Naked Basics is more than just the long-awaited, multipurpose MATTE companion to Naked. It's the palette EVERY woman needs in her beauty arsenal. With six stripped-down, Nakedly neutral shadows, it has everything you need for the perfect neutral matte eye—including four totally new and exclusive shades.

Use these shadows to contour, line and highlight to create the right amount of definition for any occasion. Or for the days when you're craving more color, pair them with your fiercest, boldest shadows. Richer than other mattes, the color goes on with a smooth, luxe finish (never chalky or powdery). While this palette is small, we loaded it with full-size shadow pans, just like our other Naked palettes. worth every penny!!! Seeing that this is my first naked palette, I am so pleased. When this came out I thought what a great idea, im always looking for a good set of mattes to work into my looks, wether its a neutral look or a sexy dark look. The light colors are great for a brow highlight, the naked 2 shade is a great transition color to make any other colors I add blend out effortlessly, the dark brown and black are staples on any look to darken and add definition. Wether your a makeup collector and makeup artist or a beginner at makeup, than this is something to invest in. Especially at 27$, your basically paying for only one and a half eyeshadows since all are full size and a full size runs at 18$. The size makes it easy to throw it in my makeup bag and at any time when I'm doing my makeup add these basics to my look. If your debating on getting this because you don't know if you need it, just get it! Wether you don't have or do have the other naked palettes get it! It will compliment them tremendously. I don't have them but after getting this I may just invest in those also. I honestly can't rave about this palette anymore. there is no other way to describe this, than its amazing!!! March 5, 2013
