How to Use 24/7 Waterline Eyeliner:

1. Prepare Your Eyes: Ensure that your eye area is oil-free and tear-free. If you have oily skin or watery eyes, you might want to lightly dab the waterline with a tissue or cotton swab to remove any excess oil or tears.


2. Sharpen the Pencil: make sure your pencil is sharpened to your liking before applying.


3. Position the Pencil: Hold the 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil horizontally for better control and precision. You can use your pinky to stabilize or rest your elbow on a tabletop to steady your hand.


4. Apply the Eyeliner: Place the pencil at the waterline, close to your lash line. Slowly glide the pencil along the waterline to deposit the desired amount of color. The creamy formula should make this process smooth and easy.


5. Let It Set: After application, give the eyeliner a few moments to set. The formula is designed to dry quickly and adhere to the waterline, providing waterproof color that lasts all day.

2. Classic Defined Eye:
   • Use Legend (the black pencil) or Tootsie (medium brown) to line both the waterline and the upper lash line. This creates a slightly more dramatic look that is appropriate for both daytime and nighttime makeup looks.


3. Smokey Eye:
   • Apply Legend (black), Tootsie (dark brown), or Cool Coyote (gray) in a thicker line along the waterline and smudge it out slightly to create a smokey effect. Make sure to blend before the pencil sets. This look is sultry and suitable for evening events, adding a touch of drama to your eyes.


4. How to Brighten Eyes:
