Most of the time, all I have the chance to do is overall complexion make up, eyebrows, mascara and lip balm. Seeing as though I have a job with a seemingly "conservative" look, this is a wonderful product to pop in my make up bag. You always see in magazines how to transform looks from day to night with what seems like more than just a few steps.. so I find this the easiest and most effective. You could always darken your eyes or do a bit more drama, but that requires messy shadows. You could always pop on a bold lip, but a lot of women don't own retractable lip brushes for seamless application of a lip product(Plus going to grab drinks with the girls is a bit high maintenance for those pesky lips). But with Urban Decay's glitter liner, you can just apply it at the top and/or bottom lashes for a festive and colorful spice to any look or event! I don't think I could go a day without some sort of glitter liner from UD in my purse! **TIP** If it dries out from having it for a long time, pop a few eye drops into the tube and it will instantly come back to life!
