With the urbandecay.com 'Love It or Leave It Guarantee', you can return an item for FREE if you're not completely satisfied. Please note that proof of purchase is required, and this guarantee is only applicable to Urban Decay products purchased on urbandecay.com. Purchase of Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. At present, urbandecay.com only ships within the United States.
Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

Under 45 Days
You have up to 45 days (from the shipment date) to return merchandise with which you are not satisfied. Purchase of Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.
Over 45 Days
Item(s) received within 46-90 days of shipment date will receive a refund in the form of Urban Decay store credit, which can be used any time at www.urbandecay.com.
Items received more than 90 days after the shipment date may not be returned.
Please provide as much information about the original order as possible (such as order number, customer name, or email address). Your refund will be in the form of Urban Decay store credit that can be used any time at www.urbandecay.com.
Gift returns only apply to purchases made on www.urbandecay.com, all other purchases must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance to their return policies.
Without identifying order information, we will issue a credit in the form of Urban Decay store credit for the item's lowest selling price.
Gift With Purchase Returns
Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used on urbandecay.com. Urban Decay store credit will be issued on a return not accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
Exchanges can be made for product of equal or lesser value. Urban Decay store credit will be issued for the difference in price and tax for exchanges of lesser value.
For exchanges of greater value, a refund will be provided for the original items. Customers are responsible for placing another order for the exchange items of greater value.
Returning Defective/Wrong Items
Please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us, using the free returns process. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly send you a replacement.
To return merchandise to UrbanDecay.com, please follow these easy steps:
1. Locate your order number on your shipment invoice or email confirmation.
2. Fill out form with items that you are returning.
3. Print your return label and repackage your product.
4. Take package to any UPS store location or arrange a package pick up.*
* Package pick up may carry additional charges, Urban Decay is not responsible for additional costs.

Download a copy of the return form and list the items you are returning and your order number.
When we receive your merchandise, we'll refund the full purchase price in the original form of payment unless you specify that you'd like to do an exchange. If you request a refund, please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return before receiving a credit. We cannot refund the shipping unless the return is the result of our error. We will notify you by email once your return has been fully processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately 5-7 business days to reflect this transaction.

INSURING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that we received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee. For larger returns or ease of mind, you may want to consider insuring your package. Just take your package to a US Post Office and a representative can add these options for you. If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information and requires a signature.
ITEMS PURCHASED AT RETAIL
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a retail location. At Urban Decay we respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Urban Decay. Due to this, all items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance to their return policies.
