Also I love the cooling sensation upon applying the gloss. It doesn't sting or tingle (as I've heard a lot of plumping products may), although whether my lips have become any fuller in the long run from the using of it I can't really tell. The best part about Lip Junkie is that it doesn't dry out my lips. Actually I frequently use it as a substitute for my lip balm. I've got this in Midnight cowboy, which to me colourwise might just be any gloss, although a friend of mine LOVED it. Runaway, a slight coral sheen. Wallflower, an excellent nude. That being the case I feel more than qualified to give my opinion. Lip Junkie is fantastic. It has just the right amount of color, sparkle and shine. March 5, 2013sparkly and smooth I have actually owned this palette for a while, using mainly only a few of the colors (booty call for highlighter, and tease, snakebite, or busted for lids). but having seen video on you tube showing the blendability of the other colors that I thought I couldn't wear, i'm looking forward to trying some new combinations! using a soft applicator or brush, the colors go on quite smoothly, they are sparkly without being too loud, but can be built to whatever drama level you might want. they are neutral but never drab! I normally don't like mint but the mint flavor in this gloss isn't really overpowering like some mint flavors are. It just makes your mouth feel fresh and clean. Recently got Perversion too- I was afraid this would be too dark, especially for my light skin tone, but I like purple lip colors so I tried it. After it's blended in well, it looks great! Gives my lips a dark color, but it's not too thicky or heavy. February 6, 2012Three and counting... I've collected this gloss in three shades so far, and I'm certainly adding more to it! It does plump without being over the top, the smell/taste is lovely, and you can't go wrong with the color! I have found that they get a little sticky, some got on the outside of the bottle and boy did it get sticky quick! Midnight Cowboy-I didn't expect to like this color, but I was so wrong! It's my favorite go to color, the glitter is subtle but really kicks the neutrality up enough to keep it anything but boring. I have it in a full and travel size, and I'll get more for sure! Crush-A great vibrant pink, it's actually easy to apply a pleasant wash of color without creating a neon mouth, although you could build it up that far! I have this as a full and travel size too, and I will replace them once empty. Wallflower- I hate hate hated this color at first, it was soooo boring and seemed way too dark for my complexion. Fast forward to November and my first experience with the Naked palette, and now it's perfect. Truthfully, I probably have five of the travel/sample size, and that works just fine for me! I'm really looking forward to trying Red Light and Peroxide, a neutral pink and a bright red would pretty much round out my collection nicely! One thing I really dislike is the decorative filigree lid on top of the purple lid, it came off seconds after trying to open the gloss for the first time, which is pretty sad. A dot of superglue is all it takes to fix, but I don't think I should really need to do that. One last thing, I would also love it if UD would release these in the travel/sample size to purchase! I would be far more inclined to try them, plus they are the perfect size for clutches, pockets, and traveling. I have the little ones in midnight cowboy, naked, and wallflower. I think that even though they're pricey they're worth it! The tubes last for a long time. I love this gloss so much that I ended up getting some in full size :) The only problem I have ever had with the full size is sometimes it is hard to squeeze the gloss out of the tube. Also, the product lasts forever. The first one I got was in December with the Naked2 palette and I wore it at least 4 times a week and still do a lot of the time and there is still a lot of product left. I love them! August 7, 2012pop-proof packaging, good range of colors, nice scent/taste I am seriously addicted to this gloss, I own 5 shades (Wallflower, Naked, Love Junkie, Crush and Midnight Cowboy), all of which I love. Love Junkie is absolutely my favorite, though, I've been through 2 containers, and am on my third! It looks amazingly dark in the container, but is sheer and looks good over every lipstick or stain I've tried. It darkens my lips, and since they're rather pale, I love it. All the colors I own are in constant rotation though, I haven't bought another brand since these came out. The scent is a light vanilla, and there is a minor minty tingle to it (the plumpers, I suppose, not something I've noticed, but I have pretty full lips anyway, and don't buy these for anything but the colors). I'm constantly having to fish these back out of my friends' bags! February 18, 2012OMG I Want Them ALL I just got the shade Wallflower as a sample and it is AMAZING. Finding a lip gloss with an agreeable taste and texture can be quite a challenge, but I can assure you, you need look no further. This lip gloss is perfect. This particular shade is wonderful because it is neutral so I can wear it to work for a natural look or wear it at night with dramatic eyes. November 7, 2011Looks great, tastes great, overall a good blend of color and gloss Lip Junkie is probably my favorite "lip gloss" out of every brand I've tried. This is probably because it doesn't really act like a normal lip gloss. Its not too sticky, first of all, which is usually a major pain with normal lip gloss. The best thing about it though is that it almost looks like lipstick. It leaves behind the perfect amount of color, with just a sheer shine to it, instead of a gob of goo with a bit of color. I pretty much don't use lipstick anymore because this does the job and looks very sophisticated (I love Wallflower!). It tastes pretty awesome too, and I feel like the mint helps a lot with my chapped lips. The only thing it doesn't do is actually plump your lips, or at least it doesn't work on me. At least it doesn't feel annoyingly tingly like other plumpers. January 31, 2012One of the best lip glosses ever I have a few of these glosses and they're definitely some of my favorites. I especially love Naked, Wallflower, and Midnight Cowboy. They're good everyday colors and especially with Naked and Wallflower they create a my lips but better kind of look. April 16, 2012Beautiful Color and Amazingly Long Lasting I bought a Lip Junkie lip gloss in the Midnight cowboy shade, and I have to say It's officially my favorite lip gloss. The night I recieved it I tried it on and fell asleep without wiping it off. When I woke up the next morning I was really surprised at how much had remained on my lips over night. The nude color of the gloss accompanied with the glitter is absolutey gorgeous, the slight plumpness it adds to your lips is wonderful as well. The colour is rich, whether applied on top of a lipstick or on its own, and the creamy texture feels great on my lips! The colour suited my olive complexion, and the mint flavour slightly plumped my lips up, and felt so good I didn't want to stop smiling! The colour selection is absolutely fantastic: Naked, Strip, Red-Light, Runway... it was so hard to decide between them! Though I have to say, Naked is my absolute favourite. August 9, 2012Shiny but sticky I wanted to love this lip gloss, I really did. I still carry it with me, and I find myself reaching for it at least two days out of the week. The color range can't be beat. The applicatore is one of few that is not flocked - amazing for those who apply gloss with a brush or a finger. It is on the sticky side, no more so than other glosses but I would avoid it if you have long hair or live in a windy climate. The fragrance is more reminiscent of the white tic-tacs than wedding mints, and there wasn't much of a flavor to speak of. On the whole, I weill still keep using this gloss because it is beautiful. I find that it (on its own) doesn't make it through more than a cup of coffee before touch-ups are necessary, but at the same time it didn't bleed from my mouth down to my chin in heat. The first one I got was in December with the Naked2 palette and I wore it at least 4 times a week and still do a lot of the time and there is still a lot of product left. I love them! August 7, 2012pop-proof packaging, good range of colors, nice scent/taste I am seriously addicted to this gloss, I own 5 shades (Wallflower, Naked, Love Junkie, Crush and Midnight Cowboy), all of which I love. Love Junkie is absolutely my favorite, though, I've been through 2 containers, and am on my third! It looks amazingly dark in the container, but is sheer and looks good over every lipstick or stain I've tried. It darkens my lips, and since they're rather pale, I love it. All the colors I own are in constant rotation though, I haven't bought another brand since these came out. The scent is a light vanilla, and there is a minor minty tingle to it (the plumpers, I suppose, not something I've noticed, but I have pretty full lips anyway, and don't buy these for anything but the colors). I'm constantly having to fish these back out of my friends' bags! February 18, 2012OMG I Want Them ALL I just got the shade Wallflower as a sample and it is AMAZING. Finding a lip gloss with an agreeable taste and texture can be quite a challenge, but I can assure you, you need look no further. This lip gloss is perfect. This particular shade is wonderful because it is neutral so I can wear it to work for a natural look or wear it at night with dramatic eyes. I am definitely buying one in Wallflower and plan to 'collect the whole set!' October 1, 2011Best Lipgloss EVER This is my all time Favorite Lipgloss. I picked up the colors, Midnight Cowboy, Wallflower, and Runaway. They have a minty taste to them, and they tingle when you put them on. This is my number 1 recommened lip product to anyone, and I would love to own all the colors. November 7, 2011Looks great, tastes great, overall a good blend of color and gloss Lip Junkie is probably my favorite "lip gloss" out of every brand I've tried. This is probably because it doesn't really act like a normal lip gloss. Its not too sticky, first of all, which is usually a major pain with normal lip gloss. The best thing about it though is that it almost looks like lipstick. It leaves behind the perfect amount of color, with just a sheer shine to it, instead of a gob of goo with a bit of color. I pretty much don't use lipstick anymore because this does the job and looks very sophisticated (I love Wallflower!). It tastes pretty awesome too, and I feel like the mint helps a lot with my chapped lips. The only thing it doesn't do is actually plump your lips, or at least it doesn't work on me. At least it doesn't feel annoyingly tingly like other plumpers. January 31, 2012One of the best lip glosses ever I have a few of these glosses and they're definitely some of my favorites. I especially love Naked, Wallflower, and Midnight Cowboy. They're good everyday colors and especially with Naked and Wallflower they create a my lips but better kind of look. They're not way too sticky but they do last a little longer than most glosses I've used. The only complaint that I really have about this product is that the little metal/plastic part has come off every lid that I have. But overall I do love this product. April 16, 2012Beautiful Color and Amazingly Long Lasting I bought a Lip Junkie lip gloss in the Midnight cowboy shade, and I have to say It's officially my favorite lip gloss. The night I recieved it I tried it on and fell asleep without wiping it off. When I woke up the next morning I was really surprised at how much had remained on my lips over night. The nude color of the gloss accompanied with the glitter is absolutey gorgeous, the slight plumpness it adds to your lips is wonderful as well. I'm very excited to try other shades of Lip Junkie lip gloss. March 16, 2012"Junkie"'s right - I'm addicted! The colour is rich, whether applied on top of a lipstick or on its own, and the creamy texture feels great on my lips! Most lipglosses either have an awful smell or are wayy too sticky, but I didn't have that problem with these. The colour suited my olive complexion, and the mint flavour slightly plumped my lips up, and felt so good I didn't want to stop smiling! The colour selection is absolutely fantastic: Naked, Strip, Red-Light, Runway... it was so hard to decide between them! Though I have to say, Naked is my absolute favourite. It's about the EXACT same shade as my lips, so it feels like it was custom-made for me, and it looks so natural that its perfect for wearing to class when coupled with the Naked palettes - I feel pretty and well put together without looking like too much! August 9, 2012Shiny but sticky I wanted to love this lip gloss, I really did. I still carry it with me, and I find myself reaching for it at least two days out of the week. The color range can't be beat. The applicatore is one of few that is not flocked - amazing for those who apply gloss with a brush or a finger. It is on the sticky side, no more so than other glosses but I would avoid it if you have long hair or live in a windy climate. The fragrance is more reminiscent of the white tic-tacs than wedding mints, and there wasn't much of a flavor to speak of. On the whole, I weill still keep using this gloss because it is beautiful. I find that it (on its own) doesn't make it through more than a cup of coffee before touch-ups are necessary, but at the same time it didn't bleed from my mouth down to my chin in heat.
