A great liquid liner I have this liner in the shades Sabbath and Woodstock. The liner itself is an iteration of a product found in several brands' repertoires, but Urban Decay's is unique not just in some of the shades available, but its applicator--a slender brush, not a pointed foam tip. If you have tried other liners and didn't like their foam applicators, try UD's brush. The formula is fluid, sets quickly, and is pigmented (just remember to shake it!). Possibly not the best liner for a liquid newbie (try a felt-tip pen instead), but great for cat eye experts looking for bright colors at a relatively good price. As for the shades themselves... Sabbath is an absolutely gorgeous deep, saturated navy blue that's dark enough to be a subtle pop of color that doesn't look out of place. The finish is not truly matte (an effect this type of formula doesn't offer) but more satin--it has a bit of shine, but no shimmer of any kind. Woodstock is a bright, shimmery hot pink that's not yet neon. This pink is yellow-toned, so if you don't like cool, blue-based pinks, this one's great. The shimmer is a bit silvery, a bit golden, but it's definitely cooler in tone than the pink base. This one might need two coats to be completely opaque, so wait for it to dry and then reapply if needed. March 7, 2013
