It has the feel of a stain, with the color saturation of a lipstick, and the shine of a gloss! It does require some prep, though. Exfoliation is a must! I haven't used a primer, so it doesn't stay as long as I think it could for me. However, the color saturation and feel totally make up for it! It is really opaque and easy to apply, and I love to wear it with a strong brow and neutral eye. Since coral, red-orange lips are in for the spring, I will continue to make use of this.
