Smokey eye is back...wait, did it ever leave?
Love these colors for smokey eyes...never thought about doing smokey in green, blue or purple before, but with this palette, all jeweltones are possible. Dark shadows that work!!!
I have always shyed away from dark shadows. I was afraid that it would make my korean eyes appear smaller. The color selection is great, fall-out minimal and I think that its choices all make for diverse combos. I don't know if i'll have to buy again just due to the fact that there is so much love to be spread! But if it does hit the pan , I would gladly repurchase. I also appreciate UD for always hooking us up with some primer potion and eyeliner!!

Best palette for smokey eyes!
UD keeps wowing us with these perfect palettes, and Smoked is no exception! The colors chosen are just absolutely perfect for creating many different looks, but I do wish 'Naked' had been included. If you're a smokey enthusiast though, it's likely you already own that shade anyway! The shadows are silky, not chalky at all, and blend so well together! Plus the UDPP and eyeliner you get is just a wonderful bonus! I love the packaging too! A+, UD!!

beautiful dark palette
This palette may look a little daunting because its darker tones but as the name indicates this is an AWESOME palette for smoky looks. The jewel toned color come out like they seem in the picture, they are deep and beautiful for many different skin tones. The quality is great, no problem with my contact and allergie ridden eyes. EVIDENCE is the royal blue one, and it looks soo good and bright as an eyeliner on bottom lashes, or for more of a bang in the crease and outer corner after doing a brown smoky look. MUSHROOM i adore, one of my top 10 UD product color ever,
it is a grey brown smoked with some shimmer to it, when paired in a grey and black smoky look it stands out and adds dimension. I love that color, and the contrast with a gold (like HALF BAKED). Definitely a fun palette to have, especially for experienced artists/enthusiasts :)!

the smoked palette is fun and easy to use. I admit the main reason I picked this palette was because of the look book. this palette has two light matte colors for you to start your look with (prime the eye). three dark color shadows (green, blue, and a reddish color). two browns, two greys and a black. besides the look book, my favorite thing about this purchase was being introduced to the perversion pencil. this black eyeliner is amazing.

This palette is a jewel!
Absolutely amazing colors, same great quality that you find in every UD eyeshadow, but without that chunky glitter than some of the old UD shadows had. The colors are all vibrant but still manage to blend beautifully. As for the instruction booklet it comes with, I'm a veteran smokey-eye-er, and even I was impressed with some of the variations! Very detailed and easy to follow, even for a beginner. Highly recommended to all my friends!

Love it!
Great pallette! I LOVE asphalt and wish that was available separately! Mushroon is great too. Oh and Bar Lust! I'm not as crazy about the blue and the green color but they are ok--I just don't feel they are as pigmented for some reason, they feel more sheer than colored when I apply. But buy this pallette for asphalt!! The liner that comes with it is good--very pigmented black sort of for night out only! But all in all great buy!

Super smoky, but you know, without the lung cancer
If there is one thing I think Urban Decay does best, it is put out an eyeshadow palette. While this isn't one of the biggest they have done, it is one of the better palettes.
This is one of those rare palettes whose colors can create an entire look. The highlight shades included work with the very bold, smoky shades by complimenting them without drawing attention to themselves. The focus is left on the deep, smoldering shades.
Included is a somewhat comprehensive booklet of smoky makeup looks to be created with the palette, and it is by far one of the best booklets to be included with a makeup palette. The step by step instructions make it easy to make full use of this palette.
Also included is the cult favorite (and mine!) eyeshadow primer, as well as one of their 24/7 liquid liners. I absolutely love their liquid liner, and it is holy grail status for me.

Stunning and perfect
The sales person at Sephora and I agreed...this set is perfect. I am in awe. The instruction cards taught me a lot (I just don't usually read stuff like this...being super crazy busy).
Seriously considering buying a second one as backup but might have too much of the same already.
But this purchase is one of the best I've made in the makeup category. Use with a light or heavy hand, anyone can use this for stunning results.

Smokey Eye of the Future
This kit is amazing! I used to try smokey eyes with different colors but it never seemed to look right. With this kit I looked amazing! I love the box, all of the shades, and that it came with an eyeliner. You can go from day to night in seconds. The neutral colors make it easy to go to work while still looking good but then the other colors are good for going out at night or spicing it up. KeeP up up the good work UD!

Most pigmented pallet out there! Great variety of shades, neutrals, and colors!
First the color selection is out of this world!! The pigmentation is so intense and smooth. On every skin tone it looks amazing on everyone! It also has the best matte white highlight color! The black eye liner perversion comes with it as well. Perversion is so creamy, no eye tug included! Blackest, black in the makeup world. This is a beautiful palette!
Not only is the packaging beautiful. But the colors are as well. I have been waiting for a matte dark brown, and "back door" is perfect! The instruction book is phenomenal, detailed, and easy to follow. I receive so many compliments on the looks I have created with this palette. Urban Decay, you did it again! You should consider writing an entire book about all your palettes using instructions like these!

ANOTHER WINNER FROM UD!!!
I received this for Xmas from my sister and I am in looove with it!!! I love how you can create a multitude of smokey eyes with it!!! I love a colored smokey eye just as much as a classic smokey eye and this lets you create an amazing array of looks with such beautiful, rich tones. Don't hesitate to pick this one up, especially if you love a dramatic eye! Oh and the 24/7 liner is my life! I have never been an eyeliner snob but I am now. It's the smoothest, blackest pencil ever!! Don't stop doing what you're doing UD, no one does it like you! <3
The only con I have is that if you're a lay person when it comes to makeup you may not fully understand the look book guide that comes along with the palette. I'm a makeup artist but I know a lot of people need help when it comes to makeup and blending terms and application instructions etc. and could find it a little overwhelming/confusing :)

Great Palette!
I think this Smoked palette is a great addition to the already outstanding collection of UD products! The colors are beautiful and the pigmentation is simply outstanding. Not only is this palette a great deal, it will last for such a long time. UD shadows are like nothing else out there! My favorite two have to be the first two colors. They are basic shades for blending or brow bone but so gorgeous!

I love all of urban decay's palettes, what can I say? The shadows are great and blend easily. You've got highlight colors in this palette, as well as crease shadows, and bright pigments as well which can be as intense as you want them to be. 24/7 liner is a life saver and that comes with it! Urban Decay has spoiled us once again by including a mini Primer Potion.
This is a great gift for someone who is just breaking into the 'makeup scene' I just ordered one for a friend... and ended up getting one for myself, too. I wish it came with a brush, but ALL of my other palettes have come with one, so I'm not short on brushes. :) I'll take the 24/7 liner and mini primer potion over a brush with this one. The zipper travel case is cool, too. The instruction manual type of thing that maps out how to smoke your eyes is helpful... that's what makes this a great gift for your favorite makeup newbie!

Great selections!
I did not give the color selection 5 points since the colors for my skin color does not all match well, but that is my own personal factor not the majority people's. Like always, their products are of great quality and I just love how smooth everything is and how it doesnt feel so heavy like other products I have tried. Possibly THE BEST palette ever!
This is the first UD palette that started my quickly growing addiction to UD. It has all colors you need to do anything from a natural to a smokey look. It comes with Peversion eye liner which is $19 alone plus you get a deluxe sample of UDPP! When you consider the bonuses you get with this palette it can't be beat. All colors go on smooth and creamy. I will definately be purchasing this again.

Color is the new smoky eye!
Move out of the way black and gray, the colors are taking over! This palette is GORGEOUS! I cannot get enough of these colors. I was always afraid of the smokey eye as I felt it was too harsh for my coloring. Not anymore! This palette makes it so easy for me to create a wearable smokey eye. I just got this as a gift and must say it is perfect for a night out. However, I would not use this product during the day because the colors are more for nighttime. If you really want to make a statement and for your eyes to pop this palette is definitely a must. It is also packaged in a way that makes it easy to travel with. I love how it has a zipper which allows it to be super compact.

A very nice palette.
The Smoked palette is very nice. The colors go on smoothly, last all day, and blend well. My main complaint is that Kinky and Freestyle do not show up on my skin at all (My skin is ivory with a cool pink undertone). To make up for Freestyle and Kinky, I use light shades such as Sin from my BOSIV. The rest of the colors in the Smoked palette are excellent, especially Barlust and Mushroom.

Such a great going out palette!
I don't normally use eye shadow every day, but for a girls night out I love to create a fun smokey eye and this palette is great for exactly that! Unfortunately the pans are a little small so I am going through them relatively fast but I think I will be more aware from now on and try to use less on my brush. Smoky Hot Eyeshadow!!!
I absolutely love Urban Decay eyeshadow. It is like no other! I swear I ALWAYS get compliments when I use it. I don't mind paying for any of the products cause its worth every penny. Favorite UD Item
This is my favorite makeup item of all time, bar none. I absolutely love a dark eye and this palette allows you to move from a sophisticated, timeless look (that could even be used for work) to wild smokey eyes. Almost perfect!
I almost freaked out when I heard about this palette and I was so excited when I finally got it! I love smokey looks and these colors are just PERFECT for a dark smokey eye! The only draw back is that when I used the colors, it seemed the green, purple and blue looked muddy on my eye lids, but it may just be the brushes I used weren't quite clean, Love this palette!

Almost perfect!
I almost freaked out when I heard about this palette and I was so excited when I finally got it! I love smokey looks and these colors are just PERFECT for a dark smokey eye! The only draw back is that when I used the colors, it seemed the green, purple and blue looked muddy on my eye lids, but it may just be the brushes I used weren't quite clean, Love this palette!
