Very pigmented eyeshadows
These eyeshadows are literally better than MACs. I use both MAC and UD, and honestly UD has the best pigment. The color is concentrated and the colors are vibrant and they actually shine. My favorites are BLunt Baked and half baked. I got my first blunt two years ago, but it broke just a week after I got it because I am clumsy. It was my favorite, I used it til the last bit even though it was broken. I found out few months ago that the eyeshadows are on sale, so I stocked up on Blunt and other favorites. I can not wait to get the Naked 2 palette, I heard great things about the color selection.
I love Urban Decay

This product has lovely color payoff
UB e/s are definitely a cult favorite. Creamy and pigmented and the product lasts forever. Only thing I think they could improve on is the amount I fallout you get on you cheek from the shimmer- or glitter. I feel like I have to work a little bit harder to get the look I'm after because you need to put some sort of sticky base under the shadow, on top of your primer. I find that, that greatly decreases the amount of fallout i get. This extra step is a must for me personally. I normally use UD 24/7 glide on pencils as my bases, as I like the texture and the rich intense color I get even before I put my shadow on.

Beautiful colors!
I love, love, love the color selection of these vintage eye shadows. I was really sad to see some go when UD re-vamped their collection and had to stock up on all my favorites before they vanished. That said, I can see why UD remade the collection. Although these have fantastic pigment, the eye shadows with glitter leave fallout all over your face. No matter how careful you are, you're going to end up with glitter on your cheeks, the side of your nose, and maybe even in your cleavage. So stick to the glitter-free options or plan on looking like a Twilight escapee.

Highest quality ES out there!
I think that UD eyeshadows, in particular the vintage formula (I haven't tried the newer one...), are the highest quality available anywhere. I've tried much more expensive, high-end department store brand eyeshadows, and while some of them are indeed excellent, UD is right up there with them- perhaps even exceeds them, since UD hits the money with nearly EVERY single ES product they produce. I have the vintage formula in Haight, YDK, Chopper, Perversion, And Ecstasy, and every single one of them is SUPER pigmented, blendable, and well... GORGEOUS. Can't recommend UD more. I feel bad for my friends in countries where you can't buy UD, because I rave about it to them often...

My favorite eyeshadows!
UD has the best eyeshadows on the market in my opinion. I am never disappointed when I buy a palette from them. In fact, I look forward to it. I have many eyeshadow palettes by UD and pretty much collect them now. They are high quality, highly pigmented, long lasting and beautiful color selection that is out there! They can match any brand that's out there and would beat out most!
I have recommended UD's liners and shadows to friends and they all have loved them! One of my friends said that the Zero 24/7 eyeliner I gave her was the best black eyeliner she had ever used. She bought another one!
I can't wait to get my hands on more UD products when they come out this summer!

Allergic to Makeup? Try Urban Decay
I'm allergic to makeup. I've been wanting to wear "sparkly" eye shadow to parties for a long time, but I could barely wear anything that came out in the drug stores without an allergic reaction. I'd pretty much stopped wearing eyeshadow all together. I live in an area where Urban Decay has a counter in the local Macy's. I heard their products were vegan and used only natural ingredients and decided to try it. I had zero reaction to their vegan eyeshadows (many are metallic and sparkly). It's the only eyeshadow I can wear that has any shimmer at all. I'm completely hooked on their vegan products (and I'm not Vegan)!!!! Thank You Urban Decay, Now I can Sparkle All Night Long!!

Hooked for life :D
I really cannot get enough of Urban Decay's eyeshadow collection. I have tried my share of high end brands and there isn't a single brand out there that makes eyeshadow as well as UD. The formula is silky and very blendable, and the colors are vibrant and long-lasting. If I HAD to choose a favorite, I would probably choose Toasted..its a beautiful coppery taupe color with lots of shimmer. It's a great color for my fair skin and blends well with many of the other colors I own. I also love Mildew, Flipside, Smog, Flash, Twice Baked, and Oil Slick. Urban Decay has such a wide array of colors to choose from, from subtle neutrals for work to head-turning pops of color for nighttime. You could probably choose a color at random and I guarantee you'll fall in love. Buy these eyeshadows and you'll never want to try another brand again!

Learn why they're famous!
I heard Urban Decay is the best when it comes to creamy, buttery shimmers. I didn't really believe it all that much, until I fell in love with the color Last Call and ordered it. When I got it, the eyeshadow was sooooo yummy. So soft, so pigmented, SO gorgeous. I can tell I love something when I want to eat it, and I just want to eat this eyeshadow all day. Even without primer, it lasts pretty darn well, and with primer, it will stay put all day and all night, even if I'm out clubbing. I'm never buying from any other company! I just want to see more colors. So many already, but I just can't get enough :]

This product is one of my favs of all times.
My favourite shades are asphyxia, grifter, and I believe the blue color is called speed. I love the consistency, and of course the high glitter content. I think it works fine for the office, if you have a creative type of job, because it's classy, with a hint of glam, and enough to keep you happy, but not too much where it looks like you came into the office after a night at the club. Definitely for the more bold cosmopolitan girl, of course, and yes, it wears well after a long shift, and well into the night with out touch-ups. I'd absolutely recommend this, my only wish was that it came in more colors.

Depends on what shade, but most of em are great!
I've found that UD's shadows can be really hit-or-miss...the ones that are good are amazing, but a few are really lame.
Here are the shades I have-
Sin- beautiful color! (like a way more pigmented version of Naked Lunch). Very pigmented, soft, easy to blend. Also makes a great cheek highlight. I use this almost every day.
Strip- I lovee this color! It's gorgeous and unique. I think this is my favorite, it's very pigmented and blendable. Makes a really pretty smoky eye when used with a navy blue.
Uzi- This was a disappointment. Very sheer and the most ridiculous amount of fallout- I can deal with some, but the glitter literally got everywhere from my forehead to my chin. (And I do apply neatly with a brush on top of primer.) Waste of money.
Grind- A little fallout, but the color is so pretty that it's worth it. Love using it for a smoky eye base.
Gunmetal- The perfect smoky eye color! I do have to pack it on quite a bit since it fades fast, but it practically blends itself. Really good on brown eyes.
Mildew- I really like this color, and it is decently pigmented. I don't use it very much, though, except to 'set' green liner. Makes brown eyes pop.
Oil Slick- Like many black shadows, fallout city, and the glitter makes it even worse. It is nicely pigmented and smooth though.
Smog- one of UD's very best. Pigmented, buttery, blendable, doesn't fade. Just a very nice eyeshadow.
Overall, I recommend going to a Sephora and Ulta and trying these before you buy them to see which shades are good.

Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadows
I was first introduced to UD deluxe eyeshadows when I bought the deluxe shadow box 2 years ago. Since then, I've been hooked. In addition to my UD deluxe shadow box, I've bought 6 individual deluxe eyeshadows, because they are hands down the best eyeshadows in the world. I no longer have to forcefully scrape my eyeshadow brush into eyeshadows in order to have enough product on the brush. They are a great value, since the smallest amount will pretty much be enough for both eyes.
I highly recommend "Ransom" from this line. It's pretty hard to find the words to explain how crazy I am for this colour.

These eyeshadows are amazing!
The quality of the Urban Decay eyeshadows are the best I have ever owned. They are very pigmented and have great shine. There are so many colors to choose creating endless posibilies. There are colors such as sin that are very versatile and good for everyday use. There are also very unique colors that can only be brought by a company such as Urban Decay. I highly recommend these eyeshadows to EVERYONE from industry professionals to everyday people. Purchasing these shadows will not be a regret! Try one out or get a few to mix and match. You will be amazed by these shadows and so will everyone else!

I have bought five in the past two weeks..
This has become a problem.. I am obsessed with the neutral colors that I can pair with my naked palette or naked two palette, that don't come in the actual palette like Roach, Baked, Twice Baked, Blaze, Blunt, and so on.. You really need to buy the colors mentioned above because paired with the Naked it just gives you so much more versatility and options when you're doing your makeup in the morning. The color range is like nothing else, and you won't get it home and discover you have an eyeshadow just like it. They are worth every penny.

Believe the hype!
UD shadows are simply the best. In additino to the range of colors, the color payout and texture is simply amazing. They're almost creamy and apply very smoothly. Combined with UD eye primer, they have great staying power too. I have lots of other brands of shadows in my collection, but none of them get nearly as much play as my UD shadows. Love them!

Eye's gotta have it!
Urban Decay's reputation for oddly-named and exquisitely pigmented shadows is not only well established but well earned. You are not going to find colors on the market that make putting on make-up this fun regardless if its for grocery shopping in your sweatpants or a night on the town. The color that gets the most use in my palette is Half-Baked. This silky golden hue reminds me of rose gold in certain lights and as an all-over eye shadow I don't even have to play it up with additional shading (although it is stunning with Toasted, Baked, Sin, and the "Cowboy" colors). If you want something different but want to still wear it to work and the PTA - go with half-baked and you'll be happy.

Pricey, but worth it.
I generally buy eyeshadow in palettes - I appreciate the range of colors for the value. However, I needed a small container of eyeshadow to keep in my purse for those days where I simply can't get my makeup applied before leaving for work, so I coughed up the $$ and bought the UD eyeshadow in X.
Happily, I discovered that this eyeshadow is super easy to apply, even in my office bathroom with my fingers. It also goes on surprisingly vibrant and stays on remarkably well. Though the cost seemed prohibitive, I gave it a chance because of my other good experiences with UD, and it definitely paid off.
February 23, 2012
Best Eyeshadows Around!
I am seriously OBSESSED with these shadows. Before purchasing UD, I would resort to buying drugstore shadows which are really lacking in quality. These shadows are so finely milled and soft that they provide tons of pigment. I'd recommend any of these because I honestly own almost all of them. The only ones I still have some gripe with are the glittery shades. Colors like Midnight Cowboy are gorgeous but have a little too much fallout. Thankfully Sellout is the same color, sans glitter. You definitely need to check these out because with such a range of colors, you'll find one just right for you.
February 25, 2012
The color of envy
These eyeshadows are by far the most versatile and unique. What I love about these eyeshadows are their staying power, color variation, and pigment. Many eyeshadows I have used either did not stay on, or had poor pigment. Since I have small eyes, I love eyeshadows that stand out and are classy at the same time, which is exactly what I love about Urban Decay products. The colors are stunning, with an eyeshadow to fit every occasion. My personal favorite is Roach because of the unique dark bronze mixed with auburn and a hint of shimmer. It really enhances my dark brown eyes. Needless to say, any other brand of eyeshadow pales, (quite literally), in comparison to these beautiful works of art!
February 25, 2012
Hands down, best eyeshadow!
I made my first Urban Decay eyeshadow purchase a few years back and I have been hooked since! UD's eyeshadows are extremely pigmented and stay on all day. My all time favorite shade is Uzi. It is the most versatile shade of gray and can be combined with any one of UD's amazing colors. Uzi has just the right amount of glitter/shimmer to make your eyes pop without looking like a 3rd grader at Halloween. UD's eyeshadows are a great value for the price, you certainly get a lot in the creatively designed pot! Would I purchase again? Of course, I own 10. Would I recommend to friends? Already have!

Grifter
I have several UD palettes and love them all however when I was introduced to grifter in one of my palettes it was like a match made in heaven! I always use every last ounce of grifter if it comes in a palette and it is the one shadow I always come back for time after time when it comes to buying the single shadows. I have hazel eyes and I personally love a purple smokey eye on me and grifter is the perfect lid or highlight shade to compliment almost any deeper or darker purple shade. I have tried shades similar by other brands and while I like them they are not grifter. Another bonus: plenty of product at a great price! Like I have said before UD never skimps on the amount of product you get.
February 27, 2012
LOVE
I have this in oil slick. I LOVEEE this to set my cream liners and for a smokey eyes. The pigmentation is FABULOUS and if i just touch it sooo much color comes off. There is beautiful silver sparkle reflex in it. I think that this is a great product and I will definietly buy more. There is also a great selection of neutral colors as well as bright colors

Best Eyeshadow on the Market!
Since I started using Urban Decay eyeshadow I have fallen in love! All my other eyeshadows just sit there unused now. They have a fantastic color selection, although I do wish they hadn't discontinued so many of the matte shades. Shakedown is a perfect matte taupe and they discontinued it, so sad! The pigmentation of most shades is amazing and so is the blendability. They blend together beautifully without becoming muddy, even if you're using 5-6 colors. Their bright colorful shades are perfect for a night out and with primer stay on for up to 12 hours! I am a UD eyeshadow junkie for life!
February 27, 2012
I am addicted to UD eyeshadows!
I typically buy UD eyeshadow in pallets. However, I have found my absolute favorite color! Grifter is wonderful. It is great to use as a base color. I like to layer it with Mildew and/or Last Call. It makes Mildew appear a very pretty shade of turquoise green. I bought an individual Grifter because the one in my pallet was gone. I also love almost every other color out there, but this one is my favorite. Uzi is another that I have an individual of. I love the color, but it does tend to fall out a bit because of the silver glitter. I am thinking of trying it with specific glitter primer...
February 8, 2012
Only downfall is price
I love the Urban Decay shadows, but $18 a shadow is simply unrealistic. I refuse to buy the individuals simply because of the cost. I'd rather take the hit on the amount of a single eyeshadow in a palette and get the palette instead if only because I feel that I get more bang for my buck. Granted, these shadows will last a very long time, they're very high quality, but I just can't justify spending $18 on a shadow.

X Hits the Spot
With the exception of the glittery shadows (and that doesn't mean a thing; I rarely meet and like a glittery shadow- pearl is more my bag), UD's shadows are some of my most adored. And that's both on my face and in my kit- I have had many brides leave my chair with UD faces! I'm a sucker for anything smooth and bold- which is what drew me to UD in the first place. The quality of the shadows- even though I get an employee discount from a direct competitor- keeps me coming back for more, more, more! X is one of my all-time most beloved shadows; I use it on my eyes AND as a cheek highlight.

Too many shades to count!
I love the vintage eyeshadows. I had a few colors, but once they went on sale after the new packaging debuted I snagged up around 15 colors. I really love them all. Some have some fallout (such as the more glittery shades like Maui Wowie and the Midnight Cowboys) but it can be minimized with a stiffer brush and careful application. The range of neutrals are stunning and never boring, and the colors are very vibrant and hold up well to all day wear with primer potion base. I don't think I've found a color that is hard to apply or blend. Definitely my favorite eyeshadows for collecting :)
November 29, 2012
It all started with these
Urban decay eye shadow is not only my staple beauty regime but it is the reason I began to love make up in the first place.
I have found that no matter what color I buy that the pigment is flawless, the application is smooth, and the outcome is amazing!
Urban decay is very forward in describing their color, so if it states that it's an "opaque color", then it is, if they state that it's "bursting with glitter" then it is.
They don't lie, and their color truly is the best in the biz.
Also if you want that extra umph for lasting power (i'm thinking a night of club dancing and sweat) go for the primer potion as well, it has lasting power that will stand any booty shaking or activity you can throw at it.
February 10, 2012
Love UD eyeshadows, but....
The pestering glitter fallout that a lot of the shadows have is beyond frustrating. And I know it bothers a lot of UD fans as well, and hopefully, maybe in the future, it's something UD willl consider getting rid of, or at least coming up with an idea so the glitter doesn't go EVERYWHERE.
That said, I still love the shadow's and would recommend them to anyone. They're smooth and incredibly easy to blend, and the color payoff is incredible! I'm forever a fan!
(just get rid of the obnoxious chunky glitter!)

Swear by these Eyeshadows
I am in deep love with this eyeshadow UD has sooo many exciting colors to chose from you'd want them all. I swear by this!!! The pigment is awesome and the color outrageous. I put it on in the morning and it is still looking fierce by night-time. Run out and get some you won't regret it...love you UD
February 3, 2012
Oh so love the shimmer eyeshadows
UD has the coolest color selection out there.
I am a professional makeup artist for WWE and use products by so many companies but I always rely on my UD shadows for their insanely cool colors, ease of use and wow factor.
No one has a better product hands down UD rocks.
Keep up the good work.
