Clean and Moisturized Base:
Clean your eyelids ensuring they are free from debris, patted dry and moisturized if needed.
Applying The Primer:
Using the built in Primer Potion applicator gently apply a small amount to the eyelids and smooth.
Pat The Primer:
Carefully tap or pat primer onto the eyelid and work from the inner corner to the outer corner and up to the brow bone.
Blend Thoroughly:
Craft a smooth, even foundation.
Let Dry:
Now let your primer dry before finishing the rest of your eye look
