Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems Effective, But Odd Texture I was surprised to read on the packaging that this is oil-free; it has a very odd texture that somewhat feels oily but not in a way I've ever experienced. I can't really describe it, but one thing I will say is it's not drying like other makeup removers can be. If I had oily skin I would be a little leery of breakouts. Unlike my review of the previous version of Meltdown (in the tube) I think this one does a pretty good job of removing eye makeup, but it's actually a little less effective at removing lipstick. It all comes off, I just measure this by how many cotton rounds I have to use to do it and it took me three to completely remove everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TRULY the best and gentlest makeup remover for heavy duty jobs I was using a brand of makeup remover which was "an oil free make up remover" and it worked fine, I just felt like I used an awful lot when I was taking off waterproof mascara and heavier makeup; and I also felt like my skin paid the price. I have VERY sensitive skin, so when I got a sample of this, I tried it without expecting too much. I LOVE it. It really does melt off the makeup. I used it to take off my 4 year old's Halloween makeup and it was just as delicate on her precious skin. I wouldn't want to use anything else. THANKS UD for another great product. Not sure what the complaints are about the texture, it is very emollient; so it seems oily but it clearly is not oil. It feels and smells great and leaves no makeup on me. Well worth the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE GODDESS OF ALL MAKEUP REMOVERS OH. MY. GOODNESS. This makeup remover is by far my favorite. It took off the UD all-nighter FULL coverage foundation with just ONE swipe. I am amazed. And then the eye makeup, I was nervous at first because my eyes are quite sensitive. This is the most gentle makeup remover I've ever used, just a few swipes and my eyeshadow, eyeliner (UD perversion waterproof eyeliner at that!) and 3 different kinds of mascara, were GONE without any irritation or burning eyeballs. Seriously, if you haven't ordered this already, you're missing out. I have very sensitive skin as well and this actually soothed my skin. After researching the ingredients (all 3 of them), I found that it has Caprylyl methicone (a clear silicone liquid that helps to carry and disperse the product), Cyclopentasiloxane (another silicone that also provides fluidity and smooths over fine lines and wrinkles), and lastly, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E, which conditions the skin and provides natural antioxidants). All of these ingredients have a very low chance to cause irritation, and so I decided to try it and I've found my new favorite. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is hands down THE best makeup remover I've ever used When I'm putting makeup on, I am not thinking of how tough it will be to get it off. I always buy cruelty free, and have been looking for a better product or a less expensive product than what I currently use (MaryKay Oil Free Makeup remover) and have used for 7 years. I never thought that I would find something like this product. It says 'no rubbing' and I thought well duh, of course you don't want to rub your eyes and when I did a side by side comparison of UD's product with my MaryKay (I don't sell it, I have just been a long time customer) I found that I was RUBBING so terribly, and pulling using the MaryKay. But the UD I used less than half the product and I only needed ONE cotton makeup remover to get my eye makeup off. Using this on my eyes AND brows and using only ONE cotton remover was shocking. I used 3 per eye with the other brand. I also felt that this product was MUCH gentler on my skin. I felt moisturized and not dried out after using it. I still washed my face after, but the makeup removal process was faster and easier and I didn't leave a bunch of makeup behind for my washcloth or cleansing brush to deal with. WELL worth the money in my opinion. OH and did I mention I am also allergic to 99.9% of all beauty products and my skin LOVES this stuff!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MAGIC should be listed in ingredients!! This is jawdropping-ly shocking. I was not expecting this to work like it does. I usually have to scrub with cleanser, micellar water, toner...this took a couple of sprays and everything just wipes right off. No rubbing and pulling. At first I thought the pump wasn't even working because it didn't feel like anything came out, but then I touched my face and there was product on it and it was dissolving my makeup. It has a texture that is really hard to describe. It feels kind of like dry oil. I have used so many makeup removers and they all require a lot of scrubbing to remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner. This just took it right off. I got a little sample bottle from Sephora, but I will be getting a full size ASAP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Is so oily, but still perfect I don't know why they say in the description that this is oil free or whatever. It's totally oily when you put it on. But it takes off EVERYTHING (even mascara!) with NO scrubbing and my face feels soft and fresh afterwards. And I tend to be oily so if it doesn't give me the grease slick it's fine. I spritz it right on my face, rub it about with my fingers (makes me look like the Joker lol!), then wash normally. No redness! No stinging! And NO leftover makeup!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Removes Everything One spray removed eyeshadow and eyeliner from both eyes with just one wipe. Very gentle and easy to use!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a fan... The description for the product says oil-free but it is a greasy product for some reason, at least it was on my face. This product did not cleanse my face as suspected. I found it hard to remove. After removal I used my glycolic acid pads and my face was still dirty. The delivery of this product, however, is great. A spray bottle is ingenius but the product needs a bit of work.
