Shadows lack pigment!
I buy UD because of the intense pigmentation. I purposefully bought this for my boyfriend's niece because I remember being young and having a box of cheap eyeshadow in different colors, but never getting enough pigment.
I couldn't resist trying this UD box on myself and I am happy that I did because I would have felt awful giving her these shadows. They do not have the same pigment saturation as my other UD products. :( I am returning this tomorrow.
After reading the reviews, someone else mentioned the lack of pigment. I hope that there aren't a batch of bad ones out there.

Fun colors
This palette is packed with fun colors and (in my opinion) the best colors from their deluxe shadow line. The packaging is adorable, and the mini primer potion included is a nice bonus. All of these colors are highly pigmented and look just as vibrant when applied as they do in the pan. And as usual with UD, they are smooth and rich. I haven't experienced any fallout with these colors. They also go perfectly with the 24/7 mini set "brights"
The best thing about this product? It's not tested on animals! Thank you UD for not participating in animal testing and cruelty.

First experience with UD
This was the first experience I ever had with Urban Decay and it is safe to say that it got me hooked. I got this pallet in high school (abut 6 years ago now) and it was my first time purchasing nice makeup. I had never used an eye primer before and the travel sized eye primer potion included in this pallet really made me realize what I was missing!
All the colors have an amazing texture and pigmentation and the selection is great for doing really bright and bold as well as natural looks. I love Fishnet and Ransom. They make my green eyes look extra green and amazing!

The Deluxe Shadow Box
When searching for colored eyeshdaow the first that comes to mind is pigment. More like high pigment. Whether your thinking of purple blue or gold you want people to notice and say ''Hey i like your eyeshadow''.
Whats color got without being noticed.
Not only have my eyes fallen in love with this specific shadow box but so have others. Loving the combination of various colors, names and its creative design of the shadow box.
One of my favorites would be the color "Peace". Theres no other blue shadow I can imagine while im out for summer or just in for the winter.

Deluxe shadow box
This was the first palette i bought from UD ages ago. And to this day i still love it just as much. The pigmentation is awesome in all the colors. When i first got this palette i liked how there was a nice medium between bold and natural colors. This palette was perfect to bring over a friends house when we were all getting ready to go out because of the versatility of the colors. I've hit pan on a couple of the colors so i will definitely buying another replacement soon. UD is amazing and if anyone hasn't tried their products yet they will sure fall in love!

Purr-fect set of colors!
I love all of these colors! They're highly-pigmented and have a very pretty shine to hem. The brights are bright, and the nude colors look great as well. The green is absolutely stunning! What I like to do with this set is use a copper color (like Shag or Scratch) on my eyelid and put a small dab of the Honey color in the middle of my eyelid. It's a great look for daytime!
I would recommend this product to anyone who loves bright eyeshadow.

Beautiful colors and pigmentation
This was one of the first UD palettes I ever bought and it is still one of the best palettes I own. I never regretted purchasing it because the colors really pop and the pigmentation is fantastic. Not only that, but the texture of the shadows is like a dream - they are so soft and easy to work with. There is a variety of color choices (both neutrals and brights) which gives you the freedom to create limitless looks. It's a great buy!!

Perfect for color thoery lovers!
This is one of the best palettes I have ever gotten from Urban Decay. The texture of each eyeshadow lives up to the Deluxe name - soft, dense, buttery, and pigmented. The color selection allows for the creation of some really creative eyeshadow looks.
For example, I love putting Honey in my inner corner, Graffiti on the lid, and Peace on the outer lid. It makes for a beautiful rainbow-looking effect. I have people compliment me all day on how pretty they think the colors are.
However, on days that I'm not feeling super colorful, Shag, Scratch, and Underground can all be combined for a soft, warm, and simple look.
The quality of the shadows really is amazing. They are soft without being powdery, which means you can load pigment onto your brush without having to blow on your palette afterwards to remove all the excess. I highly recommend this palette!

Easy, bright, and great variety
This is the first Urban Decay product I purchased, and I am hooked! I'm just starting to discover the fun of playing around with eye looks, and this is a fabulous pallet. I use it almost daily!
There is a great variety of colors, while still having close enough colors that I can use multiples and not have to have a super dramatic look.
I personally use the gold shades and purple and pink the most, but have been having fun tossing the other colors in there, too.
Pigments are bright and are long lasting, even without primer. With the primer, they are amazingly true to what they look like on the pallet and last all day!
I will be buying this again when this one starts to run out, and definitely recommend it.

The times i want playful out there makeup this is the palette i love to use! Ransom is the prettiest shade of purple and i love pairing it with half baked from my naked palette
all these colors are so pigmented and go on smooth, if you like colorful eye shadows you need this palette!

Very disappointed in this product...
I don't know if I just got a defective palette or what, but all of the shadows in here appear old and dried up and cakey, and are very faint when swatched on skin unless i press hard enough to make the shadows break into chunks (which doesn't go on very easily either). I use UD eye primer potion every time I apply eyeshadow, so this should be working great but it's not. I have been a loyal fan of UD products for a long time, and in fact I own two individually packaged deluxe shadows (in peace and honey) that are over four years old and still work much better than any of the shadows in this brand-new palette. As I paid over $40 for this, I am very upset and I don't think I will be making any more purchases from this company, and being that I am in the habit of spending at least $60 on this website monthly, I would say that's a small loss for UD as well.
Don't waste your money on this product, you may get a defective palette like I did as well. I would recommend the skull shadow box (which I purchased on sale!) over this product any day,

Great Product, Great Price
When I first bought this pallet, the price set me off a bit, but once I used it for the first time, I knew I got what I paid for.
I did do some research, and similar products did cost a little more, so I was happy to find out that i paid a great price for it.
The colors are so pigmented, and over any eye primer potion, the colors really pop. THere is a great range of colors also, from neutrals to bright fun colors, I have been able to create so many looks with this product.
Each shadow has a ton of color. It may not seem like it with the size of the pots, but Urban Decay really has done a wonderful job of packing a lot of color in, while still maintaining a smooth, rich color.
I would recommend this to anyone, no matter there style choice.

AMAZING COLORS AND TEXTURE!!!
This Deluxe Shadow Box is amazing!!! The colors are bright and perfect! Every time I wear it I get compliments on how beautiful my eyes look. I use them with the Primer Potion and they stay for hours the same!!! The colors are vibrant and you can blend them and mix them making gorgeous effects!

What a fun palette!
This isn't a palette for the faint of heart or for someone who isn't adventurous with their eye makeup. The pigments in the fuchsia, blue and green shadows are just as bright as they appear. There is no sheer effect to these shadows. It comes with a little sample of the Potion Primer that will have you instantly wishing for a full size because you won't ever want to use shadows again without the primer.

LOVE this pallet
I love this pallet I have three urban decay pallets the Theodora pallet and the naked1 and this one is by far my favorite I'm a beginner and this had great neutral color and the best colorful colors too I would recommend this to any one it was a great price and the small primer potion is great you could take this pallet anywhere! the pigmentation is fantastic you do not have to keep layering it on to get the great color one swatch is great, it also feels amazing putting it on it doesn't irritate my lids at all and I haven't had any fall out:)

This palette has been out for a few years and I am so glad it is still in production. It has a perfect array of shades: 5 stunning brights and 4 rich neutrals. One of my favorite palettes...great starter for those new to the brand!
I love love love these colors! The deluxe shadows go on so smootly and have amazing pigment! I have dark brown eyes and i always get compliments when I wear honey, graffiti, and shag. (not all at the same time) and you can't get a better black than zero! Just enough shimmer and no glitter means no fall out. They last forever, especially when you use the primer potion (another must buy!)

Great colors!
If your needing a palette that contains vibrant colors, this is a good palette for you. I got this about 2 years ago and I come back to it from time to time. There are great colors that go lovely together. I love that the palette comes with 2 eye shadow wands, and a mirror to take on the go. The only thing I disliked was how powdery it was. It can cause fall out if you do not apply it correctly. Other than that, its a good palette to start with if you love vibrant colors, or if you need a colory palette for travel or to take on the go.

Beautiful pigments that last
This was my first palette from UD, and I strongly recommend it to anyone that is new or familiar to UD. I've used it for over 2 years and I still have it. The colors are so rich and highly pigmented, and easily blendable. I have gotten so many compliments on my eyes/ eyeshadow when I wore this shadow. I'm really glad they haven't discontinued this one and I hope they never do!

Silky Smooth Eyeshadows!
I got this as a Christmas present last year and totally adore it! First of all, the slim velvet-covered packaging is beautiful and I love that it comes with a mini eyeshadow primer. The color selection is a bit whacky but there are a few gems, like the blue, green, taupe and bronze. I would recommend just using your fingers for easy application even though it comes with 2 applicators. The texture glides on very smoothly, the color stays most of the day (with or without the primer) and the good-size mirror in the compact is a plus!

The colors are exactly those ones that we can use to match our clothes at the moment and to make it better, if you have a party at night, you will find the matte black to make an unforgettable smokey eye . Awesome Fun Palette
Bought this on a whim and ended up loving it. It was def "palette of the summer" for me last summer because of all the fun vivid shades in it. I really just can't tell you how much I like this palette... A lot of times I would put on one of the very bright colors and then just do some black liquid liner over it and it would look awesome. The only shade I found disappointing was Ransom because it wasn't as pigmented as the others, but it still looked good on top of another color (Fishnet, Peace). Gotta get this one while you can!

I love how soft, blendable, and pigmented the deluxe shadows are. I use more of the bottom row, but the bright colors are nice to have. The great thing is that you can control the vibrancy of these colors by applying lightly for sheer color or heavier for bolder color. They are easy to apply and blend effortlessly. I use my own brushes instead of the included applicators, though. I take this palette with me every time I travel. If you've never tried the deluxe shadows, this is an excellent way to try them for a great price!

Fun Colors
This is a great little shadow box. The colors have good pigment and are really fun to play with. What would make this kit even better would be if it included two mini brushes in place of sponge applicators.. but I'm not complaining thats better than none ;) I am glad I bought this kit, it's a great way to experiment with color. thanks UD!

Couldnt pass it up
I hedged on buying it but im so glad i did! The shadows are rich, and pigmented, and not over shimer-y. The case is beautiful but since its valvet-y i worry about it getting dirty.
Out of the other UD palettes i have this is by far my favorite because of the color options. And with the more natural shades and the black i dont need to use shadows outside this palette.
There is a little fall out but if you tap off the brush its not a problem. You can also apply foundation after eyes and just wipe away fall out with a wipe.

If you are looking for fun colors, buy this palette! They are smooth with no glitter, and blend wonderfully. I have made such fun looks with this palette, and my students love them. The colors are awesome and the neutrals are beautiful. This is the palette I brought to the hospital with me when I had a baby because it has everything I need!

Fun Colors
This is a great little shadow box. The colors have good pigment and are really fun to play with. What would make this kit even better would be if it included two mini brushes in place of sponge applicators.. but I'm not complaining thats better than none ;) I am glad I bought this kit, it's a great way to experiment with color. thanks UD!

Couldnt pass it up
I hedged on buying it but im so glad i did! The shadows are rich, and pigmented, and not over shimer-y. The case is beautiful but since its valvet-y i worry about it getting dirty.
Out of the other UD palettes i have this is by far my favorite because of the color options. And with the more natural shades and the black i dont need to use shadows outside this palette.
There is a little fall out but if you tap off the brush its not a problem. You can also apply foundation after eyes and just wipe away fall out with a wipe.
