Product description

Our long-lasting, waterproof cream liner features triple black pigments—for the purest, deepest, most intense black color imaginable. An all-in-one weapon for super-precise or smudged, smoky lines, our long-lasting, waterproof cream liner features triple black pigments—for the purest, deepest, most intense black color imaginable.

Super-Saturated Ultra Intense Waterproof Cream Eyeliner lays down tons of intense, lasting color in one stroke. The soft, creamy formula is easy to use, dries down quickly and gives you a controlled, precise application every time.

Super-Saturated Eyeliner gives you tons of control (particularly when you use it with our Perversion Angled Brush). And the cream formula is insanely versatile! Use it to add a little definition to your lash line or smudge it to create bold, thick lines.

Women who haven’t mastered the cat eye yet will have an easier time perfecting their technique with this formula. Just glide it on, creating a line that extends a little past the outer corner, then flick it slightly upward. You can also use Super-Saturated Eyeliner to create the outline for a cat eye and then fill it in with a pencil or liquid liner.

Super-Saturated Eyeliner contains nourishing jojoba oil, which provides moisture and gives the formula its creamy glide. And it’s paraben-free.

This creamy formula comes in a clear glass pot and has a highly metalized gunmetal cap debossed with the UD logo.

Fill Weight: 3 g / 0.1 oz

Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed I bought this product after trying it in the store. I loved how creamy and smooth it went on. I also bought the perversion brush and loved how they work so well together. But, after a few weeks of daily use, it began to dry out and get clumpy. I now have to use pressure to get any on my brush and it is dry and drags across my lids, causing discomfort. I'm very upset that I paid $22 for eyeliner that I only got to use half of because it dried out. I will not be purchasing this product again. My only hope is that I can find some other product, no matter who makes it, that is similar to this one when I first bought it that won't dry out halfway through. October 21, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! I always use gel/cream liners, I just find them sooo easy to use. I didn't buy the brush that is supposed to be used for it, because it's too thick in my opinion. I try to switch brands once my liner gets old, just to have a scope on which ones are the best. I think this liner definitely competes with MAC's fluidline, which was always my favorite. But the HUGE plus to this is the size of the pot! Such a simple thing goes a huge way. The size of the pot makes it easier to get an even coating on your brush, which makes application easier. The formula of the liner is great too, its as black as black gets. No more having to go over my line 3 times to get it as dark as I want it. October 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best yet I have tried almost every cream eyeliner out there and none of them stayed put until now. This is the only cream eyeliner that does not bleed down my eyelids and keeps its color without fading. It is easy to blend and is very pigmented. I tried it with the perversion eyeliner brush which is a good brush but I am not skilled with angled brushes. I am going to try it with my favorite smudge brush and see how it works. I love the true black color and do not mind that it doesn't come in other colors as I was looking for black any way. I have very dry skin and use lots of moisturizer and this stayed put so I definitely recommend this eyeliner if you are looking for a deep black color. September 25, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing. This is the first UD product I have not loved. While the color is fantastic, it is far too dry. Maybe I received a bad batch, but mine was dry and clumpy on the very first use. The texture causes my brush to drag across my lid, making it impossible to get a smooth, clean line. It has a reasonable wear time, but I get transfer and fallout before the end of the day. I even tried mixing it with Primer Potion, Smashbox's shadow primer, and Anastasio's Beauty Genius waterproofing gel, but all to no avail. In the future I will save my money and stick with my standby Maybelline cream eyeliner. August 23, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst eyeline purchase ever I purchased this eyeliner from Ulta, online for my daughter for Christmas. But she had purchased some other eyleliner. She opened today few months later for the first time. Completely dried out. I went to my local Sephora...yep their was tried out, and called the friend who recommended it. She said she liked the first week, but then it dried out...what a complete disappointment. I must have bought over 30 eyeliner pencils from Urban Decay, own so much Urban Decay, but if this is the quality I can expect, then I need to rethink this as a cosmetic line I purchase. June 3, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by So sad I am a major Urban Decay junkie and it hurts my heart to have such strong negative feels towards a product I was amped up to love. I literally sqealed when this first came out and ran to go try it i was filled to the brim overflowing with excitement. But then I cried. This is very difficult to work with, it doesn't spread evenly or smoothly, it smudges, clumps and catches on the skin as you go to draw your lines. Its dry and cakey shortly after being newly opened. I'm very disappointed because I adore cream eyeliner, I tamed it in high school and became its master. But Merlin himself could not command this to do anything worthy of magic whatsoever. The pigment is great but awesome pigment with impossible medium is worthless. February 27, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Too DRY! I love Urban Decay- I use their makeup every single day, and up until now I have never had an issue. But when I bought this liner, I was sorely disappointed. Right from the get-go, it was way too dry. I struggled to get it onto my brush, and then struggled even more to get it onto my face. It flakes, it sticks, and I am slowly ruining the new Urban Decay Angled Brush (which I adore, by the way) with this stuff. It's like trying to line my eyes with a mix of clay and old syrup- it is sticky and flaky at the same time. I would NOT recommend this- stick with the eyeliner pencils or try another brand if you must use gel. Hopefully Urban Decay sees all the bad reviews on this product and fixes it- I would love a good gel liner from them. April 22, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dries Out!!! I tried this and wanted to love it since it's such a deep, bold black. I tried it the first time and it dried out so quickly I couldn't use it anymore and had to throw a majority of the product away. I then tried it the second time thinking maybe it was a fluke. Disappointment again, It just dries out too quickly. I use the perversion 24/7 glide on pencil and then only use this for my wing and smoothing any rough lines the pencil left behind. I've never left it out for long to cause it to dry out nor have I left the lid off. I'm a bit disappointed. November 20, 2014
