Moon SpoonRatings SummaryStardust 223 223Excellent Color & Great line of colors! This is a wonderful product with a great color range! March 9, 2013love the glitter!! beautifull colors amazing amount of glitter!! love it February 25, 2012Great Highlighter Love the sparkles -- especially as a highlighter :-) March 5, 2013Lovin the Stardust I bought the UD Stardust eyeshadow in Space Cowboy quite a while ago and it's been one of my absolute favorite eyeshadows! I even lost it for a while...and I was super disappointed till I found it (Cus $20 is quite a bit for eye shadow...thankfully it lasts a long time!) I love love love it! It's super sparkly (more than "shimmery" eyeshadow) but not as "glittery" as putting glitter straight on your eyelids. It's very fine. I have noticed that if you get too much on your brush it's hard to see the sparkles until they settle...but then sometimes it will end up all over your eyes and cheekbones (which still looks pretty) but if you get little bits on your brush and layer it it seems to stay in place better and shows the sparkles off better. I get compliments EVERYTIME I wear this eyeshadow...I think a lot of people wish they could pull it off but don't have the nerve to try something so sparkly. I think it's super fun! I really want to try it in other colors...but Space Cowboy is that perfect balance of a natural color with tons of sparkle. It's not too much and can be played up or down...it also blends well with other colors so you can use it to layer on top of a brighter color if you so desire. It's totally worth owning at least one....and I've never had issues with clumping or breaking or anything. August 17, 2011Perfect for Glitter Lovers I have Space Cowboy and Retrograde and wish I could get all the other shades (and would love some more options; pink? orange? dark blue? red? These were made to for vibrant and wild colors!). The glitter is not chunky at all, it's silky and smooth to apply. And I don't just use it on my eyelids. When I'm in a glittery mood my cheeks get the same treatment ;-). Space Cowboy is perfect because I can layer it on top of any look, no matter the color. The pigmentation is a catch-22. You won't get a deep wash of colors with these, which is good and bad. I like that I can just have glitter without dealing with a lot of color, but sometimes I /do/ want color. My only real problem with this is the packaging/container. I know it's designed that way to look more "spacey" because it's /Stardust/ shadow, out of this world! But it's flimsy. I dropped my Space Cowboy and all the shadow fell out and apart. Still perfectly usable once I moved it to another container, but it's a problem I've never had with the other UD eyeshadow packaging. The retrograde I got as a sample and it's a smaller amount in the sort of paper carton packaging and though that's been dropped it's still perfect. I don't know if I'm the only one that got this problem but it's been bugging my perfectionist, OCD tendencies. Still, I would only recommend this for people that love glitter. If shades like Baked and Twice Baked are too shimmer or glitter for you then this isn't for you. If you want something with more payout and less chunky glitter than URB then this is for you.
