Long lasting makeup spray! I love this product. It really helps when you have oily skin and tend to get really oily after applying your makeup. I'm not the one to use blotting papers because I feel like they do nothing. This setting spray can save you lots of time and money! Using the spray is simple, just mist it on your face 2-3 times. It dries super quick and leaves your makeup looking like you've just put it on all day. What I like about this product is that you don't need touch ups. It really holds the makeup in place. It lasts all day too! I bought a regular size but could never travel with it! I'm going on a life changing trip to africa and I know it sounds ridiculous that I'd be worrying about makeup or looks, but I have a mental disorder called Dermatillomania which is severe skin picking and has left my face red and blotchy from the abuse I inflicted on it. Great for oily skin My skin is really oily and i am obsessed with trying anything that can help keep it in check. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be used with liquid makeup or if it doesn't matter. I used Bare Minerals powder makeup with it and it worked great. I worked a 12 hour shift and only had to use one oil absorbing sheet all day. My makeup even looked good after a two hour nap. Finally, oily skin under control! I got this as a free sample, then ended up buying it full size........it is amazing! I'm 38 and have always had oily skin, I also live in a humid area which doesn't help me at all:) I've tried many different oil control products like: lotions, gels, powders, creams, face washes, and blotting papers. This is the best thing I've used!! I spray it on after my deep wrinkle cream and allow it to dry completely before I apply anything else, and I usually just top with De Slick powder. Cute size! The travel size De Slick is super awesome if you want to just try out the product, or for.... traveling! I'm so glad I could pick one of these up for an upcoming trip. I tried this originally as the travel size, and loved it. I immediately bought the XL size when they had it on sale a while ago. Great for the Summer! This spray is perfect for the humid summer. I spray it on right after my primer and again when everything is finished and it keeps my makeup from feeling like it is "melting" off. It does a particularly great job keeping my eye makeup intact. I use the primer for my eyelids, but this keeps my eyeliner and mascara from smudging in the heat. I love the travel size because I can bring it with me anywhere. Great of oliy skin! When i first saw the product it didn't really get my attention. But since i mostly shop online i saw it was on sale. I think i payed like $15 for the XL bottle, which was a bargain! Bottom point is it works well. I apply it daily it helps my face stay oil-free for most of the day. its so easy to use and i find it works better if you wash your face before and pat dry. i also reapply when i get of school before heading to work. its really great for people who have oily skin, or combination skin. Great for Big Occassions I never used a setting spray until I had a wedding to attend in India. I knew I needed something to help my makeup in the extremely hot weather otherwise it would be gone within an hour or two. My friend raved about this stuff, so I figured it was pretty convenient especially with the travel size versions to put in my purse. I was a little doubtful that it would work, but to my surprise it definitely helped a lot. My makeup wasn't perfect, but with the weather I expected a lot worse. I was pretty happy with all the pictures that day. I actually ended up giving an extra bottle to my cousin, the bride. Now, I always have at least a travel size version with me for big events. Slick Spraying Spritz I was skeptical upon trying this product because of the results I received from the all nighter spray was disappointing but this didn't not disappoint at all! I think I just went for the wrong spray and found this to keep my skin oil free and shine free for longer!! Very Straight Forward This is pretty straight forward and simple, after apply your makeup spray this on your face. It helps lock in your makeup for all day wear! I prefer this over the face primers, spray this on your naked face. Apply makeup then spray again. Bare in mind alcohol is one of the main ingredients which can irritate your face so only spritz to your bare face every now and then. Really Controls Oil I love this product. I have a serious trouble keeping my skin matte during the day. Once I began using De-Slick, my face just stopped getting oily. It has become as simple as if I don't use De-Slick, I am oily, and if I do, I am not. But even better than oil control, this holds on my makeup. An okay mist, not as effective as All Nighter DeSlick is great as a setting spray although I've found that it does not keep my makeup in place as long as All Nighter does. As for the shine and oil control, it seems to sometimes work and sometimes not. I feel like if its even a bit humid out it doesn't keep my face from getting oily or protect me from shine. Good for Normal Skin I received this Setting Spray as a Gift to make my makeup last longer due to me having combo/oily skin, but I feel while my makeup did last a little longer than it usually does I don't think that it was formulated for oily skin regardless of it said being formulated to control oil over makeup. Pros and Cons I really like that the De-Slick helps to keep your makeup on for a long period of time the only thing that bothers me is the fact that it makes my skin look really oily after a period of being in the sun. Wonderful! During the warmer months, my face tends to get a little bit greasier. I tried this, and it's AMAZING. It helps my makeup stay on longer and makes my face feel better, overall.
