This eyeliner is NOT good I use a lot of eyeliner, so I was so excited to try this one. All of these positive reviews had me convinced I would love it. I was wrong. Instead of smearing like other eyeliner, this one crumbles. It crumbles off after just a few hours. The crumbles get in my eyes and down my face. I will say one thing. A lot of people are saying that this eyeliner is not forgiving if you make a mistake. I did not find this to be true. You can correct mistakes with it easily. Overall, I was seriously disappointed in this product and I will never buy it again. :( July 29, 2012
The anti-liquid eyeliner user's liquid eyeliner I absolutely hated using liquid eyeliner...I never understood it's purpose. So when I purchased the book of shadows 4 and it came with one in "Perversion", I figured what the heck, it came with it, so I tried it. Now I can't figure out why I hated the stuff so much to begin with. I have since purchased another one in "Demolition". This is a must have for anyone serious about making their eyes pop with some liquid eyeliner. The selection of colors is amazing, and I can't wait to explore my creative side and buy some of the "brighter" colors. I rated all 5 stars except ease of use because it's still a liquid eyeliner, and it can be tricky, however, the long brush used for application is one of the better ones I've seen on any liquid eyeliner. Super pigmented, brilliant application and this stuff doesn't budge Where was this stuff at the beginning of the summer when my other liners were melting off my face? I've tried several of these new "24 hour/waterproof" liquid liners and none of them come close. MUFE.... great pigmentation, but the applicator always catches on my lids and drags. Ick. The formula also started to break apart and flake off toward the end of the day. Not ideal. Stila... The "marker tip" applicator is a bit tricky and you need several coats to build up the color you want. I was in love with UD's version upon first swipe. I wear a flicked/ cat-eye liner nearly every day and I've never used another liquid product that was this easy to apply. Also - this stuff doesn't budge. It remains beautiful from day to night, with no touch-ups!!! Love it. Love it. Love it. I have Sabbath, El Dorado and Demolition.... I'm kind of dying to get my hands on Perversion and Woodstock! Best Liquid Liner This is hands down the best liquid liner I have ever used. I've purchased high end liners & cheap ones. Nothing can compare to these liners. Your search is over, Perversion is absolutely the best black liquid liner ever. So easy to use whether you're doing a thin line or thick cat eye look. Lasts forever without primer. Dries fast. No Regret Eyeliner!! I am wowed again by how long lasting Urban Decay's products are and how great they look! I used to show this product on my hand all the time when I worked at a cosmetics store and it would take a day or two to get the liner completely off the back of my hand. Imagine on your eyes then!! It will take a little practice getting used to the flexible tip but it creates beautiful lines and it's easy to play up once you're a pro! The only problem I encountered with this product was the little cone that the brush came out of broke so I got a new one. March 5, 2013
Long Lasting Even on the hottest summer day this eyeliner doesn't budge.I've tried the so called waterproof liners in the little pots that are quite expensive and dry out before you get halfway through the product and look in the mirror just a few hours after applying them and they've totally disappeared from your lashlines as iif you never applied it.Those days are long gone, this is the best eyeliner so far. The only liquid liner I'll use This is the best. I can have it on all day, go to the gym, sweat and then swim, take a shower and it is STILL there. It's not until I go home and use remover or really scrub at it in the shower, that it comes off. The colors are great. Just what they look like, no fading and once it dries you're set. No smearing, smudging or budging it. I also have very sensitive eyes, and it has never bothered me. The applicator is great because the brush is so thin, allowing you to get really close to the lash line and be extremely precise. Great Product March 5, 2013
Amazing!! I am not usually a fan or user of liquid eyeliner since I do not have very steady hands. However, I love these eyeliners when I want a different more defined look. The brush is so precise and easy to use without making a huge mistake. I have an easier time using these liners compared to other liquid liners. The best part is the colors variety and the long lasting wear. I never thought any liner would be longer-lasting than UD's pencil liners, but these stay on even longer. You will be a believer! I HATED brush tip eyeliners. So much that I avoided them like the plague. They were always so messy, and hard to use. This, however, has changed my view! You can make the finest line by barely pushing, or you can push a little harder and get a dramatic line. As for waterproof...I'm not so sure. When I wash my makeup off at night this comes off in a strip. Even before I use any soap. If you can get in the pool and not rub your eyes I can see this lasting, but if you're like me and you always have to wipe the water away this will come off. August 31, 2012

Falling in love all over again When I first heard that the liwuid liners were going waterproof, I cried. Not really, but I was nervous because I hate waterproof products. The Urban Decay liquid liner has remained my number one liquid liner forever now. I decided I would try it out anyways and just return it if I really hated it. Needless to say, the waterproof formula has taken the originals place in my makeup collection. The ease of application is amazing and each color always comes up opaque with just one coat. I love the selection of fun bright colors because colored liners are my favorite part of makeup. The only thing I'm a bit iffy on is the applicator. Most people disagree, but I preferred the longer brush on the older formula over this one. Overall, it's a great product, February 6, 2012
This eyeliner makes me feel like a Jem doll :) The pigments are fierce on these. I loved them so much I'm slowly starting a collection of my favorite shades. Let's face it, we can't get the perfect cat eye with those thick applicators on most eyeliners. This applicator is just perfect for precision eyes. It makes you want to get experimental and try new swishes and fine point filigres on your corners. I did a rad look with pink, purple, and black and felt like a gorgeous Jem doll that night. I love Retrograde! I've been using Ecstasy Liquid Liner for years and I thought it was perfect, but I bought the new version in Retrograde and amazingly it's better! It's looks almost black sometimes, but you see a real flash of vibrant twinkly purple in bright light. Good for any time of the day. Changed my mind about liquid eyeliner Normally I really hate liquid eyeliner, especially waterproof. I tried using several different kinds a few years ago and the lines were always WAY too thick, uneven, they'd clump horribly, and were extremely difficult to use... UD's 24/7 waterproof liquid eyeliner is NOTHING like the ones I tried using. Its smooth, extremely easy to apply and get a straight line, highly pigmented, and easy to remove. I'm SO glad I tried it because its completely changed my opinion on waterproof liquid eyeliner. I bought one in Revolver, just to try it, but now I want all of them! It's also extremely long lasting, I easy get two days of use out of one application. It does flake a little while I sleep, probably because I roll around a LOT, but it still looks flawless. The only liquid eyeliner I can use! Liquid eyeliner is always tricky but this makes it effortless. This is seriously the only eyeliner I can use and not mess up with. Something about the formula and the brush just making getting a really precise line extremely easy, which I honestly can't say for any other liquid eyeliner I have tried. I have the purple and turquoise colors and they make a great eye look when you don't have much time to get ready... just throw on a funky colored eyeliner and some mascara and you're good to go! The easiest liquid liner I've ever used! I thought I was pretty good with liquid eyeliners. I used the popular ones from many other companies, each with a different applicator. I usually preferred the felt tips, because many brushes were too flimsy to use. Once I took a chance with this liner in PERVERSION, I was amazed. It was super easy and gave me the most precise thin line than is impossible to do with other brands. AND IS STAYS PUT!! One of the best liquid eyeliners out there! I purchased this eyeliner in Perversion and I have to say that I have extremely pleased. The pigment is absolutely amazing and the formula doesn't ever get "watery" like some liquid liners tend to do. The brush helps give a really great and even application that will give you a different look than an eyeliner pen with a felt tip. It's a little tricky getting used to using a brush, but this eyeliner is perfect to practice with because it moves so well along the lash line. Also when it says "24/7", they definitely mean it! I have never had any trouble with chipping or fading which has always been an issue for me with other liners. A must have waterproof eyeliner I really love this eyeliner. First time I stroke the brush, I can tell that this eyeliner is great. It stayed the whole day until I washed my face at night. Amazing! I hate liquid eyeliner. I can never get it on and it always smears around my lids. Plus, it's hard to find cool colors - usually brands just have black,brown, maybe a purple. But I love this liquid eyeliner! It comes in awesome colors with different finishes. It applies easily because the brush is so tiny. Just be sure to shake it before you use it or it can be watery. Wonderful Liners I have Perversion and El Dorado and these are wonderful. You can easily achieve a thin line with the brush style. You can thicken it for more of a cat eye effect without much issue. If you're new to applying liquid liner, you will want to practice a few times because once this is in place, you don't really have time to fix it and it doesn't budge! It goes all night. May 26, 2012

Liquid Eyeliner = wack I got this in the Book of Shadows IV palette. I've never been a fan of liquid liners, and I thought that maybe since this one was made by UD that it would magically change everything I ever thought...I was wrong. It's always a bit tricky to apply liquid liners. I was confused at first as to why the brush is on the bigger side, and the liner is in the smaller portion..that seemed backwards to me. Another thing is that the liner will dry up inside the tube so I'm constantly getting chunks of dried liner on the applicator every time I pull it out. Anyway--skipping to the application: multiple dips are necessary to line from corner to corner. After it dried, my eye was watering and most of the line peeled off!!! Definitely not waterproof when you want it to be. I wouldn't get this again. I only use it because I'm out of my regular liner. December 12, 2011
Not bad :) I do like this product. It has a great color selection and stays a long time. I love how im able to create the thinest line but, the only thing i do not like is how watery it is. Instead of gliding onto my upper eye lid sometimes itll also sink right into my actual eyeball which doesnt feel too well. I also have to be careful with where i keep this because the packing could be better. Mine somehow broke a week after i got it and now It wont twist down all the way and will sometimes get liner onto my other products! No bueno. January 31, 2012
amazing! This is with out a doubt the best liquid waterproof eyeliner I have ever used! it passed all three of my majore issues with eyeliner's. (1) sweating. I live in Austin TX where the summers are long and hot I sweat a lot and this liner holds up beautifully it also holds up during my work out's too. (2) water. Swimming has been no problem for this liner a true water proof liner! (3) all nighter. I never once had to pull out a Q-tip to blot the corners of my eye's while I was out on the weekends my cat eye stay'd put all night long. This liner is a staple in my makeup bag all the colors in this line are awesome bright greens and true blues,like with all liquid liners you gotta have a pretty study hand other then that I will recomend this to all my freinds and people! beautiful I have this liner in Perversion and it looks like liquid vinyl on my eyes. I'm not terribly fond of the brush applicator, as I prefer the sponge tipped kind, but that is just my personal preference. This liner is incredibly black, goes on smooth, stays all day without smudging, running, flaking, or irritating my eyes. It's a winner! February 29, 2012
Awesome eyeliner I have never liked liquid eyeliner but I have to admit these are the best! The line is very thin yet pigmented so it's easy to work with. I bought two, 1 in purple and 1 in siren. I love them both although I only use the purple lol. Siren looks very nice but I guess I gotta find some looks to use it that doesnt make me look like Nicki Minaj -___-. Best Liquid Liner Ever! I have this liner in both El Dorado, Siren and Perversion. Both are EXTREMELY pigmented, and they DO. NOT. BUDGE. It literally blew me away when I first used these liners. My sister and I tested them on our hands at Sephora, and through several hand washes, applications of hand sanitizer, and rubbing to try to get it off, they did not budge! We returned the very next day to purchase them! They do come off with makeup wipes or a facial cleanser. Perversion is the blackest black you could imagine, and perfect for every day use. El Dorado really takes the cake in my opinion, it is pure GOLD. It is so gorgeous, I wish I could wear it every single day. Absolutely gorgeous color. I own this eye liner in Perversion (matte black), Bobby Dazzle (white/clear glitter), Retrograde (the most gorgeous purple color I've ever seen# and Siren #a beautiful blue-green reminiscent of peacock feathers#. First, they are most definitely water proof. You'll need some sort of eye makeup remover to get them off unless you want to scrub half your eyelids off. I've tested them on my hand and they've stayed for 24+ hours. The color selection is awesome. I plan on purchasing several more colors. I also love how awesomely thin the brush is - you can get super precise cat-eye flicks with this brush. The only thing I don't like #and this may be just me), is that as it dries it tends to shrink up and crack slightly, leaving not-so-sexy lines. Otherwise, awesome product! February 27, 2012

I have never had any trouble with chipping or fading which has always been an issue for me with other liners. A must have waterproof eyeliner I really love this eyeliner. First time I stroke the brush, I can tell that this eyeliner is great. It stayed the whole day until I washed my face at night. It also easy to took it off, I didn't have to wipe it hard to took it off. I'm going to buy another colors. I'm absolutely positively love this eyeliner. Amazing! I hate liquid eyeliner. I can never get it on and it always smears around my lids. Plus, it's hard to find cool colors - usually brands just have black,brown, maybe a purple. But I love this liquid eyeliner! It comes in awesome colors with different finishes. It applies easily because the brush is so tiny. Just be sure to shake it before you use it or it can be watery. Wonderful Liners I have Perversion and El Dorado and these are wonderful. You can easily achieve a thin line with the brush style. You can thicken it for more of a cat eye effect without much issue. If you're new to applying liquid liner, you will want to practice a few times because once this is in place, you don't really have time to fix it and it doesn't budge! It goes all night. May 26, 2012
Best. Liquid. Eyeliner. Period. This is the best liquid eyeliner I have EVER had! The little brush makes it so easy to create thin or thick lines. The color selection is amazing! And it seriously lasts until you take it off with make up remover. It stays on even when its humid outside. Try drawing a line on your hand and then wash your hands....ah! the line is still there! Liquid Eyeliner = wack I got this in the Book of Shadows IV palette. I've never been a fan of liquid liners, and I thought that maybe since this one was made by UD that it would magically change everything I ever thought...I was wrong. It's always a bit tricky to apply liquid liners. I was confused at first as to why the brush is on the bigger side, and the liner is in the smaller portion..that seemed backwards to me. Another thing is that the liner will dry up inside the tube so I'm constantly getting chunks of dried liner on the applicator every time I pull it out. Anyway--skipping to the application: multiple dips are necessary to line from corner to corner. After it dried, my eye was watering and most of the line peeled off!!! Definitely not waterproof when you want it to be. I wouldn't get this again. I only use it because I'm out of my regular liner. December 12, 2011
Not bad :) I do like this product. It has a great color selection and stays a long time. I love how im able to create the thinest line but, the only thing i do not like is how watery it is. Instead of gliding onto my upper eye lid sometimes itll also sink right into my actual eyeball which doesnt feel too well. I also have to be careful with where i keep this because the packing could be better. Mine somehow broke a week after i got it and now It wont twist down all the way and will sometimes get liner onto my other products! No bueno. January 31, 2012
amazing! This is with out a doubt the best liquid waterproof eyeliner I have ever used! it passed all three of my majore issues with eyeliner's. (1) sweating. I live in Austin TX where the summers are long and hot I sweat a lot and this liner holds up beautifully it also holds up during my work out's too. (2) water. Swimming has been no problem for this liner a true water proof liner! (3) all nighter. I never once had to pull out a Q-tip to blot the corners of my eye's while I was out on the weekends my cat eye stay'd put all night long. This liner is a staple in my makeup bag all the colors in this line are awesome bright greens and true blues,like with all liquid liners you gotta have a pretty study hand other then that I will recomend this to all my freinds and people! beautiful I have this liner in Perversion and it looks like liquid vinyl on my eyes. I'm not terribly fond of the brush applicator, as I prefer the sponge tipped kind, but that is just my personal preference. This liner is incredibly black, goes on smooth, stays all day without smudging, running, flaking, or irritating my eyes. It's a winner! February 29, 2012
Awesome eyeliner I have never liked liquid eyeliner but I have to admit these are the best! The line is very thin yet pigmented so it's easy to work with. I bought two, 1 in purple and 1 in siren. I love them both although I only use the purple lol. Siren looks very nice but I guess I gotta find some looks to use it that doesnt make me look like Nicki Minaj -___-. Just purchased book of shadows just for the black eyeliner included coz I def need a black one. It's a must!!! March 27, 2012
Best Liquid Liner Ever! I have this liner in both El Dorado, Siren and Perversion. Both are EXTREMELY pigmented, and they DO. NOT. BUDGE. It literally blew me away when I first used these liners. My sister and I tested them on our hands at Sephora, and through several hand washes, applications of hand sanitizer, and rubbing to try to get it off, they did not budge! We returned the very next day to purchase them! They do come off with makeup wipes or a facial cleanser. Perversion is the blackest black you could imagine, and perfect for every day use. El Dorado really takes the cake in my opinion, it is pure GOLD. It is so gorgeous, I wish I could wear it every single day. Siren is beautiful, it would look great on those with brown eyes especially. I LOVE these liners! I plan to collect them! February 18, 2012
Absolutely gorgeous color. I own this eye liner in Perversion (matte black), Bobby Dazzle (white/clear glitter), Retrograde (the most gorgeous purple color I've ever seen# and Siren #a beautiful blue-green reminiscent of peacock feathers#. First, they are most definitely water proof. You'll need some sort of eye makeup remover to get them off unless you want to scrub half your eyelids off. I've tested them on my hand and they've stayed for 24+ hours. The color selection is awesome. I plan on purchasing several more colors. I also love how awesomely thin the brush is - you can get super precise cat-eye flicks with this brush. The only thing I don't like #and this may be just me), is that as it dries it tends to shrink up and crack slightly, leaving not-so-sexy lines. Otherwise, awesome product! February 27, 2012
