I never used to wear a liquid foundation because I never felt like my skin could breathe, and all the foundations I tried looked unnatural. My skin also gets very oily, and it seemed that my skin would become even more oily when I would use a liquid foundation. Now, I've simply fallen in love with this product! It creates such a lovely glow to my skin, and diffuses my imperfections. The color is true, I'm a 6.0 and I've always had a difficult time finding a product that would match my olive skin tone. It also feels completely weightless and silky smooth. I spent the afternoon in 100 degree heat yesterday, and although I was sweating the whole time, my makeup stayed put! I highly, highly recommend this product, and although I don't usually spend this much on a makeup product, i feel it is worth the price. August 14, 2012Lightest, Most natural looking foundation. I used to work in a beauty store so I was able to sample MANY different foundations. I've tried everything from Givenchy, Nars, MUFE, Too Faced, YSL, and Tarte. When I came across this one, I wasn't expecting much because I have tried so many other kinds, but I was COMPLETELY surprised! I fell in love with this product! It needs to be buffed in, but it gives the most flawless, dewy looking finish. It feels light on the skin which is amazing! (I hate the feeling of thick foundation, it feels like a mask to me) and this the complete opposite! I would recommend this to everyone! I do have a few blemishes from time to time and I just use the 24/7 concealer pencil by urban decay right after I apply foundation and I am good to go! I use the shade 3.0 (It is winter time right now, and I have been self tanning). March 5, 2013best full coverage foundation Ive been trying to find a full coverage foundation thats not too heavy or looks cakey. Finally I have something to be excited about. It hides all my skin imperfection without making my skin look heavy or cakey. It looks natural like i have nothing on and stays put all day. I have oily skin so I have to apply a translucent powder but for those of you who have dry skin you can prob skip that step. I apply this with the UD foundation brush and it gives the perfect air brushed finish. March 11, 2013Love this product I have a hard time finding foundation that matches my skin tone and this one (Shade 3.5) does it flawlessly. I look like I have perfect skin. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't make my skin breakout. Yeah! I use a small amount (I pump it on the back of my hand and use a stippling make up brush to distribute the product). The only issue I have is that it doesn't last all day. I can get about 7 hours out of it. I'm sure that it'll change once I start using the Naked BB Cream. March 12, 2013LOVE This Foundation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 39 years old and have been using foundation since I was about 14 years old. I have extremely fair skin that can tend to get a little red and blotchy looking without foundation. I have tried every foundation from covergirl on up and was never happy. I could never find an exact match for my skin tone and The foundations always looked cakey or made my skin break out. I recieved this foundation for christmas this year, in shade 1, and WOW!!!!!!!!!! Finally, after all these years, I have a foundation that matches my skin tone exactly, and it doesnt look like Im wearing anything at all. It is so light weight that I dont feel like I have anything on my face. I have some redness in my cheeks and it completely tones that down. I also have the occasional break out and it hides those imperfections with ease. Rarely do I need to use extra concealer. Product goes a long way. Doesnt take much to cover full face. It is so light weight that it feels like you're not wearing anything at all. The finish is so natural not matte flat. I have had the worse time with finding the right foundation for my skin. Going back and forth between liquid and powder foundations, some of which caked, others which wore off after like three hours of use. Also the cold weather was making my skin so unbelievably dry. My cousin recommended this foundation and I'm so glad she did! It goes on flawlessly, it lasts, and when I started using the Karma brush it gave me a perfect airbrushed look! I was a tried and true "Sheer Cover" girl for years, and thought it could not be beaten for light, but complete and natural-looking and feeling coverage. WRONG! Just canceled my membership with them because Naked Skin beats it hands down! I bought the 3.0 shade with the Optical Blurring brush-such an excellent investment! 5 DROPS of this makeup swirled and blended all over my face is all it takes to hide my undereye circles, even out my (mild) rosacea, and make my skin look smooth, poreless, flawless, and like I'm not even wearing anything!!! I get compliments on my skin almost every day now, and from complete strangers, too! in case you're wondering, I'm 44, and wrinkle-free flawlessness is a long way in my rearview mirror. :-) Totally in love with this product...would sell it if I could! March 5, 2013This product has great coverage I have been an Urban Decay for 5 years. I love all of their products and I have not tried anything else since I discovered Urban Decay. I love this foundation because it doesn't cake my face and it makes me look flawless. I have recommended this foundation to all my friends and they love it! I always buy 3-4 containers of these at a time because I go through them fast. I love this product and I hope Urban doesn't stop making them like how they stopped making their lipsticks! March 5, 2013Absolutely love this product! This is the first line of urban decay foundation/ powder that isn't translucent that actually has a shade to fit my skin! (I am an N.C 15 in mac) For the longest time i swore off of liquid foundations finding that most of them ending up oxidizing within a short amount of hours, creating the illusion my face was melting! With this foundation you don't get that! (as long as you don't really slather it on for sure). One pump covers your whole face. You don't feel as if your suffocating your face with a heavy foundation mask. I haven't gotten any new breakouts with this this foundation which for me is amazing as i am severely acne prone. It covers redness like a dream. If you have any severe pigmentation issues...major under eye circles or any giant red invaders on your face you will have to go over with the slightest amount more of your U.D naked skin foundation and just pat it on right over,Or use a concealer of your choice. I have found that U.D's pencil concealers work really well! I haven't gotten the brush yet as i didn't want to waste all my money before i knew i actually liked this foundation but after well over a week i plan on going out to get that! It's more lightweight than the foundation I usually use but it does have very good coverage. I went to the Urban Decay station at the mall to get some mattifying powder and ended up buying this. So they makeup counter lady asked me if I ever wear foundation and I said never it looks so cakey and unnatural. Then my grandma persuaded me to try some of the naked skin foundation and it was magic! It felt like NOTHING... literally I'm not joking its lighter than moisturizer. It gave me amazing coverage on my acne scars and also I have extremely oily skin and this didn't make me break out and plus it didn't make my skin oily either. It perfects my skin and makes me look flawless! I strongly suggest using the good karma brush for application. Another issue I had with foundation is that is look so unsanitary but this is not the case in this foundation! It has a pump so no worries about being unsanitary. The only complaint I have is that if you accidentally rub your face at all it comes off but you can't tell it comes off on your face it just get all over whatever you rubbed with. Also if you put 9.0 on your hand to apply it to the brush after it looks like you have a bruise! Other than that this is the perfect first foundation... WOW I was on the hunt for a new foundation, and i was very excited to hear that this was coming out, so i ordered it right away. it has gorgeous coverage, id say medium, but is in no way cakey at all. i have severely oily skin, but the demi matte finish is matte enough i barely have to set it with the powder!! its so good i dont want to use it so i can keep it forever. i like to use it with a matte bronzer, a reddish toned blush, and a highlight, then use my naked 2 palette for the eyes and my naked lip junkie on my lips, and it is the prettiest natural look ive ever sported, and it is a little glammed up. ive felt the most confident wearing this foundation than with any other ive ever tried!! the price isnt too expensive either, its just in that price range where i can pick it up at the mall and still have money left !!! August 7, 2012One of the best foundations.. I collect SO many foundations, they are my favourite product to purchase. I was so excited to try this product out, and I love it. I think that it has the perfect coverage, and it is most definitely buildable. There are SO many options for colour which is so great. It gives off a dewy, natural finish which I personally love and it is great for dry skin. If you have oily/normal skin, you can just set it with a powder and it would still be good. I love this foundation! March 7, 2013Trully Weightless coverage I have tried many foundations, from drugstore to high end, and I have never been as impressed as with this foundation. First of all my skin is pretty normal, no acne, just some freckles, so I'm used to looking natural with all my foundations. the thing is that no matter how I natural my old foundation looks you can still see some uneven skin tone and it feels like you have stuff on your face. Not with NAKED SKIN! First of all, it is the best coverage I have ever experienced in a foundation without looking extremely made up, it doesn't look cakey or like plaster, you only need a small quantity, and my skin looked like porcelain, I looked like a doll, completely even skin tone, it covered my freckles and I just look amazing with it. But my favorite part is how it FEELS. It feels like your face is clean and you didn't apply any make up at all. If I don't look in the mirror I won't remember I have make up on, I literally was going to bed with it on my face until I looked at myself in the bathroom mirrored and remembered I had to wash my face. I absolutely love it, I want to wear makeup and look awesome but I hate that feeling of stuff on my face, so this is the perfect foundation and I'm so glad I bought it.. September 17, 2012lightweight good coverage! love this product, got shade matched and i love how much coverage i get with this foundation. i was using bareminerals and i tried this because sometime i break out more and bareminerals was not giving me the coverage i needed. i love this one more because it doubles as a concealer. it does last me almost all day i work 12 hr shifts and as long as i set this with a powder it stays matte all day for me better than bareminerals matte foundation, im keeping this one. I put on the foundation with my fingers and it doesn't look streaky. Also, it feels like I am not wearing anything which is a gigantic plus. I have oily skin and this doesn't cause any problems. March 9, 2013Great foundation, very pleased I was in the Mojave desert for 5 weeks (I'm from Seattle) and came back WAY darker and needed a new foundation. I had been using Urban Decay Surreal Skin Mineral make-up in Illusion, and it's now way too light. So I got 3.5, and it matched perfectly. The only problem is that it's a little watery, kind of runny. But it covers really well, evens out my skin, (I have lots of redness near my nose) and it looks way better on me than the Surreal Skin foundation did. (: August 5, 2012Love it! I've struggled to find the perfect foundation for a long time. Since first wearing makeup as a teen I've tried may types of liquid foundation and have found that they all look like I'm wearing a mask. I have pretty fair skin type and color match was a problem too. I didn't like the heavy feel of most liquid foundations so about 3-4 yrs ago I switched to a popular mineral based power foundation but was always disappointed that the product wouldn't last an 8hr work day. I love UD's other Naked products and thought I would try this. Needless to say I am in LOVE! This stuff is soo light you get none of that caked on feel. I barely need a full pump of the product to cover my whole face but still get great coverage. I also use the UD makeup setting spray which in combination with this product my foundation lasts ALL day! I did end up buying the brush after watching the online tutorials that UD had about this product. They stated you could use your fingers to apply if you didn't want the brush. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of buying yet another brush but it was totally worth it. I am a so happy UD came out with this foundation. September 25, 2012Makes 30 and flirty....Flawless I never like foundation and always had trouble finding the perfect one until this bottle came out on the market. I am 30 and this is just perfect. Light weight, doesn't sink into any fine lines making me look like my twenty year old self. The best foundation for summer as well, I don't feel like a puddle of thick goo on my face and am fully confident at an outside lunch. Very easy to you and the bottle design is wonderful. I can pump out exactly how much I need and am not worried about it spilling all over my counter or in my purse. I think we all know that dilemma! This is a must tell product to all of your girlfriends! No need to be stingy.Also and this is huge to me....I buy UD not only cause I love everything they make but they are cruelty free. And that to me means the world to buy from a company of such high integrity. March 5, 2013My favorite foundation I'm not really a "foundation" kinda girl...I really like my tinted moisturizers. However, I wanted to try this for days when I feel like doing a little more with my makeup. I got this in 2.0 which is a great match for my fair skin with slight yellow undertones. It gives me good coverage and does not make my skin feel oily as the day goes on. It's really lightweight and doesn't have a strange make-upy smell so I really don't even notice it while I'm wearing it. March 6, 2013Amazing foundation, horrible pump! I absolutely LOVE this liquid foundation! They have my perfect shade which is 9.0, and looks natural and beautiful. I have bought it now 3 times but every time at around the second month of having it, the pump breaks and leaks non stop! I think it might be because of having to shake before every use but it shouldn't just start randomly leaking. And the great thing about this is that I bought mine 2 weeks ago and it's barely been used. It will definitely last you a long time. I got a sample and ordered the full size immediately, I just love how light it feels on the skin, how easy it is to blend, and the flawless finish it gives to my skin. I bought the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Foundation in December and have used it every day since! I was looking for a light weight, every day foundation; that wouldn't break me out but, still give me a nice daily coverage without that pasty look. March 10, 2013Excellent medium-coverage foundation. This foundation was exactly what I didn't realize I was looking for. I made an appointment at an Ulta during one of UD's promotional events, and asked her to try this on me, since I've been searching for a foundation to really fall in love with for years. I was immediately hooked. This foundation honestly wears like a second skin. It matches me perfectly, and you can't even tell it's on once it's blended in. It goes on flawlessly. The application can be a little tricky at first, as you really have to make sure you buff this in thoroughly or it just kind of sits on top of your skin and looks terrible. Once you get the hang of it, though, it really doesn't take all that much time to apply. No longer than any other liquid foundation I've tried. I would highly recommend this if you need something light-medium coverage. I find it goes on very light, but it is definitely buildable to at least medium coverage, which is perfect for me, as I don't need too much coverage out of my foundations. For reference, I am a 1.0 in Naked Skin with combination skin (oily on my nose, slightly oily on my forehead, normal everywhere else). WOW I was on the hunt for a new foundation, and i was very excited to hear that this was coming out, so i ordered it right away. it has gorgeous coverage, id say medium, but is in no way cakey at all. i have severely oily skin, but the demi matte finish is matte enough i barely have to set it with the powder!! its so good i dont want to use it so i can keep it forever. i like to use it with a matte bronzer, a reddish toned blush, and a highlight, then use my naked 2 palette for the eyes and my naked lip junkie on my lips, and it is the prettiest natural look ive ever sported, and it is a little glammed up. ive felt the most confident wearing this foundation than with any other ive ever tried!! the price isnt too expensive either, its just in that price range where i can pick it up at the mall and still have money left !!! I think that it has the perfect coverage, and it is most definitely buildable. There are SO many options for colour which is so great. It gives off a dewy, natural finish which I personally love and it is great for dry skin. If you have oily/normal skin, you can just set it with a powder and it would still be good. I love this foundation! March 7, 2013Trully Weightless coverage I have tried many foundations, from drugstore to high end, and I have never been as impressed as with this foundation. First of all my skin is pretty normal, no acne, just some freckles, so I'm used to looking natural with all my foundations. the thing is that no matter how I natural my old foundation looks you can still see some uneven skin tone and it feels like you have stuff on your face. Not with NAKED SKIN! First of all, it is the best coverage I have ever experienced in a foundation without looking extremely made up, it doesn't look cakey or like plaster, you only need a small quantity, and my skin looked like porcelain, I looked like a doll, completely even skin tone, it covered my freckles and I just look amazing with it. But my favorite part is how it FEELS. It feels like your face is clean and you didn't apply any make up at all. If I don't look in the mirror I won't remember I have make up on, I literally was going to bed with it on my face until I looked at myself in the bathroom mirrored and remembered I had to wash my face. I absolutely love it, I want to wear makeup and look awesome but I hate that feeling of stuff on my face, so this is the perfect foundation and I'm so glad I bought it.. September 17, 2012lightweight good coverage! love this product, got shade matched and i love how much coverage i get with this foundation. i was using bareminerals and i tried this because sometime i break out more and bareminerals was not giving me the coverage i needed. i love this one more because it doubles as a concealer. it does last me almost all day i work 12 hr shifts and as long as i set this with a powder it stays matte all day for me better than bareminerals matte foundation, im keeping this one. March 5, 2013Awesome! So, I am very new to makeup and this is my first high quality foundation, but I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. I put on the foundation with my fingers and it doesn't look streaky. Also, it feels like I am not wearing anything which is a gigantic plus. I have oily skin and this doesn't cause any problems. The foundation covers everything I want it to and I haven't encountered any problems since buying it a month ago. Overall I am very pleased. March 9, 2013Great foundation, very pleased I was in the Mojave desert for 5 weeks (I'm from Seattle) and came back WAY darker and needed a new foundation. I had been using Urban Decay Surreal Skin Mineral make-up in Illusion, and it's now way too light. So I got 3.5, and it matched perfectly. The only problem is that it's a little watery, kind of runny. But it covers really well, evens out my skin, (I have lots of redness near my nose) and it looks way better on me than the Surreal Skin foundation did. (: August 5, 2012Love it! I've struggled to find the perfect foundation for a long time. Since first wearing makeup as a teen I've tried may types of liquid foundation and have found that they all look like I'm wearing a mask. I have pretty fair skin type and color match was a problem too. I didn't like the heavy feel of most liquid foundations so about 3-4 yrs ago I switched to a popular mineral based power foundation but was always disappointed that the product wouldn't last an 8hr work day. I love UD's other Naked products and thought I would try this. Needless to say I am in LOVE! This stuff is soo light you get none of that caked on feel. I barely need a full pump of the product to cover my whole face but still get great coverage. I also use the UD makeup setting spray which in combination with this product my foundation lasts ALL day! I did end up buying the brush after watching the online tutorials that UD had about this product. They stated you could use your fingers to apply if you didn't want the brush. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of buying yet another brush but it was totally worth it. I am a so happy UD came out with this foundation. September 25, 2012Makes 30 and flirty....Flawless I never like foundation and always had trouble finding the perfect one until this bottle came out on the market. I am 30 and this is just perfect. Light weight, doesn't sink into any fine lines making me look like my twenty year old self. The best foundation for summer as well, I don't feel like a puddle of thick goo on my face and am fully confident at an outside lunch. Very easy to you and the bottle design is wonderful. I can pump out exactly how much I need and am not worried about it spilling all over my counter or in my purse. I think we all know that dilemma! This is a must tell product to all of your girlfriends! No need to be stingy.Also and this is huge to me....I buy UD not only cause I love everything they make but they are cruelty free. And that to me means the world to buy from a company of such high integrity. March 5, 2013My favorite foundation I'm not really a "foundation" kinda girl...I really like my tinted moisturizers. However, I wanted to try this for days when I feel like doing a little more with my makeup. I got this in 2.0 which is a great match for my fair skin with slight yellow undertones. It gives me good coverage and does not make my skin feel oily as the day goes on. It's really lightweight and doesn't have a strange make-upy smell so I really don't even notice it while I'm wearing it. March 6, 2013Amazing foundation, horrible pump! I absolutely LOVE this liquid foundation! They have my perfect shade which is 9.0, and looks natural and beautiful. I have bought it now 3 times but every time at around the second month of having it, the pump breaks and leaks non stop! I think it might be because of having to shake before every use but it shouldn't just start randomly leaking. I'm annoyed with it and I think it's time they update and rethink the pump, or time I find a different foundation =( January 1, 2013Amazing Been using this for a couple weeks and this has to be my favorite foundation ever! It's a great, airy-feeling foundation that gives you the coverage you need without being oily and causing acne. If you're thinking about changing your makeup, then please give this one a try! And the great thing about this is that I bought mine 2 weeks ago and it's barely been used. It will definitely last you a long time. August 7, 2012Lightweight with great coverage This was love at first sight for me! I got a sample and ordered the full size immediately, I just love how light it feels on the skin, how easy it is to blend, and the flawless finish it gives to my skin. My biggest pet peeve with foundations is seeing it sit on top of the skin, and that doesn't happen with this. Packaging is great with the pump and it looks very sleek. I have pretty much neglected all my other foundations after getting this. I'm loving it! March 5, 2013Great for every day use! I am in absolute love with this foundation!! I bought the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Foundation in December and have used it every day since! I was looking for a light weight, every day foundation; that wouldn't break me out but, still give me a nice daily coverage without that pasty look. I found just that and have a made a new best friend! I highly recommend this liquid foundation, like I said, good for a day look. Not good for pro, HD, high coverage. March 10, 2013Excellent medium-coverage foundation. This foundation was exactly what I didn't realize I was looking for. I made an appointment at an Ulta during one of UD's promotional events, and asked her to try this on me, since I've been searching for a foundation to really fall in love with for years. I was immediately hooked. This foundation honestly wears like a second skin. It matches me perfectly, and you can't even tell it's on once it's blended in. It goes on flawlessly. The application can be a little tricky at first, as you really have to make sure you buff this in thoroughly or it just kind of sits on top of your skin and looks terrible. Once you get the hang of it, though, it really doesn't take all that much time to apply. No longer than any other liquid foundation I've tried. I would highly recommend this if you need something light-medium coverage. I find it goes on very light, but it is definitely buildable to at least medium coverage, which is perfect for me, as I don't need too much coverage out of my foundations. For reference, I am a 1.0 in Naked Skin with combination skin (oily on my nose, slightly oily on my forehead, normal everywhere else). I do have to powder my nose and forehead lightly to do some oil control, but paired with De-Slick spray, it stays put through a 12-hour workday.
