Better Than Anything I've Ever Tried!
For me, mascara is one of those "must-haves" for me. I have light brown lashes that are very sparse, medium in length and mostly stick-straight. I've been a fan of UD for many years now, but for some reason never tried any of their mascaras, choosing to stick either to drug store brands or more "well established" brands like Dior, which never left my eyelashes looking like I wanted them to! But today, something happened. I bought the new Book of Shadows IV, and decided to try out the mascara. I wasn't too thrilled with the brush, as the curved brushes never seem to ACTUALLY curl the lashes... and the plasticy bristles tend to leave clumps on my eyelashes, but this mascara has proven all of my prejudices WRONG!
My lashes have the most amazing curl. They actually curl up and touch my upper lids... and they're so beautifully defined, look fluffy and full, and even stayed put when I got a little teary-eyed trying to get a picture of my lashes to show my friends the results (yes, I love this product so much already that I'm telling ALL of my friends, including make-up artists, about this).
For all its awesome staying power, it does come off really well with some gentle eye makeup remover! I would (and already AM) recommending this product to anyone and everyone I know!
This mascara is great with a single coat for a natural look, but the formula is so smooth, you can layer it on for some serious drama. I think I continuously applied coats for a minute each eye just to see how long it would take to start getting super clumpy lashes... Never once did I get a huge glob of mascara, and it even defined my stubby lower lashes and made them look long! I think the beeswax is what makes the formula so nice :)

Overall Excellent Mascara
I had been using Lancome's curling formula mascara before giving this a try. Supercurl is definitely as good, if not better, and it's $5 cheaper.
THE GOOD:
-Excellent curl, length, and definition
-Good lash thickness with 2 coats
-Deep black pigment
-Zero smudging
-Very little flaking (just a few tiny flakes after 6 hours of wear)
-Smaller brush allows more precise application (Lancome's thick brush tends to get mascara on my skin.)
THE BAD:
-Curl falls quite a bit a few hours after application. This is also somewhat true of the Lancome formula, but the Lancome seems to hold the curl a bit better over time.
Also, keep in mind I do not use an eyelash curler. If you do, it might help the curl hold up longer.

Easy to please? Maybe but I love this mascara!
I have tried almost every drugstore brand there is, and have yet to find that perfect one! I got this as a sample in the Book of Shadows 4 and I have to say, so far I am impressed!!
The color is very dark and I love it!
It doesn't curl much but i'm sure with the help of a eyelash curler, it would be perfect. I have very small, light and straight lashes. This gave them great length and with 3 or 4 swipes, it didn't clump. The brush is stiff, which is a plus to keep clumps away. Not to mention my lashes are still soft after applying and not dry, at all!

Overall wonderful product
FINALLY, an Urban Decay mascara I can get behind! I've tried Big Fatty and wasn't impressed and both Skyscraper formulas/brushes and didn't like them. This is a totally different product. The packaging is elegant and beautiful. The formula removes very easily but never flakes. The brush is very easy to use, and helps apply the product evenly(!) and quickly.
With this mascara it takes no time to get curled, lengthened lashes. I normally use an eyelash curler and with this I don't really need to. Although the curl isn't as perfect as you'd get carefully using an eyelash curler, the curl is very noticeable and the formula holds the curl all day. Very high quality product, I'm very impressed. I will definitely buy this product again.

Good quality mascara, but did not curl my lashes at all
I have very straight eyelashes - i always curl them with a curler and use waterproof mascara because it holds the curl (most regular mascaras straighten my lashes back out). This got good reviews so I decided to give it a try, but I was disappointed that it straightened my lashes just like all other regular mascaras. However, I love how dark the pigmentation is, and it gives a little more volume and length without being clumpy. It just really defines your lashes and makes them stand out. It's also really long lasting and didn't smudge or flake at all (even after sleeping in it?) I'm going to try layering it over my waterproof mascara.

My HG mascara!
After trying many mascaras that didnt work for me, I finally found my Holy Grail mascara. The problem is that I have stubborn straight lashes that would lose its curl after using an eyelash curler and applying mascara. I love that the Supercurl mascara does everything I would want a mascara to do. It gives volume, length and it holds a curl perfectly. It doesnt irritate my sensitive eyes and I dont get raccoon eyes at the end of the day. Although, it is a bit pricey, its definitely worth the money.

Great - depending on what you're looking for
There are pros and cons to this mascara. The con is that the brush bristles are so short and cause a couple lashes at a time to clump together. I can see where this is a desirable look for some but it's not for me. As for a pro - it's great for a second coat mascara. I put on a first coat of a mascara that separates my lashes and then I use this mascara - this mascara is significantly darker then my normal mascara and volumizes a bit. I use the curved back part of the brush so it doesn't clump lashes together but I still get the great effect of the super dark mascara. I am going to try a different UD mascara - that has a brush more conducive to keeping lashes separate in hopes it is as darkly pigmented as this one.

Wish it was Waterproof
I loved this mascara at first! My lashes looked amazing and it was so simple and all it took was one sweep, BAM. It looked like I was wearing falsies! However, this formula isn't waterproof and I really wish it was! I live in texas and from all the sweat or me tearing up during allergy season, this stuff runs and smears so easily like no other. I tried putting a primer on (not Urban Decay) and it still ran, I still have this mascara and use it for dinner nights out. When I wont be sweating or anything and the evening is cool. I really want a waterproof version though! I would be in heaven!
