great but sort of a repeat of Naked already
I love UD eye shadows, and now having recently just bought the 15th Anniversary palette and Book of Shadows 4, and already owned the original Naked, I am on the fence for the first time whether or not I ever keep it because I feel like I already own it even though there are five new colors. It just looks like slight deviations not really new color. Not enough matte, too much shimmer and I already own half-baked now more than a few times! I am sure that the quality is there and that there are wearable and blendable, you guys have mastered shadow for layering! I just wish that it was more different than the original. Nuff said.

Pretty ok
I do like that Naked 2 has better colors for cool skin tones - I wanted the original palette but all the colors were so RED on my skin. These greige neutrals are much more flattering. However, there is still fallout (even though this is apparently the new formula...) and I find myself wearing only, like, three of the colors. Kind of a waste on me. If you're the type that liks sparkly bronzey smokey eyes everyday, sure, get this. But I just can't do it. Not worth it.
The lip gloss is completely average and not worth including in my opinion. Also the brush is utterly useless. You'd think UD would know better than to create a brush like that...

Great product!
Even if you have the original Naked palette, you need the Naked 2. Like everyone else says, it's filled with cooler tones, which makes it a good complement to the original Naked palette. I think a lot of the colors are lighter too, so if you're someone who uses lighter colors on a daily basis, this is another plus. The only thing is that I wish UD would make Bootycall into a single!! It's the first thing I'm going to hit pan on, and while people say that Bootycall is similar to Mac's Shroom, that just ain't so. The pigmentation of UD's Bootycall in comparison to Mac's Shroom is just OUT OF THIS WORLD. The finish is much nicer too! Please, UD, make Bootycall into a single!!!!

A little disappointed
I will start off by saying I LOVE UD eye shadows. I own 5 other UD palettes, several individual shadows, and this is the first one I have had problems with. When I got it in the mail it was fine I love the shadows but when I went to close it after the first use I noticed that bootycall had fallen out. I didn’t really mind I just assumed it had been tossed around a little too much in shipping. Then about 2 days later blackout fell out, and by the end of the week so had snakebite and verve. This is very irritating to me I have never had this problem before with urban decay products, but since prices of their palettes have went up (when I bought the original naked I only paid 38) so should have the quality.

My new go-to palette!
I fell in love all over again...I love the original Naked palette so when I found out about Naked 2 I didn't hesitate to purchase it. So glad I was able to get it before it sold out. I love the new packaging...at first my only disappointment was that half baked was a repeat, but it's a beautiful color so the disappointment didn't last long...love that this palette includes blackout (a matte black). Love that this palette has a cool range of colors as opposed to the warm range of the original Naked palette. The looks are endless with all the different color combinations. Definitely my new go-to palette!

Naked 2 GLOWS on darker skin tones
I was skeptical to purchase the Naked 2 palette only because being of caramel colored skin tone, I was afraid none of the colors would show properly against it.
I went against my initial judgment and ordered one anyway and was NOT disappointed at all. All the colors besides Blackout was smooth like butter and the colors seemed to just glow against my skin. I tried Tease with a look and fell in love.
The tin palette itself is sexy! I love that they changed it up and make the palette more durable and beautiful.
My only complaint is that Blackout is chalky & dry. It doesn't apply evenly, but that's small beans in comparison to the palette as a whole. Definitely worth every penny, and the brush works fantastically as well.

SMOOTH
Naked 2... what can I say but A+ for UD! 1st off I love & respect how much time UD put into the whole shabang. The card board case, that held the beautifully designed tin, in its self is fantasticly made & printed. The tin is super well made with it's embossed top & sharp mirror. Now to the meat of the samich'... all the pretty colors you can decorate your eyes with my dear! Using the UD primer and then appling the color, it amazes me how smooth it glides on & blends.(do you really think you can live with out this...do you?) My lovely daughter turned me on to UD, and yall - I'm so hooked. I will be a loyal UD fan forever!!!

Amazing addition to the Naked line!!
I own both the Naked palettes just got my Naked 2 today and i absolutely love it!! great range of colors, more cool toned than the first one. The only disappointment to me is that they repeated a color...half baked. This is the reason that i decided to give it four stars. Come on, you have so many neutrals to choose from and you repeat that one, if any i would have liked naked as a repeat (hence naked palette), i feel like half baked is in quite a few other palettes and so this was a definite downgrade to the product. Would have been nice if they included another one from the 15th anniversary pallet, like Deeper, chase or M.I.A because i know blackout is in the 15th one. If they come out with another naked palette in the Future they should not repeat colors from the previous 2. Besides all that lol, the colors included are beautiful and a great addition to any neutral eye shadow collection. I do love the brush also, the eye shadow end is great for packing on color and the crease end is soft and great for crease blending. The quality is of all urban decay eye shadows just wonderful, i do overall love the palette!

Unoriginal.
The colors are extremely similar to the Original Naked Palette. They also run warm, just as the previous palette did. Foxy, Pistol, Verve, and Blackout are the only colors (out of twelve!) that seem to be new. The others look like dupes of shades in the Naked palette, perhaps with different undertones or finishes. And let's not forget, they included Half-Baked in both palettes; that seemed like a cop-out to me.
This is the first time I've really disliked an Urban Decay product. I wish this palette was more unique; I had high hopes and I love the packaging. The shadow quality is great. If you don't have the original Naked palette, I highly recommend this; otherwise, I'd suggest you skip it.

My Bridal Clients LOVE this palette!!!
After having gotten the first Naked Palette I was obviously obsessed so when Naked2 came out I knew I had to have it! I put it on my credit card like a bad girl but I have to say it was worth it! The Nakeds are my go-to palettes now and my bridal clients LOOOVEEE the colors in NAKED2 especially (I work as a freelance makeup artist). You can't go wrong with these softer, cooler, neutrals. You can create such a wide variety of looks, especially when paired with Naked 1, the possibilities are endless. Don't hesitate to pick this up, it's so worth it! The gloss is beautiful as well, a perfect neutral in a perfect size for going out! Love UD, keep up the amazing work!!

I love Naked 2 more than Naked!
This is a great product.I was skeptical that it would be too cool toned but I am amazed at how versatile and easy it is to use. I own The Original Naked palette, and this is a great addition to it. The Naked 2 has more taupe colors as opposed to the bronze colors in Naked. They last all day, and it's easy to create looks for night and day with this palette. This is the perfect palette for all ages. The colors are highly pigmented and offer a variety of finishes. I would recommend this even if you own the original Naked palette. It is worth every penny. I must say I love this product! I like it more than the first naked!

Spend the money you won't be dissapointed! So worth it!
Ok so I have to say that from starting off as getting urban decay for a gift I am officially addicted. I will not buy any other eye shadow but urban decays. There palettes are amazing. I love the naked 2 palette because its everything I need in an every day palette. It offers a wide variety of colors and I can switch it up almost every day for work. The case is fantastic and I couldn't be more happier. If your on the fence you have to get it an I promise you, you won't be dissapointed. I will almost guarentee if you get this you will be addicted! You've been warned!!!

Eh...
I was a little disappointed when I got this in the mail yesterday. I was under the impression that this palette was more matte, but I think there's actually less matte shadows than in the original. The colors are beautiful, but I was just expecting something different. I know alot of other reviewers have said it, but I'm totally not loving a 2nd pan of Half Baked - it's just not one of my favorites. I am impressed with the brush that was included though, and have yet to try the lipgloss but it looks to be a color that would flatter most people. All in all, I do like this palette and I'm sure it will get lots of use, but UD didn't hit it out of the ballpark this time.

This collection is versatile, with amazing pigment that goes on with ease.
I have recently rediscovered how special Urban Decay is with this collection. I have fallen in love in only 2 short days of buying this product. To start I love this case, it is sturdy and elegant looking. As for the eyeshadows themselves, I was able, with just this collection, to create a subtle day look that transitioned into a dramatic night look within minutes and required no other color from any other collection or brand. The pigment is rich and the tones are perfect for anyone at anytime. The brushes included are good quality brushes that pick up and deposit color perfectly. For anyone just starting out with Urban Decay this is perfect!

All You Need is Naked Palette 2
I got this baby as a Christmas present, Santa must have thought I was really good last year. This palettes is worth every penny. There is tremendous value in its versatility alone. I haven't even scratched the surface of the potential of it. Tons of looks. Great sturdy, easy to clean packaging that has a very fashionable military ammo case vibe and it comes with a double - ended brush. I use it every day and I get tons of compliments. The other bonus of course is the quality. UD has outstanding, high-pigmented, long-lasting and smooth eyeshadow formulas which isn't lost in each well of nude-y amazingness in this must-have palette. Get it, covet it and get naked. QUICK!

You don't need Naked 2 if you got Naked 1...
Honestly, I got caught up in the hype of the Naked 2 palette so I had to have it. But now that I've seen it in person, I don't think it's necessary to own both. The colors are very similar (including the same half-baked color), and I think you can get the same looks using either palette. It has a couple of more matte shades than the original, but I really don't see this palette as a "must have" item. If the shades were all matte, that would have been way better and much more useful. The packaging is better than the original, but that's about it. Disappointed...

More cool/neutral tones, stands alone or complements NAKED1
It's hard not to rate this palette five stars, because the shadows are all excellent quality, the value for what you get is excellent, the packaging is great, and I love all the colors! However, the real question a lot of long-time UD fans will be asking is, "Should I get NAKED2 if I have NAKED1?"
If you have an extensive makeup collection, you could probably pass on this palette, unless you specifically collect UD. However, do not pass on it just because you have NAKED1 -- the shadows, while they may *look* similar, are quite different. There are more cool and neutral tones here, as well as three mattes for contouring the eye - a light matte with a hint of yellow (Foxy), a mid-tone taupe with burgandy overtones (Tease), and a coal-black, highly pigmented matte (Blackout).
There is only one glitter (Chopper), a redux from previous palettes that is very similar to Midnight Rodeo, as well. The rest are shimmers with varying degrees of opacity and shimmer intensity. Verve is a luminous pearl color that goes on somewhat sheer and has an absolutely gorgeous finish. This is probably my favorite shadow in the palette. Other standouts are Suspect and Pistol, two excellent taupe-based shades.
I only saw a few true overlaps to NAKED1. Half Baked, obviously, is a direct repeat. Bootycall is very similar to Virgin, just with slightly more peach undertone. YDK is similar to Sin, but cooler toned. Other than Half Baked, none of these are direct dupes for NAKED1.
I am perplexed by so many reviews I have seen that say NAKED2 is predominately warm-toned, and people who took issue with NAKED1 for having too many warm tones will be disappointed here for the same reason. Not true. I am very pale and definitely cool toned, and I can tell a striking difference between NAKED2 shades and NAKED1 shades. Many of the NAKED2 shadows are definitely neutral/cool.
I have been practicing my holiday party looks recently, and discovered these shadows make excellent bases for party looks. I tried Pistol on the lid and Tease for my crease, then layered fixative and glitter over Pistol - absolutely stunning. Pistol provided a perfect base, and the look lasted all day. I normally have to use cream eyeshadow, which can travel when fixatives are used over it, so this was a nice surprise.
Bottom line: if you can afford it, and especially if you are cooler toned, NAKED2 is an excellent purchase. It works great on its own to create looks, but when paired with NAKED1 is a dynamic duo - warm and cool tones, neutrals, and a wide range. Who knew there were so many potential colors in the neutrals spectrum?
If you have never purchased NAKED before and can only choose one, go with NAKED1 if you are warm-toned or have a richer skin tone, and go with NAKED2 if you are cool-toned and/or have very fair skin. Even if you are fair skinned with a warm skintone, NAKED2 has shades to cover -- Half Baked is an excellent mid-tone with a very warm base, and Chopper and Foxy will look good, as well.
Lastly, packaging -- I actually like the snap-close tin for NAKED2. It's heavier, but it's the same size as NAKED1 so it is not bulkier. The felt casing for NAKED1 shows dirt and lint off like a pro and is harder to clean, but the tin for NAKED2 should be easy to clean. (I like to sanitize my own products from time to time.) I also feel this will travel better, as the NAKED1 palette always gave me some worry as to whether it would open in my bag or get dirt/grit in there.

Naked 2
i got both the naked palettes for my birthday, and i love them!
they are fantastic for everyday wear, and have enough different colors to provide a good variety, especially if you're using them everyday (like i am!)
for me, naked 2 is the better choice, simply because it suits my skin-tone a bit better since the colors are cooler, with more silver/beige type colors, as opposed to warmer gold/bronze/pink shades like Naked 1.
however, both are definitely worth having.
i also love the double sided brush that is included with this set.
overall, Naked 2 is an awesome palette alone, and makes a great addition if you already have the first palette.

very easy to use
Got this product as my friend suggest to me. I dont know how to make up but i choose urban decay cosmetic products as my first collection. If you dun know how draw eye shadow? Never mind. Urban decay naked 2 is very easy to use even you know nothing about make up. It is very long lasting even not use the eye primer. I have bought other brand's eye shadow, however, it drop very fast and I need to recover it agn. Also, one box has many choices, you can decide different eye shadow for everyday. All the colors very match. I live in Hong Kong and cant bought online, but I use the myus to buy even it is very annoying. Why? As I love URBAN DECAY!!!!!!

Great Selection of Pigments
This was my first purchase from Urban Decay. I love the Naked 2 palette. It gives you a great scope of natural eye, romantic eye and smokey eye looks!! One thing I found is you do need a primer for the makeup. First time I didn't use one and it was harder to apply but once I used the UD eye primer, putting the shadows on was a breeze. It lasted all day and what's more is it looked great all day. Really love what UD has done with this palette. The Naked lip junkie lip gloss is another hit. I love it. I have gotten so many compliments on it. Thanks Urban Decay.

Naked Strikes Again!
I own the original naked palette and I absolutely love it, so buying naked 2 gave me pause. I bit the bullet and decided to try it and I am so glad I did. I never thought UD could top themselves however I think they did it. This palette is amazing and a nice compliment to the first. The colors in this palette are softer and a little less dramatic than the original. I can create more daytime looks however there are still some dark shadows to create glamorous night looks.

If you thought it couldn't get any better than the NAKED Palette, guess again!
This Palette is excellent! I love all of the beige shimmers, you can blend any of them together for a perfect look. I love it so much because if I'm in a rush in the morning i can still have great looking eyeshadow and it's flawless every time. I also love to mix the colors with some of the colors from the original NAKED Palette. The hard case is also great! i can just throw it in my bag when I need it and I don't have to worry about it getting broken. The big mirror on the inside of the Palette is also awesome for doing makeup on the go! The double-ended brush and lipgloss are also great bonuses! The 24/7 Liner in the color "binge" adds a great pop of color if you do a neutral eye with this Palette.

Naked2
Since I loved the Naked palette so much I picked this up right when it came out. I think that this palette is just different enough to own both. I like that it has 2 matte shades in it. I like that it is a bit warmer in tone than the first. I LOVE how rich and deep the black shadow is! It has got to be the darkest black shadow I have ever used. I really love that it is a tin type case this time, although sometimes I have some troubles closing mine. I like the dual ended brush because I feel like you can use it for many different things while creating whatever eye look you are going for. I like the mini lip gloss also. Would definitely buy again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
I love this palette so much! After how much I loved my Naked palette, I just had to get the Naked 2. I wasn't sure how close the colors were going to be and seeing that they both had Half Baked, I wasn't sure if I was going to love the Naked 2 as much as the Naked palette. I love this palette! The colors are so nice and also go well with the Naked palette. With both of the palettes, I don't think I'll ever need another eyeshadow again! I wasn't very impressed with the brush that was in the Naked palette but the brush that came in the Naked 2 is so nice. The fluffy blending brush works really good and it is so soft! Really amazing palette!!

Perfection in a Palette
This palette is AMAZING!!!! It has the perfect colors for everyday looks, natural colors for day looks and bold dark colors for night look. Just throw it in your bag and darken those lids up and your ready to go out. Love that the palette has a mirror and comes w/ double sided brush. the brush makes it so easy to apply. I use the eyeshadow primer potion w/ this product. They work perfect together. You can use w/ out the primer and works just as great, but I like to use the primer when I know I have a long day ahead of me especially on those hot days when the weather isn't being too nice to our beautiful eyeshadow lol for sure recommend it!

AMAZING FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
I have such an obsession with makeup, but sadly I have soo many allergies that its hard to find makeup that works for me. The drugstore makeup I feel is made very cheaply , and causes me to have an allergic reaction ( ex: swollen face!)
I looked more and more into Urban Decay and they have such high quality makeup(btw their also vegan and cruelty free; big plus! no harming those adorable bunnies)
So I went ahead and ordered a few things; the Urban Decay naked 2 pallete being one of them, and oh my gosh! I can enjoy wearing makeup again! I would highly recommend Urban Decay, for their amazing quality, original products, and super cute names!

Great range of cool neautral colors
I love the cooler tones in this new palette. It allows me to create a sultry sexy natural smokey eye. The tin packaging is great, sleek &very sturdy. There are more matte colors in this palette then the original NAKED palette. all the colors are very smooth and pigmented, the only thing I didn't like about this palette is that it came with a lip gloss instead of another mini primer. I do not care for the lip-gloss that it came with, and the brush is ohkay. It's a lot softer than what it looks like. i AM the kind of person who likes to stick to neutral colors, if you do not like to wear crazy colors like I do, you will love this palette. I have recommended this palette to all my friends as a good basic palette to have.

<3 to be naked2
This palette is AMAZING! I bought 3 palettes, one for myself and two for gifts. This palette is better than the original naked palette in my opinion. I have blue eyes and the three copper/bronze shades are perfect! And I love how it comes with half baked, because that is one of my favorite UD shadows. Would recommend to people with fair skin like mine because these colors are very flattering, but I would imagine them to be flattering on any skin tone. And the art school inspired tin is a nice touch a well, especially since I was an at major. Love, love, love! Need I say more? Now buy it, you won't regret it :-)

Cool Taupe
THIS PALETTE IS AMAZING. not only are the eyeshadows a bit better in quality from the original naked palette, but the colors are AMAZING. if you're looking for soft, cool taupe colors, this is the palette for you. it's a perfect balance of nude colors with metallics, warm with cool, and matte with shimmery HD colors. I totally recommend this palette even if you have the first, because the colors are so different and there really IS a big difference, even if it doesn't seem like it at first. i couldn't go without either palette. i use either or both almost every day, for day wear, night, and special occasions.

LOVE!!!!!
I was debating between picking up the Naked palette or the Naked 2 palette, and after reading reviews and looking at pics, reading blogs...etc, I decided on the Naked 2, and I am SO glad I did!! The colors are beautiful, blend well together, and the pigmentation is excellent!! Prior to this, I have only used the 24/7 eyeliners and years ago I purchased Midnight Cowboy e/s single. Urban Decay products have by far exceeded my expectations and I am raving about and recommending this palette to anyone who will listen!!!
