Nothing fancy, but helpful! The product is simple enough, pop shadows in to create organization and storage. Of the four build your own palettes released, this is probably my second favorite art concept so far. Rock is also a nice neutral, darker than Melt, Breathless is more purple, and all three have shimmer, but the shadow is a bit soft for my personal taste. I've noticed a bit of fall out just from daily moving of the shadow, which leads to a messy palette, which I don't really love. It's not a huge issue, and it didn't stop me from purchasing the others. Melt actually lives in my 6 pan build your own palette, as that is my neutral case. The Melt palette holds my purples(Ecstasy, Purple Haze, Asphyxia, and Last Call), Rock my blues and greens(Haight, Chronic, Aquarious, and S&M), Breathless my golds(El Dorado, Maui Wowie, Free Love, and Blaze), and Walk of Shame is holding Rock, Melt, Walk of Shame, Breathless, Vapor, and Polyester Bride. My only complaint is that it's the same price as the 6 pan, which included a brush. Not a major issue, as it's still the same price as a single shadow without the big case and it's certainly worth the price. The case is sturdy and nice, something you can easily travel right. Overall, if you have a collection of shadows to organize, this is worth the investment! December 9, 2012
LOVE Rock! I bought this palette because Rock appealed to me the most out of all the colors that come with the BYOPs. I also purchased S&M and Mushroom to put in the palette. Those two colors, along with Sin, create just the perfect fun "neutral" palette for me. Rock is a beautiful micro-glittery shade, and I didn't have any fallout issues when I applied over a sticky primer potion. Here are a few of my fave combos: Rock on the lid with S&M in the crease (the grey in S&M really brings out the glitter in Rock and looks fantastic!) Sin on lid, Mushroom in crease, Rock in middle Sin on lid with Rock on the outer V As many have said before, the palette is bigger compared to Z-palettes and what you could fit into those, but I like the sturdiness of this. The eyeshadows pop in and out easily, and the mirror is nice and large. April 26, 2013
love the sparkle! I am so happy I purchased this byop. I love love love the eyeshadow included. I know some ppl complained about the fall out but I had no problem with mine. I really liked that it had the sparkle to it, but that the glitter was very fine. I actually wish more of UD shadows had this type of glitter instead of the chunkier glitter.It's a great nuetral color too, so far my favorite of all the byop shades. March 28, 2013
Not My Fovortie Build Your Own I chose this palette over the Melt one because I didn't have a color like Rock already. Had I known the color was glittery, I would have chosen differently. Too much fallout! The case itself is well built. It's a shame there isn't room for a brush. The six-pan palette is a better deal overall March 11, 2013
SO Cute! I love the smaller size of this Pallet. Its great to keep with you in your purse. I love the color it came with. Its a very light and neutral color with light flecks of shimmery glitter. Its a soft color and blends well with your other favorite colors or looks great worn by it self as well ! March 6, 2013

Loving Rock! I love my original 6-pan BYOP so I wanted to pick up the new one. Rock is such a beautiful neutral. I think it would look great on any skin tone, and I think the micro sparkles stay put very well. The sparkle is much finer than some of UD's other shadows that I know a lot of people aren't crazy about. Now I just need to pick out some new shadows to fill the empty slots! October 5, 2012
Perfect After purchasing this product, I had to fight not to go back the next day and get another for my remaining shadows! The tin is beautiful and the included shadow was a perfect match for the shades I chose. The only problem I had, which can go either way, is how hard the eye shadow pans are to remove without damaging the eyeshadows. March 5, 2013
