HOW TO APPLY
1. Prep lids with Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion for extra-vibrant color and all-day, crease-free wear.
2. Apply the shimmer and metallic shades with your finger and build up the color.
3. For best payoff, use eyeshadow and tapered brushes to apply and blend out the shades.
