HOW TO USE:
24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil
- Use the eye pencil to draw precise lines or smudge the pencil for a more smokey eye makeup look.
- Use as a shadow by blending out our creamy formula all over the lid.
- Use an eyeshadow primer and colored eyeliners as a base to layer with eyeshadow for added depth and dimension in your makeup looks.
- Keep your eyeliner sharp with an eyeliner pencil sharpener, use the Grindhouse Double Barrel Sharpener.
- After completing your makeup look, shake the bottle well.
- Hold the bottle 8 to 10 inches away from your face.
- Spray in an "X" and "T" formation 2 to 4 times.
- Wet your eyeshadow brush with All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray before you apply.
- Mix with your favorite foundation.
- Gently pat the primer onto your entire eyelid, from lash line to brow bone, using our doe-foot applicator.
- Using your fingertip or a blending brush, evenly distribute the primer all over the lid to make sure there are no creases of uneven spots.
