutely love the pigmentation they have and the ease of blending. I have quite of few of these that I had purchased, and there has not been one that I haven't fallen in love with.
My friends & co-workers always complement my eyes whenever they see a new look that I've created. They're always curious to know what products I used, and how they can copy it.
My younger sister is new when it comes to applying eye shadow, after recommending a couple of pots for her to try, she was more than eager to practice basic technics and achieve a flawless application.

From coverage to pigment, It looks amazing everytime I use it. I have plenty of Urban Decay palettes but the best deal is an eyeshadow! It's totally worth it and they last forever! Perfect for anyones collection!
These eyeshadows are amazing! They last all day, and are so pigmented and easily blendable! I own 3 palettes, and 5 single eyshadows from UD, and I still can't get enough! My favorites are Flash, SWF, and Freelove! Flash is a beautiful medium purple that is VERY pigmented, with shimmer that doesn't have fallout. SWF is a very light, frost pink shade with silver microglitter that does have some fallout, but is beautiful and just as pigmented nonetheless! Freelove is definitely a must have in anyones collection. Freelove is a medium peach shade with shimmer, and is perfect to wear just on its own, or with a medium to light brown in the crease! Overall, these shadows are perfect for anyones collection, even if you are a beginner! Take advantage of the sale, they don't go on sale often! :)

Must have!
I just had to purchase Mildew and Shattered in the single form. My cousin bought me the palette with both of them in there (don't know the name) and I lost it while on vacation a few months back! I was heartbroken cause I absolutely LOVED those two colors (even though the others were AWESOME also).
This was quite a splurge so I had to pick up a half shift at work cause i was already over my spending budget with my last order. All the chaos I had to deal with that day was totally worth it! lol
These colors look amazing on my brown skin! My hubby loves when I wear either one of them because blue and green are his favorite colors =-)

The best eye shadow available!
This shadow is fantastic. Urban Decay shadows are extremely pigmented and create intense, true color on the lids especially when you also use their Primer Potion. The formula is very smooth and blendable, and it does not fade throughout the day. The color "Sin" is a beautiful shimmery champagne that is universally flattering. It's perfect swept across the entire eye area from lash-line to brow, or you can use it just to highlight the inner corners and brow-bone. I definitely recommend this product!

Best eyeshadows I have used by FARRRR!!!!!
Urban Decay eyeshadows are the best ones I have tried by far. They are very well pigmented so you just need to use a little bit and it goes a long way! They are not powdery and do not have a lot of fallout. I love the color Flash, it is such a gorgeous purple! I first fell in love with it on my Alice and Wonderland palette. The reason why I put 4 stars in color selection is because I fall in love with some colors in palettes and then I cant buy then individually, like the color Omen...which I LOVE!! They have an awesome selection besides that and if I ever have to choose an eyeshadow brand it will always be Urban Decay first!! =)

My favorite eyeshadow brand!
I am hopelessly addicted to Urban Decay eyeshadow. The colors are great, but it's the texture and quality that keeps me coming back. I'm also a sucker for their palettes.
These shadows are both beautiful and easy to apply. They're available in matte (listed separately), shimmer, sparkle/glitter, metallic, and duotone (my favorite). These apply true to color and last all day and night with their Primer Potion (I've heard they last well without it as well but I always use primer).
If you're like me and want to collect as many colors as possible, a more affordable alternative to buying separate shadows is to get them in palettes.

LOOVEE
I own 3 urban decay eyeshadow singles: Aspyxia, strip, and maryjane.
Aspyhxia is dissapointing on the pigmentation and it is definatly not buttery and buildable and easy to use as lots of other UD shadows. But it definatly is not horrible and I love the idea of this color! I love lilac with the blue shift it is sooooo freakin goreous. I can't find anything like it except for Morphine pencil which is hands down my fav shadow pencil ever.
Mary Jane and Strip are SOOO GORGEOUS!!!! They are velvety, buttery, pigmented, and the color is so unique and amazing. These two colors could look the same from a difference but they are subtley different. And both amazing

Can't get enough
The vintage shadow in Gun Metal was my introduction to Urban Decay.
These are perfect and worth collecting while you can. The colour is super rich and glides on effortlessly. They blend really well with each other. They look amazing dry and even better when used with a wet brush.
I'm in my 30's and work in a pretty conservative professional environment and I can still find a use for ALL these colours in a way that still looks appropriate for work.
They are a bit fragile. I dropped my Gun Metal and it shattered into a powder. Now I just use it with a wet brush.
I recommend them for everyone

overall very good product
the single eyeshadows are generally very good
however i prefer getting the palletes from urban decay because in my opinion they are better value for money as the singles can be ver pricey
none the less the quality of them are impressive and the pigmentation amongst the best i know
i would recommend certain singles such as sin, darkhorse or chase as they are all the colours i have bought individually due to hitting pan, thats how much i love them haha
also the packaging for the singles is as fun as the pallettes, the token style packaging indivuates them from other brands such as mac or estee lauder which personally i think makes them stand out from the rest

If you want buttery, easily blendable, pigmented, GORGEOUS eyeshadows, this product is for you.
Most recently I bought Urban Decay eyeshadow in Sell Out. I was looking for a go-to all-over-the-lid color that was silky smooth and easy to apply. I found the perfect product for me with this eyeshadow. I have used it every day since I bought it and I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. The eyeshadow is smooth like you wouldn't believe and applies beautifully with any type of brush. It even looks great when applied with the fingers, which is perfect for those rushed mornings and it will be great in the summer when you want an easy, effortless look without being makeup-less.
This is my first Urban Decay single eyeshadow and it certainly won't be my last.

MOST AMAZING EYESHADOW!
This eyeshadow is absolutely amazing! The colors are fantastic: no matter what color you pick, the pigment is rich and it will stay on for most of the day (and all night and thru showers if you use a primer)! I have pretty tan skin and I've fallen in love with Smog, which is this dark golden copper. I use Twice Baked and Half-Baked to create a subtle smoky eye with Smog as the base and Twice Baked around the outside crease and brow line and Half-Baked as a way to widen the eye at the inside crease by the nose. If these weren't so expensive I'd own them all! I buy their sets - like the Vegan Palette - when they're on sale!

The ultimate eyeshadows
I've tried eye shadows from all different brands from nars to makeup forever and mac and I still love my urban decay shadows best! There is a wide range of colors and finishes although the shimmer and glitter shades are my preferred choice! My personal favorites are sellout, ydk, half baked, flipside! I also love the shadows I've had the pleasure of trying in my book of shadows v. 2 ; ac/dc, mushroom and homegrown being my personal favorites.
You will not fine eye shadows more vibrant in color with long lasting stay and the truest pigmentation that tromps all competitors.
And you have to love that they are cruelty free!

Love UD's quality!!
When I saw these vintage eyeshadow's go on sale I knew I had to take advantage of the opportunity!! I own the NAKED and NAKED2 Palettes and just love how the smallest swipe of shadow is needed, so you really get a bang for your buck!! UD's shadow quality is by far the best I've ever used. I love the color selection for the vintage shadows also, even though some make look the same, there is a little difference in each that makes you have to have them all. FIRST OF ALL I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS MY SECOND FAVORITE ITEM FROM URBAN DECAY, LITERALLY. I HAVE MY COLLECTION GROWING, AND HAVE ALMOST HALF OF THEIR EYESHADOWS, WINK WINK, THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM. THEY ARE HIGHLY PIGMENTED. THE COLOR YOU SEE IS THE COLOR YOU ARE GOING TO GET ON YOUR EYELID. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEIR IS A WIDE VARIETY OF COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM, FROM A EVERYDAY NATURAL LOOK TO MAYBE A REALLY RETRO LOOK. Sin Review
When I got the ammo palette a few years ago, I became ADDICTED to one color especially; SIN!! It's the only single-color I've purchased from Urban Decay simply because I fell in love with it. This glamorous, pearly peach/pinkish shade is packed with shimmer and perfect for highlighting any look you choose. No matter how hard I try NOT to use it, I almost always give in and use to at least highlight my inner corners and/or my browbone. It really goes well with any shade, but it also looks stunning alone with eyeliner and mascara. I literally wear this color every day and I get compliments all the time. I'd also like to add that getting the primer potion in Sin is a great idea to keep your shadow in place all day. :)

One of the best eyeshadow formulas I have ever tried!
If you enjoy high end make-up, the quality of this eye shadow is right for you! It wears best with a primer (particularly UD's primer potion), but it works just fine without. When I was younger, I never used an eyeshadow primer and the color was still intense and did not crease. It can be used either wet or dry, with the color being more intense when wet. I have combination to oily skin, and have never encountered any problems. However, if you are more mature or do not like products with a lot of shimmer, this eyeshadow might not be ideal for you. Also, there is some fall-out under the eye, especially with the more glittery shades, but I don't find it much of a problem.

Urban Decay Half Baked Eyeshadow
I bought my first Urban Decay eyeshadow last September which was the color "half baked". I had heard these eyeshadows were good quality and thought the names of them were cute so even though I thought it was a little pricey, I went ahead and purchased half baked anyways. I absolutly love it!! Its the best gold eyeshadow I've ever used. Not only was the pigmentation amazing, but the color lasted all day with my Urban Decay Primer Potion. It also works great with my mac paint pot. If only these eyeshadows were a little more affordable for a college student like myself, I would definatly buy almost every single color!

UD Eyeshadows are great!
I LOVE UD eye shadows! Everyone knows there's a certain company who starts with M who up until I found these I thought had the best shadows, but after purchasing some UD eye shadows, I'd have to say these rival that top name brand. There are many colors to choose from, matte and shimmery, from individual colors to their highly sought after palettes. They are highly pigmented and easily blendable, they last forever even without a primer but with UD primer potion you get an even better super long wearable, creaseless look. These are very good quality and I HIGHLY recommend you trying them and comparing for yourself.

Urban Decay Vintage eye shadows
Urban Decay simply has the nicest collection of eye shadows, hands down. These are no exception. I haven't ever been disappointed in any eye shadow that I have purchased, not one. The only time I get disappointed is when a unique color I love gets discontinued. I just stock up and find a new favorite.
The texture of these shadows is wonderful, and I use UD Primer Potion and I have no glitter fallout. Even when I for get to use primer, these shadows are so pigmented, they last. I love the way they blend as well as build. I have to say UD is my favorite cosmetic company, the products always exceed my expectations.

This shadow is fantastic. Urban Decay shadows are extremely pigmented and create intense, true color on the lids especially when you also use their Primer Potion. The formula is very smooth and blendable, and it does not fade throughout the day. The color "Sin" is a beautiful shimmery champagne that is universally flattering. It's perfect swept across the entire eye area from lash-line to brow, or you can use it just to highlight the inner corners and brow-bone. I definitely recommend this product!

Best eyeshadows I have used by FARRRR!!!!!
Urban Decay eyeshadows are the best ones I have tried by far. They are very well pigmented so you just need to use a little bit and it goes a long way! They are not powdery and do not have a lot of fallout. I love the color Flash, it is such a gorgeous purple! I first fell in love with it on my Alice and Wonderland palette. The reason why I put 4 stars in color selection is because I fall in love with some colors in palettes and then I cant buy then individually, like the color Omen...which I LOVE!! They have an awesome selection besides that and if I ever have to choose an eyeshadow brand it will always be Urban Decay first!! =)

My favorite eyeshadow brand!
I am hopelessly addicted to Urban Decay eyeshadow. The colors are great, but it's the texture and quality that keeps me coming back. I'm also a sucker for their palettes.
These shadows are both beautiful and easy to apply. They're available in matte (listed separately), shimmer, sparkle/glitter, metallic, and duotone (my favorite). These apply true to color and last all day and night with their Primer Potion (I've heard they last well without it as well but I always use primer).
If you're like me and want to collect as many colors as possible, a more affordable alternative to buying separate shadows is to get them in palettes.

LOOVEE
I own 3 urban decay eyeshadow singles: Aspyxia, strip, and maryjane.
Aspyhxia is dissapointing on the pigmentation and it is definatly not buttery and buildable and easy to use as lots of other UD shadows. But it definatly is not horrible and I love the idea of this color! I love lilac with the blue shift it is sooooo freakin goreous. I can't find anything like it except for Morphine pencil which is hands down my fav shadow pencil ever.
Mary Jane and Strip are SOOO GORGEOUS!!!! They are velvety, buttery, pigmented, and the color is so unique and amazing. These two colors could look the same from a difference but they are subtley different. And both amazing

Can't get enough
The vintage shadow in Gun Metal was my introduction to Urban Decay.
These are perfect and worth collecting while you can. The colour is super rich and glides on effortlessly. They blend really well with each other. They look amazing dry and even better when used with a wet brush.
I'm in my 30's and work in a pretty conservative professional environment and I can still find a use for ALL these colours in a way that still looks appropriate for work.
They are a bit fragile. I dropped my Gun Metal and it shattered into a powder. Now I just use it with a wet brush.
I recommend them for everyone

overall very good product
the single eyeshadows are generally very good
however i prefer getting the palletes from urban decay because in my opinion they are better value for money as the singles can be ver pricey
none the less the quality of them are impressive and the pigmentation amongst the best i know
i would recommend certain singles such as sin, darkhorse or chase as they are all the colours i have bought individually due to hitting pan, thats how much i love them haha
also the packaging for the singles is as fun as the pallettes, the token style packaging indivuates them from other brands such as mac or estee lauder which personally i think makes them stand out from the rest

If you want buttery, easily blendable, pigmented, GORGEOUS eyeshadows, this product is for you.
Most recently I bought Urban Decay eyeshadow in Sell Out. I was looking for a go-to all-over-the-lid color that was silky smooth and easy to apply. I found the perfect product for me with this eyeshadow. I have used it every day since I bought it and I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. The eyeshadow is smooth like you wouldn't believe and applies beautifully with any type of brush. It even looks great when applied with the fingers, which is perfect for those rushed mornings and it will be great in the summer when you want an easy, effortless look without being makeup-less.
This is my first Urban Decay single eyeshadow and it certainly won't be my last.

MOST AMAZING EYESHADOW!
This eyeshadow is absolutely amazing! The colors are fantastic: no matter what color you pick, the pigment is rich and it will stay on for most of the day (and all night and thru showers if you use a primer)! I have pretty tan skin and I've fallen in love with Smog, which is this dark golden copper. I use Twice Baked and Half-Baked to create a subtle smoky eye with Smog as the base and Twice Baked around the outside crease and brow line and Half-Baked as a way to widen the eye at the inside crease by the nose. If these weren't so expensive I'd own them all! I buy their sets - like the Vegan Palette - when they're on sale!

The ultimate eyeshadows
I've tried eye shadows from all different brands from nars to makeup forever and mac and I still love my urban decay shadows best! There is a wide range of colors and finishes although the shimmer and glitter shades are my preferred choice! My personal favorites are sellout, ydk, half baked, flipside! I also love the shadows I've had the pleasure of trying in my book of shadows v. 2 ; ac/dc, mushroom and homegrown being my personal favorites.
You will not fine eye shadows more vibrant in color with long lasting stay and the truest pigmentation that tromps all competitors.
And you have to love that they are cruelty free!

Love UD's quality!!
When I saw these vintage eyeshadow's go on sale I knew I had to take advantage of the opportunity!! I own the NAKED and NAKED2 Palettes and just love how the smallest swipe of shadow is needed, so you really get a bang for your buck!! UD's shadow quality is by far the best I've ever used. I love the color selection for the vintage shadows also, even though some make look the same, there is a little difference in each that makes you have to have them all. Because of the palettes I already, own I didn't want to purchase those colors, but got every other i didn't !!! thank you UD for the amazing sale on the shadows!! (:

I HAVE MY COLLECTION GROWING, AND HAVE ALMOST HALF OF THEIR EYESHADOWS, WINK WINK, THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM. THEY ARE HIGHLY PIGMENTED. THE COLOR YOU SEE IS THE COLOR YOU ARE GOING TO GET ON YOUR EYELID. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEIR IS A WIDE VARIETY OF COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM, FROM A EVERYDAY NATURAL LOOK TO MAYBE A REALLY RETRO LOOK. Sin Review
When I got the ammo palette a few years ago, I became ADDICTED to one color especially; SIN!! It's the only single-color I've purchased from Urban Decay simply because I fell in love with it. This glamorous, pearly peach/pinkish shade is packed with shimmer and perfect for highlighting any look you choose. No matter how hard I try NOT to use it, I almost always give in and use to at least highlight my inner corners and/or my browbone. It really goes well with any shade, but it also looks stunning alone with eyeliner and mascara. I literally wear this color every day and I get compliments all the time. I'd also like to add that getting the primer potion in Sin is a great idea to keep your shadow in place all day. :)

One of the best eyeshadow formulas I have ever tried!
If you enjoy high end make-up, the quality of this eye shadow is right for you! It wears best with a primer (particularly UD's primer potion), but it works just fine without. When I was younger, I never used an eyeshadow primer and the color was still intense and did not crease. It can be used either wet or dry, with the color being more intense when wet. I have combination to oily skin, and have never encountered any problems. However, if you are more mature or do not like products with a lot of shimmer, this eyeshadow might not be ideal for you. Also, there is some fall-out under the eye, especially with the more glittery shades, but I don't find it much of a problem.

Urban Decay Half Baked Eyeshadow
I bought my first Urban Decay eyeshadow last September which was the color "half baked". I had heard these eyeshadows were good quality and thought the names of them were cute so even though I thought it was a little pricey, I went ahead and purchased half baked anyways. I absolutly love it!! Its the best gold eyeshadow I've ever used. Not only was the pigmentation amazing, but the color lasted all day with my Urban Decay Primer Potion. It also works great with my mac paint pot. If only these eyeshadows were a little more affordable for a college student like myself, I would definatly buy almost every single color!

UD Eyeshadows are great!
I LOVE UD eye shadows! Everyone knows there's a certain company who starts with M who up until I found these I thought had the best shadows, but after purchasing some UD eye shadows, I'd have to say these rival that top name brand. There are many colors to choose from, matte and shimmery, from individual colors to their highly sought after palettes. They are highly pigmented and easily blendable, they last forever even without a primer but with UD primer potion you get an even better super long wearable, creaseless look. These are very good quality and I HIGHLY recommend you trying them and comparing for yourself.

Urban Decay Vintage eye shadows
Urban Decay simply has the nicest collection of eye shadows, hands down. These are no exception. I haven't ever been disappointed in any eye shadow that I have purchased, not one. The only time I get disappointed is when a unique color I love gets discontinued. I just stock up and find a new favorite.
The texture of these shadows is wonderful, and I use UD Primer Potion and I have no glitter fallout. Even when I for get to use primer, these shadows are so pigmented, they last. I love the way they blend as well as build. I have to say UD is my favorite cosmetic company, the products always exceed my expectations.
