Product description

Makeup artists and beauty junkies, listen up. Whether you’re struggling to keep your UD shadows organized from one job to the next (or just tired of tearing apart your bathroom trying to find the perfect shade of purple), your prayers have finally been answered. With our Stackable Pro Artistry Palette, you can pop any 10 full-size UD shadows (yes, even our Moondust shades) out of their cases and into this fully customizable palette.

Can’t get by with just one palette? We’ve got you covered. Stack up as many of these magnetic cases as you need and load them into your kit or suitcase. We made the lid and the bottom of the palettes clear, so it’s easy to spot and identify the right shade (and shade name label!) quickly on set or on your vanity. When it’s time to work your magic, just slide the lid underneath the base and out of the way.

Wende can’t travel with fewer than 10 shadows. (She feels weird if her makeup options are more limited than that!) And as much as our fans loved our customizable palettes, they kept crying, “Make the palettes bigger!” Rather than just bumping up the size of our Build Your Own Palette, we went all out. We designed our Stackable Pro Artistry Palette after watching the makeup artists at our shoots unpack and lay out all of their shadows. We wanted to support the pros with an easy-to-transport way to see all of their UD shades that they could pack and unpack quickly.

You might expect a palette this functional to look basic, but our Stackable Pro Artistry Palette is anything but. The perfect marriage of form and function, the long, lean case features a UD icon and radiating artwork. The lids and stacking features function magnetically, so it’s all super-sleek. When you use your palettes, the lids stash underneath with a simple they’re out of the way, but never lost!

With ten empty slots awaiting your vision, our Stackable Pro Artistry Palette puts you in charge. No matter which shades you put inside, our proprietary Pigment Infusion System™ delivers rich, velvety, blendable color that lasts.

Urban Decay is 100% cruelty-free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to View Eye Shadows This stackable palette makes it easy to view your UD colors. The top is clear and so is the bottom. The foam spacer holds everything nicely. It is a little tricky to slide the top under the palette, so I usually just leave it to the side while I'm using my eyeshadows. I already have to four-part palette which is great for travel when I don't want to carry too much. The 10-part palette makes it easy for you to keep coordinating colors together. My dilemma is what to do with the individual plastic cases the colors come in. I don't want to get rid of them in case I want to take just one or two colors out, but now I have a stack of cases to store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great palette I purchased two of these palettes, and I think this palette is great for those of us who have a lot of the single Urban Decay eyeshadows as it holds ten shadows unlike the other palettes they sell which only hold four. I like that the top is clear that way I can see what eyeshadows are in which palette without having to open the palette. I know some people do not like the foam that holds the shadows in place, but the foam is very secure. The one thing I do not like about this palette is the lid. I would of preferred a palette with a hinged lid as I feel that is more secure and less of a hassle than the magnetic lid which you have to remove all the way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs Development I like the idea of this product. I like being able to store all of my loose eyeshadows in one place. This is convenient and useful. I do not like that it is made of plastic and foam. I wish the insert part was made of a sturdier material than foam. Plus, I have some eyeshadow residue that gets stuck on the foam and is not easy to clean off. I also wish that the lid was connected by something sturdier than four tiny magnets. I get anxious when traveling with this palette because I am just waiting for the lid to come off and my shadows to be destroyed. I think this is a great product to keep at home, but not for travel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from If you need storage for your singles.... Honestly I'm torn.... I bought the metal 4pc build your own pallet about 6 months ago. That left me with 2 extras. So I was super excited to see this. However, I thought $22 was a good price. This is plastic and foam?! But the biggest disappointment is the lid. The lid is not hinged, so it falls off and you have to find a place to put it while using. I guess they did it because it's stackable and magnetic---- but you still want a lid for the top one?! I do like how slim it is and it fits 10. I also like you can easily see the names on the bottom unlike the metal one. But they really need to do something with the lid!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great palette I like that this palette has a clear lid which allows you to see the shadows without opening the palette. I know some people do not like the foam which holds the shadows in place but it is very secure. I like that this palette holds 20 shadows unlike the four pan palettes UD sells especially since I have over 50 single shadows from UD and I can now store and organize them using just 3 of these palettes. The one thing that I don't like about this palette is the magnetic lid I would of preferred a hinged lid as I think it is less of a hassle and would make the palette easier to use. If they would fix the lid I think this palette would be perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lid needs work I love that I can fit 10 colors in this. I still need another for all of my singles but this holds the ones I use most. I was very happy that I can see the name of the color from the bottom and am cool with the foam insert that hold the colors. My only issue is the lid. I like that it can slilde under and out of the way and the magnetic part is great in theory but it doesn't hold the lid on at all. I cannot travel with this pallette. Luckily, I have one of the Oz 6 pan metal palletes that is perfect for travel. I wish this had some kind of snap latch that could fold up to secure the lid on each side or fold down when stacking. For now I'm using a tight rubber band on each side....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basically A Great Idea So I agree with the other reviews; in that, the holder for 10 shadows is a great idea and it's great that you can see the names of the shades, but the lid is problematic. However, I think I may have a solution. Last night, I put one of my 4 1/2 year old daughter's ponytail holders around it, figuring I'd have to do that 4ever to keep the lid closed - and this morning, voila! the lid stays on. I think the ponytail holder keeping it closed for hours fixed the foam portion and forced it down, making the lid fit now. So now the lid stays on even when turned upside down because the magnets keep it closed. I don't want to excuse the design flaw, but heck, it works now - so all is great. Because the flaw is temporary, I give this item a 4!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I expected so much more from this item I'm so disappointed. 1. This item is not good for traveling. 2. The lid falls right off. 3. Where you put the shadows is foam when these shadows are not cheap. The foam can wear down with time. I need something that will last. Overall it's a let down. I would really love it if they made pans that could hold more eyeshadows, but made with a better case. I damaged one of my eyeshadows trying this out... Maybe someone else might find it useful, but it's not for me.
