I felt it dispersed the glitter in a pretty spotty fashion. I'm sure multiple applications would fix this problem, but after feeling disappointed I just wanted to find a UD product I liked better. I gave my unused one to a friend who squealed with delight and now adores it. I guess it's a matter of how much glitter you're expecting. If you're looking for impact like I was, I'd use it over a 24/7 liner for sure. I'm basing this on Distorted and Baked, both of which I've owned/used for awhile. I like the brush for this liner. It glides smoothly over my lashline, and if I change the angle/pressure a bit, it's easy to make a thicker liner of glitter. They're buildable- not a lot of glitter at first, but that makes it easy to go for as little/much glitter as you like. For those every-once-in-a-while wild looks, UD Heavy Metal glitter eyeliners are amazing. The wand provided with the liner make precision application a cinch, helping to avoid clumping. I love to wear these to rock concerts and parties - I always get compliments! July 30, 2011Spandex I absolutely love this! The second I saw it, I had to go out and buy it. At $18 I was a little hesitant, but it was well worth it. The glitter in Spandex is fantastic! When it catches the light, you can see all the different colors and it changes in different light. The one almost negative is that the base is supposed to be black but it is actually pretty transparent, so to remedy that I just layer it over black eyeliner. Seriously awesome. I love it! February 24, 2012Great Product I have used alot of glitter eyeliners and they are completely messy, alot of fallout, glitter would be all over my face, i hatted it. Urban Decay glitter eyeliners are perfect, smooth line, great applicator, the glitter stays put, no fallout, amazing colors, very true to color. I love this product. Who doesnt love a little sparkle? i love these, though a purple and coppery bronze would be awesome (thats why i said color selection is good not great). The "pigment" is good, it's not eye shadow so no pigment really but the colors are great and are exactly what they look like through the tube. I've tried the gold and the silver. The tips/brush/applicators are great and thin and let you apply right on top of an eyeliner line without smudging the previous one. Pigment is marked as good only because ive had some minor issues getting the gold one to really leave a lot of gold, it requires more "picking up" in the tube back and forth, but my silver and my sisters green were both great so it may just be the gold or just mine. and quality is only good because it does take a minute to dry if you dont want it under ur brow bone you open ur eyes :) February 26, 2013One of the best available on this site! This is one of my favorite things that Urban Decay offers, so far my favorite shade is Stagedive, but the other ones that I've tried work wonderful too. However, urban decay's glitter liner is AMAZING! It doesn't make a mess; it doesn't get in my eyes; and it comes off super easy with regular eye makeup remover. It only lasts a minute or two, but I have NEVER had a product make my eyes sting. I also think that Sephora has a pretty good dupe of this, with similar colors. Their formula did not burn my lids like this one did and it's 10 bucks cheaper. June 14, 2013Great glitter without the fall-out I love these Heavy Metal liners! They are the first glittery product I've bought that don't leave a ton of fall-out all over my face. The liners stay put all day and don't get into my eyes, which is a huge plus for me, since I wear contacts and have allergies. I currently have Spandex, Mullet, and Midnight Cowboy (which I love during the holiday season, since it can go gold or silver). Fantastic!
